Canyon Rim Campground Reviews
Gorgeous campground! We were there in early October and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Can't wait to go back again! Clean pit toilets. Bear safe dumpsters. Seasonal water spouts (turned off during our trip).
Nov 09, 2024 · Sarah JohnsonAmazing location, close enough that it's only 15 minutes-ish to the marina. Close to the visitor center where the staff (Dennis and Christina) were funny, knew their stuff and made my 2 kids feel special. One of the best things about this campsite is you can do a short walk to several amazing lookout sites with amazing views. Restroom was clean. The highlight of our trip was having a herd of big horn sheep walk through our campsite.
Aug 14, 2024 · Bryan ParkThis is a very nice campground. Nice level paved sites.. The cleanest vault toilets I've encountered which I appreciate a lot. Some nice walks nearby. Pretty view of the canyon and river close.
Jul 19, 2024 · Margaret NelsonNice campground with bike & hiking trail right from it. Many lookouts to the gorge.
Nov 12, 2024 · Pam MeinekeBeautiful Rim views and well spaced sites. Camp Host is genial and efficient. We arrived at 11 am on a Friday and got space 11 first come first served. There is a dump station out toward Dutch John's at the marina just past Fireman's campground. $7 bucks. Lovely hiking and site seeing here. Will return.
