Roxbury Park Introduce
Welcome to Roxbury Park, a mobile home community located at 403 Post Rd, Goshen, IN 46526, USA. If you're searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering a move to a well-situated and seemingly organized residential area in Goshen, Roxbury Park might be of interest. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of the community based on available information.
Roxbury Park offers a residential setting for mobile homes. While specific details about the park's amenities and services are not extensively available online, we can gather some insights from the limited information and customer reviews. The park can be contacted directly at (574) 533-9916 or via the mobile number +1 574-533-9916 for more detailed inquiries.
Based on a customer review, the park was described as "nice enough, clean and organized." This suggests that Roxbury Park strives to maintain a certain level of tidiness and order within its grounds, which can be an important factor for those seeking a comfortable living environment. This positive feedback points towards a community that potentially values the upkeep of its premises.
However, another review mentions the removal of a basketball hoop and describes the park area as "trash." This feedback indicates a potential drawback or a change in the park's recreational facilities that may be important for residents, especially those with children or those who value outdoor activities. It's worth noting that individual experiences can vary, and this comment highlights a specific concern raised by a former visitor or resident.
Considering the category 'RV parks near me,' while Roxbury Park is primarily a mobile home park, it's possible that it might accommodate some RVs or offer related services. Individuals looking for short-term or long-term RV parking in the Goshen area may want to contact Roxbury Park directly to inquire about their policies and availability for recreational vehicles. It is common for some mobile home parks to also provide spaces for RVs, although their primary focus is typically on long-term residential living in manufactured homes.
To provide a more comprehensive understanding of Roxbury Park, potential residents or those interested in the area might want to consider the following aspects:
Environment: The review mentioning "clean and organized" suggests a community that takes some pride in its appearance. However, the comment about the "trash" park area indicates a potential area of concern. It would be beneficial to visit the location to assess the current environment and landscaping.
Services: Information regarding specific services offered within Roxbury Park is limited. Typically, mobile home parks provide essential utilities hookups (water, sewer, electricity) and may include amenities such as waste management. Prospective residents should inquire about these services, as well as any additional offerings like on-site management, laundry facilities, or community areas.
Features: The removal of the basketball hoop, as mentioned in a review, highlights the importance of understanding the available features and amenities. For families or individuals who value recreational facilities, it would be prudent to ask about any existing or planned amenities. While one visitor found it "nice enough," the loss of a recreational feature might impact the overall appeal for some.
Promotional Information: As there is no specific promotional information available online, those interested in Roxbury Park should reach out directly via the provided phone numbers to inquire about lot availability, pricing, and any current incentives. Visiting the park in person can also provide a better sense of the community and what it offers.
In conclusion, Roxbury Park in Goshen, Indiana, appears to be a mobile home community that at least one visitor found to be "clean and organized." However, feedback also indicates a potential issue with the park's recreational area following the removal of a basketball hoop. For local users searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering a residential option in a mobile home park, contacting Roxbury Park directly at (574) 533-9916 or +1 574-533-9916 would be the best way to obtain detailed and up-to-date information about the community, its services, and current availability. We encourage interested individuals to visit the location to form their own impressions of Roxbury Park.

Roxbury Park Reviews
they took away the basketball hoop. don’t even bother coming here for the park because it is trash.

Dec 31, 2024 · Red JenkinsI applied and got approved to rent at Roxbury Park in Goshen, IN. I had already paid a deposit and arranged an appointment to go see the unit for Monday 9/9 as my son could accompany me that day only. Upon entering the office, we asked to speak with Jennifer, who helped us and set up the apt for us.The office manager (Kimmy Bywell – may be misspelling her name) very rudely told us that she (Jennifer) wasn’t available, and asked what we wanted. When we explained what we were there for, she said they never do appointments for home tours on Mondays because they’re very busy and they would not show us the unit. My son asked if she could honor the appointment which was already set, as he took the day off and was the only day he could go. She said no, she was extremely rude and condescending. She proceeded to reprimand Jennifer (employee) in front of us for having set the appointment. Eventually she agreed to have a maintenance person show us a different unit, not the one we were there to see. Mind you, we already knew the unit we were there to see was available, and we were there to make our final decision. She continued to be difficult and refused to assist us with any kind of respect or consideration. At that point, due to the disrespect we experienced, my son asked for our deposit back (which they returned) and we left.I find it incredibly disheartening how rude your office manager was, the one hired to be a leader and represent your company. My daughter was also looking into not renting but buying a trailer there. My son in law was considering investing with the company. After such horrible experience, we will not do any business with you. The service (or lack thereof) we received today was unacceptable. Reprimanding the employee in front of customers is utterly unprofessional. I urge you to truly evaluate who you hire as property managers/office managers, as this is a representation of your organization. The lack of leadership is rudeness is costing you business.
Sep 09, 2024 · zumbasusanaThey don't answer phones?? What is the point of having one, if no one will answer. It has been over a week of calling daily. What amenties are included with lot rent?*************Again, i left a voicemail to have a returned call Friday. I'm not going to sit and argue with you about it when I have it on my call log. Irregardless or not you did not post how much the lot rent is and of course online there is NOTHING that indicates what amenities are included with the lot rent... park, basketball, pool. I am asking what the lot rent covers you do not answer my question. What is it that you have to hide? I will just reach out to corporate and let them know that they don't answer their phones at the office. ✌️
Aug 28, 2024 · Shannon GaOver priced rent, which includes nothing. They don't ever worry about their own rules unless they can make money (for example large aggressive dogs run loose, but your grass better not get long or they will cut it and charge you). The fishing/boating pond is fine lled with garbage and smelly algea and fungus. Also, there is no attempt to spray for mosquitos, so you can barely be outside in the summer. In the winter, oh boy be ready to fall down if you try to walk anywhere. They don't clear the snow unless there's more than half a foot! Complain at the office about an issue and be told it's 'not their job to police people to make sure they follow the rules.'
