San Je Estates Introduce
If you are searching for RV parks in the Morrow, Ohio area, San Je Estates, located at 6051 US-22, Morrow, OH 45152, USA, is one option that may appear in your search results under the category "RV parks near me." However, it is critical to thoroughly review recent customer feedback before considering a stay at this facility, as the available reviews paint an extremely negative picture regarding the park's management, maintenance, and overall living conditions.
One of the reviews unequivocally labels San Je Estates as a "complete dump" and strongly advises potential visitors to distrust anything the owners might say. The reviewer, based on firsthand experience, urges others to avoid even considering moving to this location. This initial feedback sets a highly negative tone and suggests significant dissatisfaction with the park.
Another, more detailed review recounts a series of alarming incidents and persistent issues experienced by a resident. Initially, this reviewer mentions an incident where one of the maintenance personnel was allegedly caught stealing a package from their porch. While the employee reportedly claimed to be taking it to the office, the reviewer emphasizes that no permission was given to tamper with their mail, highlighting the potential legal implications of such actions. Although the reviewer chose not to call the police at the time due to being new to the park and wanting to avoid problems, they have since installed a security camera. This incident raises serious concerns about the trustworthiness and conduct of the park's staff.
Beyond the alleged theft, this same reviewer details significant discrepancies regarding fees. They state that while they were informed that water and sewer were included in the lot rent, these charges were actually tacked on as additional costs. This suggests a lack of transparency and potentially misleading information provided by the management regarding the actual cost of staying at San Je Estates. Had the reviewer been aware of these hidden fees upfront, they assert they would not have chosen to move there.
The maintenance issues described by this long-term resident are even more concerning, posing potential health and safety risks. Within a year of moving in, they discovered mold in a back bedroom that had been painted over, indicating a possible attempt to conceal the problem rather than remediate it. Furthermore, the park's septic system is reported to frequently back up, resulting in human feces coming up through the pipes into the bathtub. Despite having their own pipes checked and confirming that the issue lies with the park's infrastructure, the management has allegedly refused to address the problem. The reviewer also mentions a sewer line running through the walkway behind their trailer, which could present additional hazards.
The lack of essential utilities and the poor state of the accommodations are further detailed in this scathing review. The furnace was reportedly non-functional, with vents leading nowhere and no ductwork in place. Basic fixtures were also failing, such as shower handles that were superglued on and a toilet that did not flush properly and ran constantly. Despite these significant habitability issues, the management allegedly took no action to resolve them.
Finally, the reviewer mentions a persistent issue with excessive noise from constant bass thudding, which the management also did nothing to address, further detracting from the living environment. The reviewer concludes by labeling San Je Estates as a "total slum property" and strongly advises others to "move anywhere else" to avoid a similar experience.
A subsequent update from the same reviewer reports an even more critical issue: a complete lack of water for six days. The alleged cause of this utility failure is attributed to the park's infrastructure, with water lines reportedly buried only six inches deep instead of the one and a half feet required to prevent freezing. This indicates a fundamental flaw in the park's construction or maintenance, leading to a prolonged deprivation of a basic necessity for its residents.
Given these overwhelmingly negative and detailed accounts from multiple individuals, any potential visitors or long-term residents should be extremely wary of San Je Estates RV Park. The allegations include theft by staff, misleading financial information, severe and unaddressed maintenance problems leading to potential health hazards like mold and sewage backups, the failure of essential utilities like heating and water due to inadequate infrastructure, and a general lack of responsiveness from the management. These issues collectively paint a picture of a poorly managed and potentially unsafe living environment.
For those searching under "RV parks near me," San Je Estates, based on this evidence, appears to be a facility to avoid. The primary concerns raised by reviewers go far beyond typical campground inconveniences and point to systemic problems that could severely impact the safety, health, and financial well-being of anyone staying there, whether for a short or long term. There is no indication of any positive environment, services, features, or promotional information available in the provided reviews; instead, the focus is entirely on negative experiences and serious shortcomings.
Prospective visitors should consider contacting the park using the provided phone numbers, (855) 727-5489 or +1 855-727-5489, to seek their perspective on these serious allegations. However, given the strong negative experiences reported, it would be prudent to seek alternative RV park options in the Morrow, Ohio area that have more positive and reliable feedback regarding their management, facilities, and overall guest experience. The information available online strongly suggests that San Je Estates may not provide a satisfactory or safe environment for RVers or long-term residents.

San Je Estates Reviews
Complete dump.. don’t trust anything the owners tell u! Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider moving here…..unfortunately experienced this first hand.
Dec 11, 2024 · Brad TaulbeeOne of the maintenance men were caught stealing a package off of our porch. Tried to say he took it to the office. Ummm nobody gave him permission to tamper with our mail. That's a federal offense. I should have called the cops but I had just moved there and didn't want to cause problems. We have installed a camera now that we can check from our phone when we aren't home. It's way too expensive, they tell you water and sewer is included in lot rent and it's not, they tack it onto the lot rent. Had I known what I know now I would not have moved here. Edit/update; within a year of moving in, we found mold in back bedroom that was painted over, the septic system they have here backs up and human feces comes up through the pipes into bathtub. We have had our pipes checked. It is their problem that they refuse to fix. They had a sewer line running through the walkway behind the trailer. No working furnace, the vents go to nowhere, there is no ductwork. The shower handles were superglued on, the toilet doesn't flush properly, runs constantly. They do nothing about the excess noise from bass thudding constantly. Total slum property! Do yourself a favor and move anywhere else! New Update: have had no water for 6 days!!! They only put water lines 6 inches down instead of the foot and a half required for lines not to freeze up!!!
