You can contact them at (817) 471-8500 or +1 817-471-8500 for inquiries about lot availability and storage unit rentals. Reviews consistently highlight the park's peaceful atmosphere, friendly community, excellent management, and convenient amenities, making it an attractive choice for both short-term and long-term stays.
One of the most frequently praised aspects of Red Roof RV Park & Storage is its tranquil environment. A long-term resident of about a year and a half stated, "It’s quiet and peaceful. I have never felt more at home." This sentiment suggests that the park offers a serene living experience, which is highly valued by many RVers, especially those seeking a respite from busier environments. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere contributes to a sense of community and well-being among the residents.
The sense of community is further emphasized by the friendly neighbors mentioned by the same long-term resident. A welcoming and supportive neighborly environment can significantly enhance the quality of life for those staying at an RV park, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support. This positive social aspect makes Red Roof RV Park & Storage stand out as a place where residents feel comfortable and connected.
For pet owners, Red Roof RV Park & Storage offers a significant amenity: a dog park. The reviewer noted that the dog park is "a nice place to walk your animal babies." This dedicated space for pets allows owners to exercise their dogs in a safe and designated area, promoting a pet-friendly environment within the park and catering to the needs of RVers who travel with their animals.
The management at Red Roof RV Park & Storage consistently receives high praise from residents. One long-term resident mentioned that management had switched hands three times during their year and a half stay and that they had "loved all of them." They described the management as "kind and considerate and always willing to work with me any time I’ve had problems." This speaks volumes about the consistent quality of the park's leadership and their commitment to treating residents fairly and addressing their concerns effectively. The introduction of April, the newest member of management, was also met with positive remarks, being described as a "kind soul" who is happy to assist with lot rentals and storage unit inquiries.
In terms of practical amenities, Red Roof RV Park & Storage offers laundry and restroom facilities, as mentioned by a resident who moved there in December. While the specifics of these facilities (e.g., number of units, cleanliness) were not detailed, their availability adds to the convenience for residents and travelers. Furthermore, the park offers on-site storage units, which is a significant advantage for those needing extra space for belongings. The same reviewer noted that the on-site storage is "great if you can get a unit," implying that demand for storage may be high, so early inquiry is advisable.
The spaciousness of the RV lots is another notable feature. The reviewer who moved there in December reported that the "RV lots are 40' wide, 50' deep," providing "plenty of room for whatever ya got." These generously sized lots offer ample space for RVs of various sizes, as well as for parking vehicles and setting up outdoor living areas, enhancing the comfort and functionality of each site.
Regarding costs, the same reviewer mentioned that the "current lot rent is $450 monthly and that includes water and electric." This all-inclusive monthly rate for essential utilities is a significant benefit, providing cost predictability for long-term residents. It's important for prospective residents to confirm if this rate is still current and if there are any additional fees or terms associated with it.
Adding to the welcoming atmosphere, the office at Red Roof RV Park & Storage offers unexpected perks for residents. One reviewer mentioned that the office provides "free food and sometimes clothing," as well as "coffee is always ready to be brewed," and occasionally even donuts. These thoughtful gestures contribute to a sense of community and demonstrate a caring attitude from the management towards the residents.
While the vast majority of the feedback is positive, one potential drawback mentioned by a reviewer is the park's location relative to certain areas. The reviewer noted that it is "a 25 minute drive at minimum to get to 820 N in Lake Worth." For individuals who frequently need to travel to that specific area, the location might be a consideration. Additionally, the mail center being inside the office was mentioned as making mail retrieval difficult for one resident. Local users should consider their commuting needs and mail preferences when evaluating the park's location and mail facilities.
In summary, Red Roof RV Park & Storage offers a compelling package for local users seeking "RV parks near me" in the Springtown, TX area, characterized by:

May 14, 2022 · Christopher LandersThe amenities are good.. when they work. Maintenance is constantly needed and never done properly. Dog park is large, but they've had a large outbreak in copperheads. The lot not being properly mowed doesn't help it, either. They constantly have pipes breaking and plumbing problems.2 months ago there was a change in management from Theresa S. To April. Theresa was excellent. She was understanding, worked with people, and knew that these were people's homes. She lives there and held the same appreciation as the residents. April - that woman is a monster. She's charged late fees 2 MONTHS LATER (charged late fees for OCT rent in DEC, and added it to DEC rent) after saying, "don't worry about it". She accused people of theft for $10 in quarters, and then charged them $100 to their rent with no proof. When they couldn't pay the extra $100 due to restricted income she said, "Get out then!" over a TEXT MESSAGE. Real professional. We have had to defend people from getting towed without eviction, NUMEROUS times. After she spent an hour talking to Sheriffs and they confirmed she needed a formal eviction, she disobeyed and tried to move them 2 hours later without paperwork through a private company. That private company then came out 2 days later and erroneously hooked up to the wrong RV and tried to tow someone else house. So, that was a disaster. She attempts to hand eviction orders to family members not on the property "in hopes they'll pass it on" because she "doesn't want confrontation". She is horrendous. It was beautiful, but she makes it impossible to live there. She does not live on property (which is against their rules) and she gets paid under the table because the owners don't pay the taxes. We were promised fences and speed bumps - that never happened and we have kids that live here. Strangers are constantly coming in and out multiple times.Rules are being changed every month regarding rent policies, what you can and can't do, etc.The feral cat population is ridiculousDrugs: Theresa got rid of all the drug users in the park. Now, we've recently found out that ICE is going around the RVs and people are getting high. There have been tons of baggies found by tenants and they flushed.Sheriff's department has been put there at least 2-3x a week.
Dec 14, 2021 · Amber UranThis is a great RV park great prices you can also rent a storage unit. Prices are very reasonable. They have covered spaces also. Call them today for a great place to put your RV. They also have showers and laundry. You won't regret renting here. Very quiet and friendly. The photo is a photo of the shower room. It's very nice.
Mar 20, 2021 · Jacqueline MartinThis place has it together. First I rented a couple of storage units to handle the over flow of my business. No problem. Once I forgot my security code all I had to do is let them know and they took care of me in a matter of a few minutes. I now rent a RV site and been very pleased living on-site getting to know my neighbors.
