Beautiful and quiet park. Amazing management. New owners that are cleaning it up even more. Trees, squirrels, birds, and much more are the wildlife here and I love it.

The WORST RV park I ever been. The owner sounded friendly on the phone but is not. Charges absurd prices for water and electricity. With a day of rain all RV park was so floated that you need high boots just to get from your car into tge RV. All the road have deep holes. People play loud music all day until late night.Moreover, FORGET TO HAVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. The owner said that a ghost corporate will refund the deposit in 90 days and they never did. Wasted my time in calls and messages.

Do not advise anyone to rent from here. Rent prices are continuously increasing without any upkeep being done to maintain the place much less better it.The owner Trish, likes to help herself in and make herself at home while you are not. Maintenance team is absolutely unresponsive.Owner is aware of the problems and issues in the park but has yet to do anything about it. She turns a blind eye to illegal activities and unsafe tenants.Not a safe place for kids or elderly.If you are someone who makes an honest living working prepare for your home to be gone through while you're at work.Pecan Acres deserves 0 stars. Don't put yourself or family through the aggravation of dealing with a slumlord.
