Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park, located at 6607 Redwood Dr, Rohnert Park, CA 94928, USA. While the platform category you are currently browsing is "RV parks near me," it is important to clarify that Rancho Feliz primarily operates as a mobile home park, offering long-term residency for manufactured homes. It may not typically accommodate short-term recreational vehicle parking. Therefore, our introduction will focus on providing an objective overview of Rancho Feliz as a potential long-term living option for mobile home owners in the Rohnert Park area, based on the available customer reviews.
Given the platform category, we aim to provide information relevant to individuals seeking residential options, even though our primary function is a mobile home park rather than a short-term RV facility. The following introduction synthesizes the contrasting perspectives found in the customer reviews to offer a balanced view of Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park.
Our Environment:
The environment of Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park appears to elicit mixed reactions from those who have experienced it. One reviewer, who has been in the vicinity for an extended period, describes it as a "clean decently organized trailer park" that seemingly lacks "major drama or danger" related to theft or other crimes. This individual found it to be a place where they "would gladly live" and be "perfectly content." This perspective suggests that a segment of individuals perceives Rancho Feliz as a safe and adequately maintained community.
In stark contrast, another long-term resident of 17 years describes living in Rancho Feliz as "like living in hell." This reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction with the property managers, alleging that they do not perform their duties effectively unless compelled by their superiors. Additionally, this review raises serious concerns about financial mismanagement, including an alleged instance of embezzlement by an office staff member involving rent money. The lack of adequate parking and issues with aggressive towing by a company named Predator Towing are also highlighted as major detriments to the living experience. This perspective paints a picture of a community facing significant management and logistical challenges.
Our Services and Amenities:
Information regarding specific services and amenities at Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park is somewhat limited and contradictory based on the provided reviews. While one reviewer implies a basic level of organization and cleanliness, the other raises serious concerns about the management's responsiveness and integrity. Based on the negative review, residents may experience difficulties in getting maintenance or other issues addressed promptly unless intervention from higher management occurs. The alleged embezzlement incident also suggests potential instability or lack of oversight in financial management, which could indirectly impact the provision of services.
The issue of parking is explicitly mentioned as a significant problem, with a towing company reportedly removing vehicles frequently, which the reviewer claims is "against the law." This suggests that parking may be limited or poorly managed, leading to frustration for residents and their guests. The negative review also implies a lack of a quiet and safe environment for children. Specific amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community centers are not mentioned in either review, making it difficult to ascertain their presence or quality.
Prospective residents are strongly advised to contact Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park directly at (707) 584-0120 or +1 707-584-0120 to inquire about the current management practices, parking situation, security measures, and available amenities. It would also be prudent to seek clarification on how resident concerns are addressed and what measures are in place to ensure financial accountability.
Features and Community Aspects:
The features and community aspects of Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park are portrayed very differently in the two reviews. One reviewer suggests a lack of "major drama or danger," implying a relatively stable and peaceful community, at least from their observation as someone frequently nearby. This perspective does not delve into the social dynamics but focuses on the apparent absence of significant negative events.
Conversely, the long-term resident describes a living situation far from peaceful, citing issues with management, parking, and the overall environment as unsuitable for children or quiet living. The mention of neighbors potentially holding prejudiced views ("some people may look down on it as a trailer park and or section 8 housing participant") also suggests potential social dynamics that may be a concern for some individuals, although the reviewer offering this observation dismisses such opinions.
The stark contrast between these two accounts highlights the complexity of assessing the community aspects of Rancho Feliz without further information or direct experience. Potential residents should be aware of these differing viewpoints and seek to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the current community environment.
Promotional Information:
Given the conflicting nature of the available reviews, it is challenging to present specific positive promotional information objectively. The positive review suggests a clean and seemingly stable environment that one individual would find satisfactory. However, the serious allegations in the negative review regarding management incompetence, financial impropriety, and problematic parking cannot be ignored.
Prospective residents should contact Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about current lot rental rates, any move-in specials, and the current management policies and practices. It would be wise to ask specific questions related to the concerns raised in the negative review, such as parking regulations, towing procedures, and the process for addressing resident issues. Visiting the park in person and, if possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those who have left online reviews) could provide a more nuanced understanding of the community.
Long-Term Living in Rohnert Park:
Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park is located in Rohnert Park, California, and its suitability for long-term living will depend heavily on an individual's priorities and tolerance for the issues raised in the reviews. Rohnert Park offers various amenities and services, and the location of the mobile home park on Redwood Dr may provide access to these. However, the internal environment and management of the park, as described by the long-term resident, could significantly impact the quality of long-term living.
Important Considerations for Potential Residents:
Individuals considering Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park for long-term residency should carefully weigh the information presented in both reviews. The positive review offers a more benign perspective, while the negative review raises serious red flags. Thorough due diligence is essential, including direct contact with the management, a site visit, and potentially speaking with current residents to gain a balanced understanding of the community's current state.
In conclusion, Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park in Rohnert Park presents a community with notably contrasting resident experiences reported online. While one account suggests a clean and stable environment, another describes significant issues with management, parking, and overall living conditions. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to conduct thorough personal research and direct inquiries to the management to form their own objective assessment before making any decisions about long-term residency. Contact Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park at (707) 584-0120 or +1 707-584-0120 for more information and to address any concerns.

Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park Reviews
I've been at or near rancho Feliz many times over the past ten years and I think it's a clean decently organized trailer park that seems to have no major drama or danger in the way of thievery or Any other crime. Some people may look down on it as a trailer park and or section 8 housing participant. But I think that's wiggitty wacked opinion making. At this point in time I have nothing negative to say about rancho Feliz except the fact that I would gladly live there and be perfectly content.
Oct 31, 2023 · Brian Keim (Amish Brian)I would have to say living in Rancho Feliz is like living in hell I've lived here for 17 years, the property managers are horrible they do not do their job at all unless they are forced to by their bosses they have had a lady that works in their office that embezzled money which takes the rent money that we pay and deposit said in your own bank account as well as there's no parking here we have a company which I won't name that likes to drive through and tow cars at will which is called Predator Towing and that's against the law I would not recommend living in Rancho Feliz it's not a place for kids to grow up or quiet place to live and if you're looking from help for the managers you might want to look somewhere else
Feb 28, 2019 · Johnny HillThe managers here discriminate. Picking and choosing who to write up and do not recognise when an effort is being made to improve the homesite. As long as I have lived here the pool has always opened may 1st. These managers open it a month later and do not know how to properly care for the pool so it is closed most hot days.

Mar 12, 2025 · MARK MCLOUGHLINIs owned by millennium housing and run by haven management. DO NOT BUY IN ANY PARK OWNED AND OPERATED BY THEM. YOU WILL PUT YOURSELF AT RISK. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY; THEY ARE GUILTY OF EVICTING PEOPLE FOR SMALL INFRACTIONS AND THEN STEALING AND PROFITING FROM THEIR HOME. they get away with it because there is little resources out there to help victims of this type of crime and usually cannot afford appropriate legal representation. TAKE MY WARNING AND STAY AWAY!!
