Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring options for mobile home living in the Nottingham, Pennsylvania area? Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk, located at 480 W Christine Rd, Nottingham, PA 19362, USA, has received concerning feedback from its residents, indicating potential challenges that prospective residents and visitors should carefully consider. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park based on the available customer reviews, highlighting the issues raised by current residents.
One long-term resident, who initially enjoyed living at Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk, has expressed significant disappointment with the recent changes in the community. According to this resident, the quality of life has declined, particularly in the last year, due to new neighbors who allegedly show a lack of consideration for others. Specific issues mentioned include "junk in the yard" and concerns about the number of adults and children residing in one home potentially exceeding the allowed limits. The resident also expresses frustration with the park management's apparent inaction on these issues, stating that these problems should be addressed proactively by the park rather than relying on resident complaints.
Furthermore, this resident notes a change in the overall atmosphere of the community, particularly on weekends. The once "quiet little streets" are now characterized by increased traffic, with cars frequently lining the street and a high turnover of vehicles visiting for short periods, raising concerns about potential activities within the park. This suggests a potential disruption to the peaceful environment that may have previously been a defining characteristic of Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk.
A separate, highly critical review from another long-term resident paints an even more concerning picture of the park's management and overall upkeep. This resident, who has lived at Nottingham Manor since 2013, describes the management company as "horrendous." They report experiencing unresolved issues at their lot for the past seven years, with the management only taking action when a problem affected the entire park's water supply. Significant, unaddressed issues include a severely eroding foundation under the resident's home and the formation of black mold due to constant stormwater runoff. The resident claims that the site managers do not return calls and that they have been blocked from sending emails to the site manager, indicating a severe lack of communication and responsiveness from the management.
Adding to these concerns, this resident also reports that the lot rent has been increased every year since 2013. Despite these continuous increases, the resident asserts that the management company, described as large, invests minimal funds back into the park, with the only visible maintenance being grass cutting and snow removal. This suggests a potential disparity between the cost of living in the park and the level of service and upkeep provided.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," the information available does not explicitly state whether Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk accommodates recreational vehicles. Given that it is described as a mobile home park and the reviews focus on long-term residency issues, it is possible that RV stays are not permitted or are very limited. If RVs are allowed, the serious concerns raised about the management's responsiveness, the park's upkeep beyond basic maintenance, and the potential for disruptive neighbors would still be highly relevant considerations for RV travelers seeking a pleasant and well-managed camping experience.
For those considering purchasing a mobile home and residing at Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk, the negative feedback regarding management inaction on community standards and significant property maintenance issues is a major cause for concern. The alleged lack of response to serious problems like foundation erosion and mold growth could have significant financial and health implications for homeowners. The continuous increase in lot rent without corresponding improvements in the park's infrastructure or services also raises questions about the long-term value and affordability of living in this community.
The reviews do not provide specific details about the environment of the park beyond the mention of "quiet little streets" that are no longer consistently quiet. Aspects such as landscaping, communal areas, or the overall aesthetic appeal of the park are not described in detail. Similarly, information regarding specific services and amenities offered to residents, beyond grass cutting and snow removal, is absent. Potential services like water, sewer, trash removal, security, or recreational facilities are not mentioned in the provided feedback.
Furthermore, there is no promotional information available for Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk based on the provided reviews. Given the negative experiences reported by residents, it is unlikely that the park would be actively promoting itself without addressing these significant issues.
In light of the serious concerns raised by the current residents of Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk, anyone considering this location for mobile home living or as one of the "RV parks near me" should exercise extreme caution. It is imperative to conduct thorough and independent research before making any decisions. This should include, but not be limited to:
- Visiting the park in person to assess the current environment and the condition of the properties and communal areas.
- Attempting to speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of their experiences and the current living conditions.
- Contacting the park management directly to inquire about their response to the issues raised in the online reviews and to understand their policies on community standards and property maintenance.
- Checking with local authorities and consumer protection agencies for any records or complaints related to Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk.
Given the severity of the allegations regarding management responsiveness and the decline in community standards, prospective residents and visitors should carefully weigh the potential risks against any perceived benefits of this location. Exploring alternative mobile home parks or RV parks in the Nottingham, PA area with more positive or transparent feedback is strongly recommended.
In conclusion, the limited information available for Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk in Nottingham, PA, paints a concerning picture of declining community standards, unresponsive management, and increasing costs without apparent reinvestment in the park. Potential residents and RV visitors are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence and seek direct communication with the park management and current residents before considering this location.

Nottingham Manor Mobile Home Prk Reviews
Love it here until the last year New neighbors on the street no consideration for neighbors junk in the yard and nothing‘s being done about it. I shouldn’t have to report it The park should be able to see it on their own The new neighbors probably has more adults and children that should be living in that house, but nothing’s done about it again, I shouldn’t have to report it they should be checking these things hilltop just not the same anymore with the cars lined up along the street on the weekends the cars in and out in for short period of time makes you wonder what’s going on over there But the quiet little streets on hilltop is not here anymore. Just ask any of my other neighbors.
Sep 07, 2024 · Larry HodgdenThe management company who owns and runs this park are horrendous. I`ve lived here since 2013 and have had issues at my lot for the last 7 years. The only time they even addressed one of many issues is when it affected the water supply of the whole park ! I still have issues of a severely eroding foundation under my home as well as the formation of black mold from a constant storm water run off problem which they refuse to address. The site managers never call back and I`ve been blocked from sending e-mails to our site manager. In addition, the lot rent has been increased every year since I`ve been here and trust me, as big as the management company is they don`t put any $$$ back into this park aside from grass cutting and snow removal.
Sep 06, 2022 · joseph pleasantI lived here from February 1998 to May 2011.13 years and 3 months.I really loved it there and wept some tears when I moved due some circumstances. They keep the park matained and clean.I moved I to a 1984 14×70 single wide and did a lot of upgrades on it.It's a very lovely peacful park.Lot rent was 240 a month in 1998 then to 400 when I moved out. Water bill was 25 in 1998 then to 125 in 2011.Pretty much lot rent is like that everywhere today in Chester County due to tax.I believe this is the most inexpensive park there is for a nice park. There's a lot of parks who are higher than here.Oxford Village is one of them.
Apr 09, 2017 · Michael WilsonThey keep raising the rent.; $55 per month in the past three years. Not bad for a park with two full time employees who never answer the phone.
Oct 28, 2015 · Carolyn PulliamLive here. Love it. It's quiet and lots of trees.
