NLYH Introduce
While your search for "RV parks near me" in the Naples, Florida area might lead you to various options, it's worth considering the unique lifestyle offered by mobile home parks like NLYH. Located at 301 Pier C, Naples, FL 34112, USA, NLYH can be contacted at (239) 774-5484 or +1 239-774-5484. Based on available reviews, NLYH presents a mixed picture of waterfront living with a strong sense of community, but also some potential limitations to consider.
One reviewer who bought at NLYH in 2018 describes it as their "little piece of paradise here in Naples," highlighting several appealing aspects of the community. The access to water and the availability of boat slips are significant features for those who enjoy boating and waterfront activities. The reviewer also mentions "lots of activities," suggesting an engaging and vibrant community life with opportunities for social interaction and recreation. Furthermore, they praise the park as "very well maintained," indicating a commitment to the upkeep and appearance of the grounds and facilities.
The location of NLYH is also cited as a major advantage, being near downtown Naples, shops, and restaurants. This proximity offers residents convenient access to a wide range of amenities, entertainment options, and essential services, enhancing the overall quality of life. Perhaps most importantly for this reviewer, they emphasize the "wonderful people who live here," underscoring a strong sense of community and neighborliness within NLYH. Their overall sentiment is one of great satisfaction, stating, "We love it!!"
However, another reviewer presents a contrasting perspective, particularly regarding the aesthetic and potential environmental risks. This reviewer notes that the community might be "perfect if you like white houses," suggesting a certain uniformity in the appearance of the homes. More significantly, they point out a potential restriction on pets ("have no pets"), which could be a crucial factor for pet owners considering residency. The most critical concern raised by this reviewer is the proximity to the water and the associated risk of flooding from storm surge during hurricanes, stating that residents "will get flooded with storm surge when the next hurricane hits." This is a serious safety consideration for any waterfront property in Florida and should be carefully evaluated.
Considering these two reviews, NLYH appears to be a community with notable positives, including waterfront access with boat slips, a well-maintained environment, a convenient location near downtown Naples, and a strong sense of community with numerous activities. These features would likely appeal to individuals seeking an active and social lifestyle in a waterfront setting with easy access to urban amenities.
However, potential residents must also weigh the potential limitations and risks highlighted in the other review. The possible restriction on pets could be a dealbreaker for many. More critically, the vulnerability to storm surge and flooding is a significant environmental factor that requires careful consideration, especially for those with experience living in coastal Florida. It would be prudent to investigate the community's elevation, flood zone designation, and any mitigation measures in place.
Based on the information available, specific details about other services and amenities typically found in mobile home parks or RV parks are limited. The mention of "lots of activities" implies the existence of communal facilities or organized events, but the exact nature of these is not specified. Potential amenities could include a clubhouse, swimming pool, laundry facilities, or recreational areas, but this would need to be confirmed through direct inquiry with NLYH.
Similarly, no specific promotional information is included in the provided reviews. To learn about any current incentives, pricing for lots or homes, or the specific terms of residency, interested parties should contact NLYH directly using the provided phone numbers. It would be essential to inquire about the pet policy and to gather detailed information regarding flood risks and safety measures.
In conclusion, NLYH in Naples, FL, offers a unique opportunity for waterfront living with the benefits of a well-maintained community, boat slips, an active social life, and a convenient location near downtown amenities. However, potential residents should be aware of the potential aesthetic uniformity, possible pet restrictions, and, most importantly, the significant risk of flooding from storm surge. Thorough due diligence, including inquiries about pet policies, flood risks, elevation, and community amenities, is strongly recommended before making any decisions about residing at NLYH.

Perfect if you like white houses, have no pets, and want to be close to the water where you will get flooded with storm surge when the next hurricane hits.
Apr 21, 2025 · Miles AndrewsBought at NLYH in 2018! Our little piece of paradise here in Naples! Water access, boat slips, lots of activities, very well maintained, great location near downtown, shops and restaurants! Best of all, the wonderful people who live here! We love it!!
Dec 16, 2021 · Laurie CoutureI don't live here: just visit friends regularly, but trust me: this is just about the nicest trailer park you're likely to encounter anywhere. True, they call themselves a land yacht harbor, but you're not that easily fooled, are you?Landscaping is very nice, the place is clean and pleasant, there is a pool and access to Naples Bay. Lots of amenities nearby, and if you are still reasonably healthy there are several restaurants you can walk to, or even ride your bike. This is one of the least expensive ways to live in beautiful Naples Florida, and don't knock it if you haven't tried it.
Dec 14, 2024 · Dick NicholsonI had thought about buying a place there but way to restricted and fees jumped to 412.00 a month this season. If you have a guest they are only allowed 2 weeks a year. Every mobile has to be white. Has a very sterile feel. But it is clean , I'll say that.
