PIn Oak Mobile Home Community Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Houston, Texas area and are considering various long-term living options, you might come across mobile home communities like PIn Oak Mobile Home Community, located at 9215 Airline Dr, Houston, TX 77037, USA. It is crucial to thoroughly research and consider all available information before making a decision about where to reside. Recent reviews regarding PIn Oak Mobile Home Community paint a concerning picture, highlighting significant issues with management, fees, security, and overall living conditions.
One reviewer described the property as "trashy" and leveled serious accusations against the manager, stating that they were denied residency after refusing to provide "extra money for himself," labeling the manager as "sleazy." This is a severe allegation that should give any potential resident pause. Such a claim suggests a lack of professionalism and potentially unethical behavior on the part of the management.
Another review provided an even more detailed and critical assessment of PIn Oak Mobile Home Community. The reviewer sarcastically rated the park as "5 stars only because this place should be your last resort, unless your a saint." This statement immediately signals extreme dissatisfaction and suggests that the living conditions and management practices are far from ideal. The reviewer characterized the individual in charge of managing the property as "lazy," claiming that requests for maintenance or repairs would be met with procrastination, often taking "like a month to get something done" even with constant reminders. This lack of responsiveness from management can lead to significant frustration and a decline in the quality of living for residents.
Furthermore, the review described the property owner as an “unreasonable man,” alleging a tendency to "find a way to charge you for nearly anything" and a refusal to listen to residents' explanations or reasons for any issues. This suggests a potentially adversarial relationship between the landlord and tenants, where financial exploitation might be a concern. The financial aspects detailed in the review are also troubling. Potential residents are reportedly charged a $450 security deposit in addition to $400 for the first month's rent, with water and trash bills included in the monthly fee. However, the reviewer relayed information from "many people" who claimed that the $450 security deposit is "never given back." This is a serious accusation of potentially unlawful or unethical retention of security deposits, which can result in significant financial loss for departing residents.
Adding to the concerns about the living environment, the reviewer stated that "the property has had an increase of security problems with in the past year." This is a critical factor for any potential resident, as personal safety and the security of one's property are paramount. An increase in security problems can create a climate of fear and unease within the community, significantly impacting the residents' quality of life.
The reviewer's concluding advice to anyone "fortuned enough to get in" is stark: "your top priority should be saving to buy a property of your own, you will avoid a lot of stress." This strongly suggests that the overall living experience at PIn Oak Mobile Home Community is fraught with stress and problems, primarily stemming from the management and the owner's practices.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," it is important to reiterate that PIn Oak Mobile Home Community is a mobile home park, primarily designed for long-term mobile home living rather than short-term RV stays. The place is trashy and the manager is sleazy since I refuse to give him any extra money for himself he denied me n my wife watch out for these people
Oct 01, 2024 · hector rodriguezI RATE IT AS 5 stars only because this place should be your last resort, unless your a saint. The one who is in charge of managing the property, is lazy, if you ask him to do something, you will have to constantly remind him and even then it will take him like a month to get something done. The owner of the property is an “unreasonable man” to put it nicely. He will find a way to charge you for nearly anything, will not listen to your reason for anything. You get charged 450 as a security deposit in addition to 400 for the month. Water and trash bill included. Many people have told me that he never gives the 450 deposit back. So just be ready to say goodbye to that. The property has had an increase of security problems with in the past year. If you’re “fortuned” enough to get in, your top priority should be saving to buy a property of your own, you will avoid a lot of stress.
