You can reach them at (817) 594-0200 or +1 817-594-0200 for inquiries and reservations.
One of the standout features of Oak Creek RV Park, according to visitor feedback, is its exceptionally well-maintained and "beautiful" environment. The grounds are described as "so well manicured and taken care of," indicating a high level of attention to detail in maintaining the park's appearance. This meticulous upkeep contributes significantly to the overall positive impression reported by guests. Furthermore, the park boasts "large" campsites with "plenty of shade trees," a feature highly valued by RVers, especially during the hot Texas summers. The spacious sites offer comfort and room to maneuver, while the shade trees provide a welcome respite from the sun, enhancing the outdoor living experience at your campsite.
The amenities at Oak Creek RV Park also appear to be a significant draw. The "clubhouse looks like a castle!" according to one enthusiastic reviewer, suggesting a unique and impressive communal space for guests. Inside this remarkable clubhouse, visitors can find a range of facilities designed for recreation and relaxation, including "exercise equipment, a pool table and a paddleball table." The presence of a "large working fireplace, TV and plenty of tables" further enhances the clubhouse's appeal as a gathering place for socializing or simply unwinding. This impressive array of amenities goes beyond the basics often found in RV parks, offering opportunities for entertainment and fitness.
Adding to the recreational offerings, Oak Creek RV Park features a "beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall hot tub." This amenity is often a highlight for travelers, providing a refreshing escape from the road and a chance to relax and rejuvenate. The waterfall feature adds an element of visual appeal and tranquility to the pool area. The presence of a hot tub further enhances the relaxation options available to guests.

However, it is crucial to present a balanced perspective, and one review highlighted some significant issues encountered during their stay. This guest mentioned that the "jets do not work" in the bathtub in their room, which was a disappointment given the nice pictures. Furthermore, they reported that the "over pour of chlorine" in the swimming pool caused a burning sensation in their eyes, detracting from their experience. This reviewer expressed overall dissatisfaction, stating that despite these advertised amenities not functioning correctly, the park was unwilling to offer any reimbursement. This negative feedback serves as a reminder that while many aspects of Oak Creek RV Park are praised, potential issues with specific amenities can impact the guest experience.
In conclusion, Oak Creek RV Park offers a convenient location right off I-20 in Weatherford, Texas, coupled with a surprisingly beautiful and well-maintained environment. The park boasts large, shaded campsites and impressive amenities, including a unique clubhouse with recreational equipment and a beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall hot tub. However, potential guests should be aware of the reported issues with non-functioning bathtub jets and excessive chlorine in the pool, as these experiences have led to dissatisfaction for at least one visitor. While the positive aspects of the park, such as its aesthetics, amenities, and staff, are frequently highlighted, it is advisable to inquire about the current operational status of all advertised amenities when making a reservation to ensure they meet your expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this "RV park near me" in Weatherford.

Oak Creek RV Park Reviews
This place is very easy to find as it right off the interstate. But it is absolutely beautiful! You would never know it’s here. The park is so well manicured and taken care of. The sites are large and plenty of shade trees. Clubhouse looks like a castle! They have exercise equipment, a pool table and a paddleball table. It actually has a large working fireplace, TV and plenty of tables. I just can’t believe something this beautiful exists. After living in Florida being crammed in like sardines, paying an exorbitant 200 and up a night, I’m just dumbfounded at these campsites as we drive across country. The prices are amazing and the quality is beyond belief. The staff was also truly helpful and very professional communicating within five minutes of any question we had. Again, I would highly recommend this campground. They also have a beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall hot tub.
May 06, 2025 · Soupnutzy and the BaconatorThe pictures of the rooms are nice until you sink your behind in a big bubble bath just to realize the jets do not work. You’ll go outside to their beautiful pool to maybe make up for your time with the hot tub. Just to sit down in and burn your eyes with the over pour of chlorine that is in the water. Over all it seems like a good time but it’s not. They will not reimburse even a quarter of our stay even though everything they advertise doesn’t work.
May 07, 2025 · BreAnna BeauchampNice and clean. Sites and some of the roads are narrow and it's close to the freeway but traffic noise wasn't horrible. We would stay here again. Be sure you are looking at the correct side of the brochure because there are two different parks/maps on it.
Apr 26, 2025 · Vicki ZelferGreat stay!We have stayed here a few times and this is my first review. This time, we stayed here 2 weeks. We're up front in pull-through site 44. Yes, the road noise is apparent. We didn't mind it as we stay inside the RV most of the time. The site itself was great. The sites are long, wide, have a grass yard and a concrete pad and patio. Power, water and sewer worked well. We only used their WiFi as backup as we're using a cell-based Internet solution and were connected to AT&T.I have several interactions with the office staff and all were quite favorable. We even asked to use the kitchen in the clubhouse and that was approved both times. Trish, the manager was always very pleasant and accommodating. Some other things we like:- They sell a 10# bag of ice for $2. We use a lot of ice, so that was nice.- They text us when a package arrives for us.- They sell propane onsite.- They have a pool and a hot tub and they just got done refinishing both and got them opened during our stay.- They have laundry rooms at 2 locations within the park. We used the larger one.- They have plans to add more amenities this year.We look forward to the next time we stay at Oak Creek RV Park.
Mar 27, 2025 · Jim BelettiWe reserved a spot at Oak Creek looking at their website. Looks fantastic! Don't believe it. You have to drive though a bad neighborhood, narrow street, rough road to get to it. Then nice concrete pads, but no office, pool, bath house, picnic table, excessive room, pool table, and on and on. Expensive, but with few amenities not worth the price. Stayed at other rv parks as nice for about half the price.
