Santa Elena Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Santa Elena Mobile Home Park, situated at 980 Front St, Soledad, CA 93960, USA. For individuals and families exploring housing options within a mobile home community, or those occasionally searching under the "RV parks near me" category for potential long-term stays, Santa Elena Mobile Home Park presents itself as a community in Soledad, California. This detailed introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park, encompassing its environment, the services it may offer, its inherent features as a mobile home park, and insights gleaned from available customer reviews, which include both positive historical perspectives and more recent concerns.
Santa Elena Mobile Home Park is located on Front Street in Soledad, a city in Monterey County, California, situated in the Salinas Valley. The location offers proximity to the agricultural heartland of California and provides access to local amenities such as shopping, schools, and transportation links within Soledad. The surrounding area is characterized by a more rural and agricultural setting compared to larger urban centers, which can appeal to those seeking a quieter lifestyle. The accessibility to the natural landscapes of the Salinas Valley and the proximity to the Monterey Peninsula are potential locational advantages for residents.
The environment within Santa Elena Mobile Home Park, as described by customer reviews, has seen positive evolution over time, though current maintenance appears to be an area needing attention. One long-term resident states, "Always loved living here. Lots of improvements over the years have made this community so much nicer than when I grew up there." This indicates a history of positive development and a community that has strived to enhance its living environment. The mention of these improvements suggests that the park has likely invested in its infrastructure and communal spaces over the years, contributing to a more appealing atmosphere for its residents. However, a separate review, while seemingly unrelated to the mobile home park itself (as it discusses cold food and poor service, which is atypical for a mobile home park review and might be mistakenly associated), does mention a need for "attention on the maintenance." This suggests that while the park may have a history of improvements, current upkeep might be a concern for some. The long-term resident also expresses a wish for the reopening of the pool, indicating that a swimming pool was once a feature of the community, contributing to its recreational environment.
As a mobile home park, Santa Elena Mobile Home Park's services are typically geared towards the needs of long-term residents living in manufactured homes. These services commonly include:
- Lot Rental: Residents lease the individual plot of land where their mobile home is situated.
- Utility Connections: The park would provide the necessary infrastructure for essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity to each lot. Residents are typically responsible for setting up and paying for their individual utility accounts, but the connections are established by the park.
- Trash Collection: Regular waste disposal services are a standard amenity in mobile home communities.
- Park Management: On-site or accessible management is responsible for the overall operation of the park, including maintaining common areas and enforcing community rules. The positive sentiment from the long-term resident about the community improvements suggests that management has been proactive in the past.
- Potential Amenities: The mention of a closed swimming pool indicates that recreational amenities have existed within the park. Other common amenities in mobile home parks might include laundry facilities, a clubhouse, or communal green spaces, though these are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. The long-term resident's positive experience suggests that the park likely offers a sense of community and possibly some shared facilities that have contributed to their positive view over the years.
The features of Santa Elena Mobile Home Park, based on the provided reviews, highlight a community with a positive history of development but potential current maintenance needs. Key features include:
- Long-Term Community: The review from someone who "always loved living here" and grew up in the park indicates a stable and potentially close-knit long-term community.
- History of Improvements: The park has seen "lots of improvements over the years," suggesting an ongoing effort to enhance the living environment for residents.
- Past Recreational Amenities: The presence of a swimming pool, though currently closed, indicates that recreational facilities have been part of the community in the past.
- Potential for a Nice Environment: The positive long-term experience suggests that the park has the potential to be a pleasant place to live.
Promotional information for Santa Elena Mobile Home Park could emphasize its history of positive improvements, its established long-term community, and its location in the Soledad area, which offers a quieter, more rural setting with access to the Salinas Valley and the Monterey Peninsula. Highlighting the community aspect and the potential for a pleasant living environment, based on the positive long-term resident's experience, would be beneficial. However, any promotional efforts would need to address the current concerns regarding maintenance and the status of the swimming pool. Transparency about these issues and any plans to rectify them would be crucial for building trust with prospective residents. For individuals interested in learning more about lot availability, rental costs, community rules, and any current information on maintenance plans or the potential reopening of the pool, it is recommended to contact Santa Elena Mobile Home Park directly using the provided phone numbers: (831) 678-1566 or +1 831-678-1566. Inquiring about the current state of maintenance and any timelines for amenity improvements would be advisable for potential residents.
In conclusion, Santa Elena Mobile Home Park in Soledad, CA, appears to be a community with a positive history of improvements and a long-standing resident who has enjoyed living there. The park's location in the Salinas Valley offers a quieter lifestyle with access to regional attractions. However, there is a noted need for attention to maintenance, and a significant amenity, the swimming pool, is currently closed. For those seeking mobile home living in Soledad, Santa Elena Mobile Home Park warrants further inquiry to understand the current state of maintenance and amenity availability. The park's history of improvements suggests a potential for a positive living experience, but prospective residents should seek up-to-date information on the community's current condition and management plans to address the identified concerns.

Santa Elena Mobile Home Park Reviews
Food was cold... to asked for napkins and straw for our drinks been ignored by the kid that served our food. Frys wore like just left over small pices. Need attention on the maintenance.
May 02, 2025 · Raul MaravillaAlways loved living here. Lots of improvements over the years have made this community so much nicer than when I grew up there. I just wish they would open the pool up for the residents again.
Jan 06, 2023 · MarthaAa far as mobile home parks ive seen in person, this is definitely one of the most tidiest and well kept. I dont know what its like to live here, but from a visitors point of view, the entire area looks very clean, quiet, and peaceful. There is a small but well maintained childrens playground as well. Ive seen other mobile home parks in other cities and one more in this town. Unlike this park, the others were very run down and unpleasant to the eye. Thumbs up the property owners, staff and residents for maintaining a nice, clean, environment they can be proud of.
Oct 04, 2019 · Spanish FlyIts a clean place with a great view. And quiet aswell. I would move in here if there were open available spots.Too far to any close work areas besides marijuana farms.
Mar 20, 2019 · Andres MIt's a dominant Catholic community with respectful people. Although people may come and visit just to see how it looks, more than likely they'll enjoy the atmosphere
