Glenn Heights Town & Country Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" with the intention of finding a longer-term living situation in a mobile home park, or if you are a local user considering Glenn Heights Town & Country located at 101 Maple St, Glenn Heights, TX 75154, USA, it is crucial to carefully consider the information available from resident reviews. These reviews paint a concerning picture of the community, particularly regarding management, maintenance, and overall living conditions.
Several residents have expressed significant dissatisfaction with Glenn Heights Town & Country. One reviewer described it as "the worst place to live," citing multiple issues with the management and the services provided. A primary concern highlighted was the lack of responsiveness to maintenance requests, specifically regarding air conditioning. According to the review, after moving in, the air conditioning malfunctioned intermittently. A technician reportedly diagnosed the problem and stated that a part needed to be ordered, promising to return the following week but never did. Eventually, the air conditioning completely failed, and the management allegedly took no action, forcing the residents to purchase their own window units. This lack of attention to essential maintenance is a serious concern for the habitability and comfort of the homes.
Another significant issue raised by the same reviewer is the unreliability of the water supply. They stated that the water is shut off "without notice" when problems occur, and claimed that water issues are frequent in the trailer park. Such disruptions to basic utilities can severely impact the daily lives and well-being of residents.
Furthermore, the review alleges a lack of enforcement regarding noise disturbances. The resident reported that loud music is often played until as late as 4 am on weekends, and that complaints to the management are met with the response that "there is nothing they can do." This suggests a disregard for the peace and quiet of the residents and a lack of effective community management.
The same reviewer also raised serious concerns about the park's visitor policy and towing practices. They warned potential residents that visitors are not allowed, and their cars will be towed. Additionally, they claimed that the tow truck drivers damage vehicles during the towing process and that attempts to address these issues with the manager result in anger and blame being directed at the resident. These allegations point to potentially unreasonable and aggressive policies that could create significant stress and financial burden for residents and their guests.
Another review from someone who considered moving into Glenn Heights Town & Country echoed the negative sentiments regarding the management. They described their interaction as rude from the outset. This negative first impression suggests a lack of professionalism and a potentially unpleasant relationship between the management and prospective or current residents.
Adding to the concerns, this second reviewer also commented on the cost of living at Glenn Heights Town & Country, describing it as "so damn expensive" for a "poorly maintained trailer park." They advised anyone reading their review to "save the time and 3000$ on a 1 bed trailer THEY ARENT WORTH A CENT." This strong condemnation highlights a perceived mismatch between the cost of living and the quality of the park and its services.
Considering the environment of Glenn Heights Town & Country based solely on these reviews, it is portrayed negatively. The lack of proper maintenance, frequent utility disruptions, and tolerance of excessive noise suggest a poorly managed and potentially uncomfortable living environment. The alleged issues with towing and visitor policies further contribute to a restrictive and unwelcoming atmosphere.
In terms of services, the reviews indicate significant shortcomings. Essential services like timely maintenance of air conditioning and a reliable water supply appear to be lacking. Furthermore, the management's alleged inaction regarding noise complaints suggests a failure to provide a peaceful living environment. The towing policy, as described, could be considered a disservice rather than a service to residents and their visitors.
Features of the mobile home park are not detailed in a positive light in these reviews. Instead, the focus is on the negative aspects such as poor maintenance, unreliable utilities, and restrictive policies. The high cost mentioned by one reviewer, relative to the perceived poor condition of the park, suggests that the features offered do not justify the expense.
No promotional information is provided in the reviews, and given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, it is unlikely that any positive promotions would outweigh the serious concerns raised by former and potential residents. The strong warnings against moving into Glenn Heights Town & Country serve as a powerful deterrent.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering Glenn Heights Town & Country for a longer-term mobile home living situation, these reviews serve as a critical warning. The consistent themes of poor management, inadequate maintenance, unreliable utilities, and problematic policies should give any prospective resident serious pause. It is strongly recommended to thoroughly investigate these claims and seek further information before making any decisions about living in this community.
In conclusion, the available reviews for Glenn Heights Town & Country paint a concerning picture of a mobile home park with significant issues related to management, maintenance, utilities, and resident policies. The negative experiences shared by former and potential residents should be carefully considered by anyone looking for "RV parks near me" that might offer long-term mobile home living options in the Glenn Heights, TX area. The lack of positive feedback and the strong warnings against moving into the park suggest that prospective residents should exercise extreme caution and seek alternative living arrangements.

Glenn Heights Town & Country Reviews
This place is the worst place to live. The management here does not care about the people who live here. A few months after we moved in the air kept messing up off and on the last technician they called said a part had to be ordered. He told us he would be back the following week never came back. The air finally went out a couple weeks ago and management did nothing about. We had to buy window units. They shut off water with out notice when a an issue occurs. And let me tell you they claim they have water issues in this trailer park a lot. Also she doesn’t care if people play loud music till 4 am on the weekend a. If you complain about it she says there is nothing they can do. So please if you are looking for a place to live with your family do not move here. And you can’t have people visit or their cars will get towed. And when their tow truck driver comes to tow you they will mess up your vehicles. Then when you try to talk to the manager about it they get mad and try and blame you.

Jun 06, 2024 · new worldThis property manager harasses tenants on a regular. Her name is Heidi, she take pictures of your property non-stop. Constantly giving you lease violations about parking on the street or grass. You can’t even have visitors at your home and then said you cannot have more than 2 vehicles parked in front of your house. Please report this business to the BBB. If I give it 0 stars, i would. Please save your money and look elsewhere!!
Jul 01, 2023 · De DraytonMy husband and I have lived here for over 6 years. We love the little community we feel extremely safe to where sometimes we don't even have to lock our doors. Just recently we have gotten New Management, Miss Heidi and Mr. Eric are extremely helpful courteous kind and care about the community. There's many other places in Glenn heights to live but we choose to stay in our little home in Town & Country. Thank you so much sincerely Anthony and Tammy Smith
Feb 09, 2021 · Tammy SmithThese people filed eviction for non payment of rent and when we went to court the judge ruled in my favor and advised the manager to refile correctly then i would have the oppurtunity to go back to court. In the meantime the park managers decided to take it upon them selves while i was out of town for four days to completely clean out the place i was living and trashed every single bit of clothing and high end furniture .I am now suing them for theft and coming in my house without permission n taking my property.
