Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park Introduce
Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park is situated at 1537 H St # 51 in Ramona, California. For local users seeking "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home community in the Ramona area, Rancho Ramona presents a residential option within a town known for its rural charm and scenic beauty in San Diego County. Ramona offers a more laid-back lifestyle compared to the bustling city, with access to outdoor activities, wineries, and a close-knit community feel. Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park aims to provide a living environment for both mobile homeowners and potentially RV residents.
The information available regarding Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park is limited to a few customer reviews, offering a glimpse into the experiences of individuals who have interacted with the park. One review provides positive feedback about a service technician, stating that the "Tech did a great job, very polite" and thanking the park for the "wonderful service." This suggests that at least some aspects of the park's operations, such as maintenance or service provision, are handled professionally and to the satisfaction of residents or customers.
However, another review presents a starkly contrasting perspective, focusing on the park's manager. This reviewer describes the manager as "one of the worst people in general that you have to deal with" and warns of a potential "headache" when interacting with her. The reviewer characterizes the manager as "unpleasant and rude," expressing a significant negative impact on their perception of humanity. Furthermore, this review alleges that the manager "runs the park terribly" and advises those with children or pets to keep them away from her, claiming she would "corrupt them with hate." While also stating that the "Park is chill," the reviewer identifies the manager as the "worst con of living here." This feedback raises serious concerns about the management style and its potential impact on the residents' quality of life within Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park.
Given these divergent opinions, it is challenging to form a comprehensive picture of Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park. The positive comment about the service technician suggests that some aspects of the park's services are satisfactory. However, the strongly negative review concerning the manager cannot be ignored and should be a significant consideration for potential residents or visitors. It highlights potential interpersonal issues and concerns about the overall management of the park.
As a mobile home park, Rancho Ramona primarily caters to individuals and families who own their mobile homes and rent a space or lot within the community. These parks typically offer essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups, as well as common area maintenance. Some mobile home parks may also provide additional amenities like laundry facilities, recreational rooms, or communal spaces. The limited information available does not specify the full range of services and features offered at Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park. Local users considering this park for mobile home living should contact the management directly to inquire about lot availability, rental rates, utility costs, park rules, and the specific amenities provided.
The category "RV parks near me" suggests that Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park might also accommodate recreational vehicles for short-term or long-term stays. If this is the case, the park would likely offer RV sites with necessary hookups for water, electricity (potentially with different amperage options), and sewer. Amenities such as restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities would also be relevant for RV guests. However, without specific information confirming RV accommodation and the associated services, local users specifically looking for an "RV park near me" in Ramona should verify this directly with Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park.

The specific landscaping and layout of Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park itself are not described in the provided reviews.
Regarding "corresponding services or goods for sale," the reviews do not offer any information about on-site retail or services beyond the mention of a service technician. It is possible that Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park focuses primarily on providing residential lots and basic utilities for mobile homes, with potential accommodation for RVs. Local users who are interested in whether the park offers any additional services or sells any goods should inquire directly with the management.
The limited information also means that no promotional details are available for Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park. In conclusion, Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park in Ramona, CA, presents a mixed impression based on the limited available reviews. While one comment praises the service provided by a technician, another expresses significant dissatisfaction with the park's manager, raising concerns about interpersonal interactions and overall management. The park serves as a residential community for mobile homes and may also accommodate RVs. Local users considering Rancho Ramona for either mobile home living or RV stays should weigh the potential benefits of the park's location in Ramona and the positive service experience against the serious allegations regarding the manager. It is strongly recommended to contact the park directly to gather detailed information about lot or site availability, rental rates, utilities, amenities, park rules, and to address any concerns about the management based on the available feedback. Visiting the park in person, if possible, might also provide a more comprehensive understanding of the environment and community.

Rancho Ramona Mobile Home Park Reviews
Tech did a great job, very polite. Thank you for your wonderful service. James King.
Nov 26, 2024 · James KingThe manager is one of the worst people in general that you have to deal with. If you talk to her get ready for a headache. One of the most unpleasant and rude people I've met. I've lost all faith in humanity with people like her making life hard for no reason. Park is chill but the manager is the worst con of living here. Runs the park terribly too if you have kids or pets keep them away from her she will corrupt them with hate.
Nov 01, 2022 · Jorge GarciaThis place has such potential but is ran poorly by the property manager on site, Cindy. Hands down one of the rudest people I have ever come across.I lived there for a short period of time and it didn’t take long for her to start harassing me.She also goes around to other tenants at the park talking poorly about the people that live there, so unprofessional.Hopefully they can get a new manager in there and it will become a happier place to live.
