We now pay $130 more for lot rent each month than a year ago.Edit: we now have a new manager and he and higher-level staff members are quickly improving the park. Rent is still high and we're not sure when it'll go up again, but improvements are being made.Edit 2: They raised out lot rent by $30. If you're moving here or considering moving here, know that they raise rent every few months. We're all paying almost $480 month for lot rent and it's taking a financial toll on the community as many depend on fixed incomes.Edit 3: Howard is current manager for anyone wondering.Edit 4: We have finally moved from this place and I couldn't be happier. Howard, the manager, was very kind, but the company itself is terrible. It is run by a company founded by an ex-Goldman Sachs executive who was quoted as saying his mobile home parks are like "owning a Waffle House where all the customers are chained to the booths."Google "RV Horizons Lawsuit Austin" to get a taste of what you are moving into before you rent here.Caveat Emptor!They will be nice to you until you drop your home on your pad and then they know that you can't move your home without paying several thousand dollars and they start raising the rent rates.

They break ALMOST EVERY FAIR HOUSING LAW that exists in the United States of America. I lived there for 2yrs...1 yr with original owners(complete heaven, it was a mobile home COMMUNITY.Never thought I would ever want to live in a trailor before that), 1year in TOTAL HELL! I can't even say I would want to move my WORST enemy there. It should be shut down and the sick money hungry management company should be locked up for life.
