Online reviews for Night RV Park present a contrasting picture, indicating a significant transformation over time. A past negative review described the park as being in poor condition following a flood, with severely damaged roads, sanitation issues including sewer stench from uncovered drains, and trash accumulation. This review also mentioned a "caretaker and her extremely un-jolly band of permanent residents" and cautioned about a strict "no refunds, no exceptions, never! CASH ONLY!" policy, advising potential guests they "will regret it."
However, a more recent review offers a starkly different perspective, suggesting substantial renovations and improvements have been made. This recent guest stated, "Recently stayed at this park again after some years. Park was great. Has been completely redone. New asphalt road and camper parking has been redone. They are gravel spots but we’ll leveled. A mix of campers. Some new and some older campers. Park was clean. I’ll be back next time I am in area." This positive feedback highlights significant upgrades, including a new asphalt road and redone, level gravel parking spots for campers. The reviewer also noted a clean environment and a mix of both newer and older RVs, suggesting a diverse community of travelers and potentially longer-term residents.
The recent positive review also emphasizes the park's advantageous location, noting that "Park is so close to all Baton Rouge has to offer." Baton Rouge, the capital city of Louisiana, provides a wide array of attractions, including historical sites, museums, cultural venues, diverse dining options, and shopping centers. Staying at Night RV Park offers convenient access to these urban amenities, making it a suitable base for exploring the city and its surroundings.
For those searching for 'RV parks near me' that offer accessibility to city life, Night RV Park's location on Florida Boulevard is a significant asset. Florida Boulevard is a major thoroughfare in Baton Rouge, providing access to various parts of the city and connecting to other key roadways. This central location can be particularly appealing for tourists, traveling workers, or anyone needing to be close to Baton Rouge's services and attractions.
Given the contrasting reviews, it is essential for prospective guests to consider the timeline of the feedback. The negative review appears to be from a period before the recent renovations mentioned in the positive review. This suggests that Night RV Park has undergone significant improvements, addressing some of the previous concerns. However, it would still be prudent to inquire about current policies, such as the refund policy and payment methods, when contacting the park.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the current environment, services, and features of Night RV Park, direct communication with the management is crucial. When you call (225) 275-0679 or +1 225-275-0679, inquire about the specific amenities offered, such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups. Ask about any additional services like Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, restrooms, and showers. Understanding the full range of amenities will help you determine if the park meets your needs.
Furthermore, it would be beneficial to inquire about the current state of the park's infrastructure, particularly the roads and parking areas, to confirm the positive feedback regarding the new asphalt road and leveled gravel spots. You might also want to ask about the general atmosphere of the park and any community guidelines in place.
While promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews, the recent improvements, coupled with the convenient location near Baton Rouge's attractions, serve as implicit benefits for potential guests. The park's transformation into a "great" and "clean" space, as mentioned in the recent review, is a significant selling point for those seeking a comfortable and well-maintained RV park in the area.
In conclusion, Night RV Park in Baton Rouge, LA, appears to have undergone significant positive changes, as indicated by recent customer feedback. Its location on Florida Boulevard offers convenient access to the city's attractions. While past reviews raised concerns about the park's condition and policies, recent improvements, including new roads and leveled parking, suggest a revitalized environment. For the most up-to-date information on availability, amenities, and policies, contact Night RV Park directly at (225) 275-0679 or +1 225-275-0679.

Night RV Park Reviews
If a negative rating score were available, this place would get one. No matter it is a trailer park decimated by the flooding last summer, the condition of the service, the "so called road/drive way" has 20 year old pot holes 4-8 inches deep which cannot be avoided no matter the path you take, a caretaker and her extremely un-jolly band of permanent residents, sewer stench from hell due to not a single sewer cap or cover on any drain on any site. Trash strewn immediately behind each and every lot, even though 2 dumpster are available on premise. A minimum of 4-5 residents must work for Uber or have their own on-call drug delivery service 24/7's. Paid for a week, and yes received the warning about "no refunds, no exceptions, never! CASH ONLY! You will regret it, I have, many times over...

Aug 28, 2021 · B ARtelThe website said $40 a night but the gentleman said that was an old website. He charged us $50 for an uneven gravel bed which I feel is far too much to pay for an overnight stay here. There is no washroom/ shower/ laundry. It did have a decent wifi. This would be a fair value at the $30 a night fee. I would recommend driving a little further and paying a bit more for a Good Nights stay.
Feb 06, 2024 · Ralph SSeem to be evicting everyone that's been here for a while, and moving in immigrants. Just got evicted. Not sure what rules were broken because we've never received a list of any "park rules" and never received a copy of the lease agreement. Owner won't talk to the tenants he's evicting, leaves the dirty work to the park manager.
Nov 08, 2022 · Camie JamesI enjoyed a long stay at Knight RV and the management was always on top of any issues. They are friendly good hardworking people. The area is well kept and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful with an empty field on one side and some woods along the other. There can be some traffic in and out in the mornings and evenings but overall very quiet atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
