O Sun Star Trailer Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Humble, Texas area, O Sun Star Trailer Park, located at 3716 FM 1960, Humble, TX 77338, USA, presents a mobile home and RV park with specific characteristics noted in the limited available customer reviews. Humble is a city in Harris County, part of the greater Houston metropolitan area, offering a blend of suburban and commercial environments. O Sun Star Trailer Park's location on Farm to Market Road 1960 suggests accessibility to major thoroughfares and local amenities in the Humble area.
The customer reviews for O Sun Star Trailer Park provide contrasting perspectives on the park's management and policies. One reviewer had a positive initial experience, stating that the park "was great" and that the manager dealt with "cash only," which this reviewer preferred. They also noted that they were able to secure a site for the next three months, indicating the park accommodates longer-term stays. This suggests that O Sun Star Trailer Park may be an option for those seeking an extended place to park their RV and who are comfortable with cash-based transactions.
However, another, more detailed review raises significant concerns regarding the professionalism and management practices at O Sun Star Trailer Park. This reviewer visited the property to inquire about renting a space for their elderly parents and reported an immediate instance of unprofessional behavior from the manager, identified as "Cowboy," who allegedly referred to the reviewer using terms like "Babe," "Darling," and "Sweetheart." Such behavior is widely considered inappropriate and unprofessional in a business context.
The negative experience continued when the reviewer's parents took up residence at the property for a couple of weeks. They reportedly received a notice that their rent was being raised due to leaving their porch light on overnight. When the reviewer contacted the management to understand the situation, they were informed that the contract prohibited leaving outside lights on due to electricity rates. However, the reviewer stated that they had reviewed the contract "several times" and had "yet to see that" clause. This discrepancy between the management's explanation and the reviewer's interpretation of the contract is troubling and suggests potential issues with transparency or inconsistent enforcement of rules.
Adding to these concerns, the reviewer reported receiving personal calls from the manager ("Cowboy") asking them out on dates. This behavior is highly inappropriate and represents a significant breach of professional boundaries between a landlord/manager and a potential or actual client. Such actions can create an uncomfortable and potentially hostile environment for residents and their families.
As a result of these negative experiences, the reviewer stated that they and their husband had since moved their parents to another location and explicitly stated, "I do not recommend this establishment at all." This strong condemnation, based on alleged unprofessional behavior, questionable billing practices, and inappropriate personal solicitations from the manager, should be taken seriously by prospective residents.
Given the limited number of reviews and the stark contrast between them, it is challenging to form a definitive objective assessment of O Sun Star Trailer Park. The positive review suggests a park that can accommodate longer-term stays and operates on a cash-only basis, which may be appealing to some. However, the detailed negative review raises serious red flags about the professionalism of the management, the transparency of their policies (regarding additional charges), and potentially the overall living environment if such unprofessional conduct is indicative of broader management practices.
Prospective residents considering O Sun Star Trailer Park should be aware of these conflicting accounts. If a cash-only payment preference is a significant factor, this park might be an option to investigate further. However, the allegations of unprofessional behavior and questionable billing practices warrant extreme caution and thorough scrutiny.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of O Sun Star Trailer Park, it is strongly recommended that potential residents contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers: (281) 812-0888 or the mobile number +1 281-812-0888. During this contact, it would be prudent to inquire about:
- The availability of RV sites and their sizes.
- The terms for short-term and long-term stays.
- The payment policies, specifically confirming the cash-only preference and understanding all associated fees and deposits.
- The rules and regulations of the park, including any policies regarding outside lights or additional charges. Requesting a copy of the contract to review independently would be advisable.
- The amenities offered to residents (e.g., hookups – electricity amp service, water, sewer, laundry facilities, restrooms, showers).
- The security measures in place at the park.
- The overall environment and the typical demographics of residents.
- The management's contact information and procedures for addressing resident concerns.
Furthermore, if possible, visiting the property in person to assess the environment and the condition of the RV sites would be beneficial. Observing the interactions with the management and, if feasible, speaking with current residents (if they are willing) could provide additional insights beyond the limited online reviews.
In conclusion, O Sun Star Trailer Park in Humble, Texas, presents a mixed picture based on the limited available reviews. While it accommodates longer-term stays and operates on a cash-only basis, serious concerns have been raised regarding the professionalism and conduct of the management and the transparency of park policies. Prospective residents should exercise significant caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and seek direct clarification from the management on all relevant aspects before making any decisions about residing at this park.

Jan 28, 2021 · Denise MarlowI stayed there with a friend of mine for about a year. Then I moved it somewhere else but I still keep in contact with him and he just told me that they want him out. The man is 70 years old and he can't afford to move anywhere else. And he is not the type of person that would have given him any reason to be kicked out. They are stressing him out! He is hardly ever there because he still has a full-time job. They are giving him ulcers hassling him .
Jun 30, 2021 · Kenda LeAnn IoziaI call her. Said that two adults and two kids are so much. I explain that I will be out the entire week, so only 1 adult. Very fast, said: oh, no weekly rental. She was looking for not to rent us an space. Very rare.
