You can contact them at (405) 762-1010 or +1 405-762-1010 for inquiries regarding availability and rates.
Based on the limited customer feedback available online, experiences at Pecan Valley RV Park LLC appear to be varied. One positive review highlights a "great experience" during a two-week stay, with a reported weekly rate of $125. This customer described the park as "small" and "quiet," which could be appealing to those seeking a more peaceful environment. A notable feature mentioned is a "cute pond" that attracts wildlife, suggesting a potentially pleasant natural setting. The review also points out that while the park does not have on-site laundry or bathrooms, a nearby laundromat, Spin City Laundry Company, located next to Walmart and less than 15 minutes away, is described as "really nice." The customer specifically commends "Eddie" for being "very kind" and for his efforts in maintaining the park's appearance, expressing gratitude for a "great experience."
In contrast, another review strongly advises against staying at Pecan Valley RV Park LLC, particularly cautioning college students and, more broadly, any potential guests. This reviewer expresses concern about the lack of care for guests' property and describes the park as "not kept up well." They deem the price of $375 (presumably for a period not specified, but implied to be less than satisfactory value) as not worth it for the "average camper." This negative feedback suggests potential issues with park maintenance, property security, and overall value for money, recommending alternative accommodations in the same price range.
When considering Pecan Valley RV Park LLC as one of the "RV parks near me," it's important to acknowledge these divergent opinions. The positive review suggests a quiet, small park with some natural charm and a seemingly attentive individual managing the property. The affordable weekly rate mentioned in this review ($125) could be attractive to budget-conscious travelers, especially for longer stays. The proximity to a well-regarded laundromat near essential amenities like Walmart is also a practical advantage, albeit requiring a short drive.
However, the strongly negative review raises significant concerns about the park's upkeep, the security or care of guests' property, and the overall value proposition. The substantial price mentioned ($375) in this negative context, without a clear timeframe, makes it difficult to assess the daily or weekly cost accurately but nonetheless suggests a perception of overpricing relative to the quality and services offered. The strong recommendation to avoid the park implies potentially significant shortcomings that prospective guests should be wary of.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" through online platforms, the availability of such contrasting reviews underscores the importance of considering multiple perspectives. While one visitor found the park to be a pleasant and affordable option, another had a considerably negative experience, citing issues with maintenance and value. The absence of on-site laundry and bathroom facilities is a notable characteristic of Pecan Valley RV Park LLC that all potential guests must take into account, as it necessitates utilizing off-site options.
Given the limited and conflicting information available, it is advisable for anyone considering a stay at Pecan Valley RV Park LLC to seek more recent reviews or potentially contact the park directly to inquire about the current conditions, amenities, and pricing structure. Asking specific questions about park maintenance, security measures, and any policies regarding guest property might help in forming a more informed decision. Additionally, comparing the rates and services offered with other "RV parks near me" in the Stillwater area would be a prudent step to ensure the best value and experience.
In conclusion, Pecan Valley RV Park LLC presents a mixed picture based on the available online reviews. While it may offer a quiet, smaller setting with a pleasant natural feature and potentially affordable rates for longer stays, there are also serious concerns raised about the park's upkeep and value for money. The lack of on-site laundry and bathroom facilities is a key factor to consider. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should weigh these points carefully and consider seeking additional information before making a reservation to ensure that Pecan Valley RV Park LLC meets their specific needs and expectations for an RV stay in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Pecan Valley RV Park LLC Reviews
We had a great experience staying here! We stayed for two weeks ($125 a week) and had no issues. It's a small, quiet RV park with a cute pond that brings in a lot of wildlife. There is no laundry or bathrooms onsite, but there's a nearby laundry mat that's really nice (Spin City Laundry Company) that's right next to Walmart in town less than 15 minutes away. Eddie was very kind to us and spends a lot of time keeping the place nice. Thanks for the great experience!
May 17, 2021 · Tea KlevHighly recommend NOT staying at this park. Especially if you are a college student that goes for anybody to be honest. He does not care about you "the guests" property. I would not recommend this place for my dog to stay at, the place is not kept up well and is not worth the $375 for just the average camper to stay there. If you are looking for a nice place to stay for the same money go anywhere but here.
Sep 01, 2017 · Austin BellWe were denied from being allowed to stay there. My wife is traveling er/icu nurse. Person that runs the grounds said he didn’t want anybody that worked at the hospital to stay there. I would understand if they actually had a community bathroom or laundry room but it is basic camping/living as it gets. There is no reason to be discriminated because my wife is in that community to help save lives. By the looks of the other reviews it’s probably for the best, place sounds like it’s poorly maintained. I would recommend to look at the options nearby.
Aug 25, 2021 · Jose SuchiteDon't expect a RV resort. But if you need a place for more than a night, It's a good deal..Water, sewer, electric and quiet. No showers. No amenities .Quiet and easy to set up.We stayed at space 7, for three nightsGood price...
Nov 09, 2021 · Michael HudsonAbsoulty terrible experience. I called months in advance to make sure I would have a spot when moved up for the fall semester. Eddie assured me I would be put on the list and to let him know a bit before I was coming with my trailer. I called about 3 weeks before moving there and he said he remembered me and that all I needed to do was mail him a deposit check with my name and when I'd be moving in. I then called about a week before I had to be there to make sure he got my check and that everything was in order. Eddie told me he had no idea who I was and that he had never spoke with me before. He said he still had a spot though and asked me about my trailer and if I had any pets, I told him I have an Australian Shepherd about 30lbs. He then told me they no longer allowed dogs over 20lbs and said he assumed that I knew that, even though he didn't tell me any of the rules during the multiple phone conversations until after I sent him money. Also none of the rules or regulations are posted on the joke of a website that they have. So after being promised for several months that I would have a spot I now have 4 days to find somewhere to live in Stillwater. If you are a college student needing a spot for a semester or just needing a place to park a camper for a night or two I would strongly advise going literally anywhere but here.
