Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales Introduce
For local users exploring housing options or searching for "rv parks near me" in the Madison, Ohio area, it is crucial to have access to objective information about potential communities. Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales, located at 5300 N Ridge Rd, Madison, OH 44057, USA, is one such option. This introduction aims to provide a detailed overview of the park based solely on the publicly available feedback from recent residents, focusing on the environment, potential services, and features as described in their reviews. It is crucial to note that the following information is derived directly from customer testimonials and may not represent the entirety of the park's offerings or the experiences of all residents.
Based on the limited but concerning feedback available, several significant issues have been raised by individuals who have interacted with or resided at Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales. One individual recounts a problematic application experience, stating that they paid a $100 application fee purportedly for a credit check and a decision following a board meeting. However, they were approved within 20 minutes of leaving. Subsequently, they made a $500 deposit only to discover from a neighbor that the "trailer was uninhabitable." Despite this, the deposit was allegedly not returned. Furthermore, this individual reports difficulty in obtaining landlord information from the park representative.
Another, more extensive review paints a negative picture of the overall living conditions and management of Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales. A primary grievance is that "the owners do nothing yet every year, they jack up the lot rent." This suggests a lack of reinvestment in the park despite increasing costs for residents, potentially leading to a decline in the quality of the community over time. The reviewer also alleges inconsistent rule enforcement, stating that while residents are given a list of rules to follow, the management only enforces certain ones based on personal preference, creating an environment of unfairness.
Significant infrastructure issues are also reported. The reviewer mentions that "water mains break so frequently and they don’t use qualified people to fix them." Frequent water main breaks can lead to disruptions in water service, inconvenience for residents, and potentially costly repairs that may not be handled effectively. The use of unqualified personnel for repairs raises concerns about the long-term reliability and safety of the park's infrastructure.
The community environment at Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales is described as disruptive and unsafe by this reviewer. They report that "there are residents that blast music all times of the day and night," indicating a lack of peace and quiet within the community. When these issues are brought to the attention of the front office, the management allegedly advises residents to "call the police knowing full well that the local police won’t do anything." This suggests a lack of effective internal conflict resolution and a passing of responsibility to external authorities who may not be able to adequately address the issues within the park.
Safety concerns are further amplified by the presence of "loose dogs run all over the place" and the claim of "addicts on every street." Uncontrolled animals can pose a safety risk and create unsanitary conditions, while the alleged presence of widespread addiction raises serious concerns about the overall safety and well-being of the residents. The reviewer's statement that "This place needs to be shut down and cleaned up" underscores the severity of the perceived problems within the park.
The management is directly criticized, with a specific individual named "Robert" being accused of doing "nothing" and leaving all responsibilities to the attorneys. This suggests a detached and ineffective management style. The individual overseeing maintenance is also described negatively, with the reviewer stating they are "barely qualified to be outside by himself," raising concerns about the quality of maintenance work within the park.
The concluding advice from this extensive review is a strong warning: "Stay away from this place. You will not be score to live peacefully." This emphatic statement serves as a powerful indictment of the living conditions and management at Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales.
Considering the platform category of "rv parks near me," the information available from resident reviews does not suggest that Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales would be a suitable or desirable option for RV travelers. The reported issues with infrastructure, community environment, and management practices are significant deterrents for anyone seeking a temporary or long-term RV stay. RV travelers typically prioritize well-maintained facilities, reliable utilities, a safe and peaceful environment, and responsive management. The numerous negative aspects highlighted in the reviews of Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales are contrary to these expectations.
The phone number provided for Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales is (440) 428-1234, and the mobile phone number is +1 440-428-1234. Local users who are considering this location, either for mobile home residency or potential long-term RV stays (though highly discouraged based on the feedback), are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution. Contacting the management directly to inquire about the serious allegations raised in the reviews would be a necessary step, but given the nature of the feedback, it would be prudent to thoroughly explore alternative housing or RV park options in the Madison, OH area.
Based solely on the available resident feedback, Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales appears to be a community facing significant challenges related to its management, infrastructure, safety, and overall living environment. The allegations of unfair application practices, uninhabitable homes, unresponsive management, frequent infrastructure failures, disruptive and unsafe community conditions, and a general lack of peace paint a deeply concerning picture. Promotional information is entirely absent, and the overwhelming sentiment from the reviews is negative.
In conclusion, this objective overview of Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales, based on recent resident reviews, reveals a multitude of serious concerns. Local users seeking housing or RV parks near Madison, OH, are strongly advised to consider this feedback carefully and to thoroughly investigate alternative options. Sahara Mobile Home Park & Sales Reviews
I paid a $100 application fee that was allegedly going to go towards a credit check, and be followed by a decision after a board meeting which I would need to be present. Within 20 minutes of leaving I received a call that I had been approved. I made a $500 deposit to find out from a neighbor that the trailer was uninhabitable. I never received my $500 back, and the woman that called me to tell me I was approved, said she doesn’t give out personal information of landlords.

Dec 24, 2024 · Ryan VAs long as you keep your head down and dont cause problems its fine there. What i mean is take care of your trailer and yard. Keep pets tamed. Dont be loud and obnoxious just be a good neighbor. Pay your rent on time and dont give the office hassle and your fine. I havent had any problems here. I like the park and from the stories ive heard in the past the park is way better now. Sandy and Brandi keep it running smooth and are really nice to as long as you do what any good tenant would. Its not hard to be a good tenant. I like living here.
Sep 30, 2020 · Dominque EstradaI've lived here since I was 3. I am currently 18. When I was younger and the real owner was alive, the park was nice. The staff took care of it. However, after the real owner died his son took over. He's mean and disrespectful. He does not take care of this place. The woman he works in the office with is a rude and unkind person who locks the office door and rarely answers. Drugs are on every street. There was a shooting on the side of the park with the pool last year. Lots of addicts. I lived acrossed the street from two addicts who fought and beat eachother constantly. The only reason they arent here now is because they got arrested. The kids are disrespectful towards adults. The trailors arent taking care of. They dont even plow the back of the park. If I were you, Id stay away.
May 31, 2018 · Yvng QueenMy bro and I are getting a trailer in there very soon. The new owners seem to really be turning the park around. They are also working with us being we are first time home buyers. Very exciting.
