Oakridge Village Introduce
If you are searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering mobile home communities in the Pine Castle area of Orlando, Florida, Oakridge Village, located at 5934 Nomad Ave, Pine Castle, FL 32809, USA, is one community that may appear in your search. However, it is crucial to consider recent feedback from individuals who have either lived in or had direct interactions with this mobile home park before making any decisions.
The available reviews paint a concerning picture of the management and living conditions at Oakridge Village. One detailed account expresses deep distress over the alleged mistreatment of a resident by the community manager, identified as Joann. The reviewer describes instances of psychological harassment directed at their mother, a working and respectful individual. Specific allegations include a notice demanding changes to the front of the resident's home, despite it being in the same condition since its purchase in 2017, while other similar homes were not subjected to the same demand. Furthermore, the review recounts an incident where a notice of eviction was allegedly served within seven days due to a friend visiting to say goodbye, labeled as a "stranger in the community." Despite the resident explaining the situation, the manager's explanation was perceived as insincere. This reviewer also shares alarming anecdotes from classmates who claim that the manager's actions led to the eviction and displacement of their parents.
Another review strongly advises against moving to or purchasing a home in Oakridge Village. This individual alleges that residents are being forced to sell their homes and face strict and seemingly unreasonable rules. A significant concern raised is the towing of vehicles belonging to visiting family members. The reviewer also claims that social gatherings, even parties, result in immediate towing. Additionally, they describe a system of "dirty fines" with the threat of court action for non-payment, and the alleged retention of both the property and the money in such cases. This review further suggests a pattern of removing immigrant residents, speculating that the community is attempting to transition into a 55 and older designation. The overall sentiment is one of sadness and condemnation of the community's current state.
Given these serious allegations, it is imperative for anyone considering Oakridge Village as a potential residence, whether for RV stays (if permitted) or mobile home living, to proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough independent investigation. The stark contrast between the community's name, "Village," which typically implies a welcoming and harmonious environment, and the experiences described in these reviews is significant.
If Oakridge Village does indeed accommodate RVs and appears in searches for 'RV parks near me,' potential RVers should also be aware of the reported issues. The alleged strict rules, particularly concerning visitors and parking, could impact the experience of those planning even short-term stays. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about guest policies, parking regulations, and any potential fees or fines that may apply to RV visitors.
For those primarily interested in mobile home living, the allegations of forced sales, harassment, and discriminatory practices are deeply concerning. Purchasing a manufactured home is a significant investment, and the prospect of facing undue pressure to sell or being subjected to arbitrary rules is a serious deterrent. The reported climate of fear and the alleged targeting of certain groups within the community should not be taken lightly.
Due to the gravity of the issues raised in the reviews, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents or RVers:
- Contact Oakridge Village management at the provided phone number, (407) 851-1712 or +1 407-851-1712, to directly inquire about the policies, rules, and management practices. Seek clear and detailed explanations for the concerns raised in the reviews.
- Visit the property in person to observe the environment and speak with current residents (if possible) to gain firsthand perspectives on the community atmosphere and management.
- Check for any official complaints or legal actions that may have been filed against the property management or the community.
- Consider alternative mobile home parks or RV parks in the Pine Castle or surrounding Orlando area to ensure a more positive and stable living experience.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and allegations. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised warrant serious consideration. As an objective introduction based on the available information, it is our responsibility to highlight these concerns for potential users searching for 'RV parks near me' or mobile home communities in this area.
In conclusion, while Oakridge Village is located in a convenient area of Pine Castle, near Orlando, Florida, the recent reviews present significant concerns regarding the community's management and living environment. Potential residents and RV visitors are strongly advised to exercise caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and seek further information before making any commitments to this property. The reported issues of mistreatment, restrictive rules, and alleged discriminatory practices should be carefully evaluated in the context of your housing or travel needs.

Oakridge Village Reviews
At first she wrote something put it in our door you have 7 days asking my mom to change the front of our house, knowing since 2017. My mom’s bought the house like that. The one that’s piss me off, es todo los demás houses se quedan iguales. Second of all we have a friend coming to say good bye cause they finally buy a house and they’re moving to an other states. At soon their car park in our parking lot, she brings us an other notice. 7 days to evacuate cause they are strangers in the community. When my mom in fronther let her know that her former students just come to say goodbye, she pretends telling its ok , it’s just for our safety ( mentira) as manager she should communicate not just asking to leave the community in 7 days.Thank God my mom was in a process to buy a house, and our trailer was on sale. But I have a lot of classmates in Walker Middle School that have their siblings in Lancaster Elementary School. We were conversing They told me that the manager took their parents houses, and now they live in motels. As a 7 grader I’m praying for her to change the way she treated ppl. My advice if you’re a Christian just like my mom it’s not a place to leave. Remember nothing is eternal. May the Lord bless the community.
Dec 08, 2024 · Apple rana RanaDo not move here!! Don’t buy a home here! People are being force to sell there homes. You can’t visit family members without your car being tow. Can’t have parties either the same reason the tow trucks get called right away. Also if you don’t pay there dirty fines you get a letter in the mail to pay or else you get sent to court. They keep your property and stay with the money. They have removed majority of immigrants in the community, I honesty think they are trying to make this a 55 and older community. Very sad to see this community get this ugly. God does not like ugly.
