Lansdowne Estates, situated at 9477 Lansdowne Rd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, offers a mobile home living environment within the city. However, the limited available customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the management and overall living experience, which should be carefully considered by prospective residents and visitors.
The environment at Lansdowne Estates is described differently by the two available reviewers. One resident found it to be "quiet and not chaotic like the rest of Baton Rouge," suggesting a more peaceful atmosphere within the community. This could be a significant draw for those seeking a respite from the general bustle of the city. However, another reviewer stated that "This place isn’t as quiet as she say," directly contradicting the other's experience. This discrepancy indicates that the perceived quietness might be subjective or vary depending on location within the park or specific circumstances. The physical layout and amenities of the park, such as green spaces or communal areas, are not detailed in the provided information.
In terms of services, the limited reviews focus heavily on the management. One reviewer had a negative experience, alleging rudeness, a lack of understanding, and potentially discriminatory behavior from the manager regarding the rental of a mobile home. This individual expressed regret about moving to Lansdowne Estates and looked forward to the end of their lease. Conversely, another reviewer had a positive experience, stating, "Betty is a joy to talk to and always gets back to us." This reviewer also mentioned that they never had issues with neighbors or management and that any previous issues were resolved in a "very reasonable time." This positive experience led them to renew their lease for a second year and look forward to more years in the community. These contrasting experiences highlight the potential for variability in resident interactions with the management.
Features of Lansdowne Estates are not extensively detailed in the provided reviews. One positive aspect mentioned is the perceived quietness by one resident, which could be considered a desirable feature for many. The fact that one resident chose to renew their lease for a second year suggests that there are aspects of the community they find satisfactory. However, specific amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or pet policies are not mentioned in the reviews. For those considering Lansdowne Estates for long-term mobile home living, it is crucial to inquire directly about the available features and services.

Lansdowne Estates Reviews
After I applied for a mobile home and got approved for that particular Mobile home , a couple days later I asked the manager another mobile she has for rent online and she told me it wasn’t available. I asked her about that property September 30th and it’s Oct 10 and the property is still available. I dnt understand why she lied to me or didn’t wanna let me and my kids move into that Mobile. I tried to apply for it online and of course she ignored me and never responded back! This place isn’t as quiet as she say. Manager is very rude, she’s not understanding at all and I regret moving here from Zachary. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move away from here
Oct 10, 2023 · Tricia SamMy boyfriend and I love living here. It's quiet and not chaotic like the rest of Baton Rouge. Betty is a joy to talk to and always gets back to us. We never have any issues with the neighbors or management or anything for that matter. Whenever we did have issues before, Betty had the matters resolved in a very reasonable time. This will be our second year of renewal and looking forward to the years to come!
Jul 13, 2022 · Beth HarboskyProperty manager is a narcissistic, irresponsible woman who gaslights you about the smallest questions. Things are never fixed properly. My family is still healing from long term mold exposure. She offered money out of her own pocket to smoothe over her own mistakes more than once. And no one ever gets their deposits back. Management above her (KT Property Investments) is equally as awful because and I quote “we pay Betty to deal with tenants, you are not my responsibility”. Consider yourself warned. 👍🏼
Jul 25, 2022 · Annie TriggsPoorly managed. Trashy trailer park. They will evict you illegally and keep your money. Never fixes issues in trailers or the trailer park. The owner is a thief and his manager of the park Betty was brought from Columbia to be his personal management of the park. She lies, doesn't do management duties and shouldn't be in charge of this park.
Dec 26, 2018 · Tyger LishusNot a well kept place. Owner seems like he has way more on his plate than he can handle and it's obvious he puts tenants 2nd or even 3rd when it comes to what's important. I lived here for a year and I have had countless issues that I dont even have time to type out. They dont have a designated maintenance man to come if anything breaks. Sometimes it takes up to a week to even hear back from anyone if you call with a problem. WAY overpriced for the quality. Poor Betty has to do everything and if you move in there, dont expect the owner to speak to you. He will never call you or talk to you, you probably wont even have his number the whole time you live there. I am a local guide who takes pride in my reviews. I wouldnt say anything that isn't true. Just keep this in mind before you move here.
