Richmond Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring mobile home communities in the Richmond, Indiana area, Richmond Mobile Home Park, located at 3398 Salisbury Rd, Richmond, IN 47374, USA, presents a mixed perspective based on the limited customer reviews available online. While one reviewer offers a general observation about the park's aesthetic and location, another provides more critical feedback regarding management and tenant behavior. Potential residents should carefully consider these points before making any decisions about residing in this community.
One reviewer who used to drive past Richmond Mobile Home Park offers a neutral observation, noting that the park "has some nice trailers and some that aren't so nice." This suggests a degree of visual variety within the community, with a mix of well-maintained and perhaps older or less updated mobile homes. This could be a typical characteristic of many established mobile home parks. The same reviewer also comments on the park's location, stating that it is "not quite in the country but not in town either," indicating a semi-rural setting that might offer a balance between proximity to urban amenities and a more laid-back environment. For those seeking "RV parks near me" with a slightly more secluded feel while still being within reasonable driving distance of Richmond, this location might be appealing.
However, the second review presents more significant concerns regarding the management and the overall living environment. This reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction, stating that the place "need a new owner and definitely new management because they are VERY rude and lazy!" Such a strong indictment of the management suggests potential issues with responsiveness, communication, and the overall upkeep or operation of the park. Prospective residents often prioritize responsive and fair management, so these allegations should be taken seriously.
The same critical reviewer also claims that the management is "not fair with all tenants," which raises concerns about equitable treatment and consistent enforcement of park rules and regulations. Uneven application of policies can lead to disputes and a negative living experience for residents, whether in mobile homes or RVs. This lack of fairness is a significant red flag for anyone considering moving into a community.
Furthermore, the reviewer expresses relief at having moved out of Richmond Mobile Home Park, stating, "I'm so glad I moved out of there!" This strong statement underscores the severity of their negative experience. The reviewer then provides a specific and concerning example of a neighbor who consistently had a "terrible smell of marijuana coming from his house." The reviewer alleges that while the manager was aware of this issue, they did not address it effectively, even implying a degree of complicity or familiarity with the neighbor's activities by stating, "the manager could smell it but then again he went there quite frequently lol." Such allegations, if true, suggest potential issues with drug use within the park and a lack of effective management intervention, which could significantly impact the quality of life and safety for other residents.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," the negative review raises serious concerns about the suitability of Richmond Mobile Home Park for recreational vehicles. While the semi-rural location might be appealing to some RVers, the allegations of rude and lazy management, unfair treatment of tenants, and potential issues with drug activity and ineffective management response are significant drawbacks. RV owners typically seek well-managed and safe environments for their stays, and these reviews suggest potential shortcomings in these areas at Richmond Mobile Home Park.
The limited information available does not provide details about specific amenities or services offered at Richmond Mobile Home Park for either mobile home residents or RVers. There is no mention of facilities such as hookups for water, electricity, and sewer for RVs, laundry rooms, communal spaces, or specific park rules relevant to recreational vehicles. Potential residents would need to inquire directly about these aspects to determine if the park can accommodate their needs.
The stark contrast between the neutral observation of the first reviewer and the highly critical feedback of the second highlights the importance of gathering more information. The negative review, in particular, raises red flags regarding the management's professionalism, fairness, and ability to maintain a positive living environment. The alleged issues with drug activity and the manager's purported inaction are serious concerns that could deter many prospective residents.
For local users in Richmond, IN, searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, Richmond Mobile Home Park presents a cautionary tale based on the available online reviews. While the semi-rural location might offer a certain appeal, the serious allegations of rude and ineffective management, unfair treatment of tenants, and potential issues with illegal activities within the park cannot be ignored. It is strongly recommended that prospective residents contact Richmond Mobile Home Park directly at (765) 521-6462 or +1 765-521-6462 to seek their perspective on these issues and to inquire about current conditions, amenities, and policies. Visiting the property and, if possible, speaking with current residents could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the community's atmosphere and management practices. However, the strong negative feedback warrants significant caution for anyone considering Richmond Mobile Home Park as a place to live or park their RV.
In conclusion, Richmond Mobile Home Park in Richmond, IN, appears to be a community with a semi-rural location but faces significant concerns regarding its management and the overall living environment, based on recent online reviews. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities in the area are strongly advised to approach this park with caution and conduct thorough personal research, paying close attention to the serious allegations raised about the management's conduct and the potential for disruptive tenant behavior.

Jun 03, 2024 · Jocelyn BrookeI have lived here for three months. I like that ppl have to have a full time position to be able to pass the application process. Which means they don't let just anyone live here. So far they seem to be a good little place to live. I do not like that some ppl just let their dogs out without a leash, because I have little grandchildren and don't want them hurt. I love dogs but it's dangerous to let them out without a leash because dogs are unpredictable and it's our job as owners to control them. I just want mine safe and everyone else around safe also. All around it's a good place to live so far.
Aug 12, 2016 · Rachelle GrubbThis is really a good place to live. Put it this way I lived on S. 14th and never got any sleep. It’s peaceful here! No drama. The only problem is the driveways are getting bad again! Something definitely needs done about it. BUT, THEY USUALLY ALWAYS SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX ANY PROBLEM, INCLUDING THE DRIVEWAYS AND, THINGS THAT NEED DONE INSIDE YOUR MOBILE HOME💯💯💕💕👌👌😘
