Sequoia Trailer Park Introduce
For local users in the Redwood City, California area searching for "RV parks near me," Sequoia Trailer Park, located at 730 Barron Ave, Redwood City, CA 94063, USA, offers a potential option for both short and medium-term stays. They can be contacted at (650) 366-0608 or via mobile at +1 650-366-0608 for inquiries regarding availability and services.
Based on the feedback from online reviews, Sequoia Trailer Park appears to be a functional and adequately maintained facility with friendly management. One reviewer who stayed for a single night found the manager to be "very friendly and helpful." This positive interaction suggests that the park staff is approachable and willing to assist guests. The same reviewer also noted that the "wifi was brilliant," although they qualified this by mentioning they were located right next to the office and were unsure of the signal strength further away.
The first reviewer described the park as "nothing flash" but found it "great" for their needs during a brief stopover before visiting local attractions like the Computer History Museum and NASA Ames Research Center. This suggests that Sequoia Trailer Park may serve as a convenient base for those exploring the South Bay area.
Another reviewer who stayed for approximately two and a half months during a work relocation provided a more detailed assessment, outlining both pros and cons. Among the advantages, they noted that the "facilities were clean" and that the "residents kept to themselves," implying a degree of privacy and a lack of disturbances. They also stated that they experienced "no issues" during their extended stay, suggesting a generally stable and uneventful living environment within the park itself.
However, this second reviewer also pointed out some drawbacks. They mentioned that the park is located in "not the nicest part of town" and noted "daytime light industrial noise." These factors suggest that while the park itself may be well-maintained, the surrounding neighborhood might have some less desirable aspects, and there could be some ambient noise during the day due to nearby industrial activity. The reviewer explicitly stated that it is "not a vacation stop for sure" but conceded that "if you need a place to drop anchor for a couple weeks close to the south bay, it will do." This positions Sequoia Trailer Park as a more practical option for temporary or work-related stays rather than a leisure destination.
Considering these reviews, Sequoia Trailer Park offers a clean and functional environment with friendly and helpful management. The availability of strong wifi near the office is a notable amenity. However, prospective residents should be aware that the park is situated in a less desirable part of town and may experience some daytime industrial noise. It appears best suited for short to medium-term stays, particularly for those needing access to the South Bay area for work or specific purposes rather than for a recreational vacation.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Redwood City, Sequoia Trailer Park offers a conveniently located option. The positive remarks about the management and the cleanliness of the facilities are reassuring. However, the identified drawbacks regarding the neighborhood and noise should be taken into consideration, especially for those seeking a longer-term or more tranquil living environment.
Prospective residents should inquire about the specific facilities available at Sequoia Trailer Park, such as laundry rooms, restrooms, shower facilities (though not explicitly mentioned in the reviews), and any communal areas. Understanding the full range of amenities will help in assessing its suitability for individual needs.
Information regarding the size and layout of the RV or mobile home sites is not detailed in the reviews. Those with larger rigs or specific space requirements should inquire about site dimensions and configurations. Similarly, details about hookups for water, electricity, and sewage should be confirmed.
Pet policies are not mentioned in the reviews, so individuals traveling with pets should inquire about the park's regulations regarding animals.
Promotional information, such as current rates, discounts for longer stays, or any other special offers, is not provided in the available data. Interested parties should contact the park management directly for this information.
The address, 730 Barron Ave, Redwood City, CA 94063, allows local users to assess the park's proximity to their desired locations and amenities within Redwood City and the broader South Bay area. Its proximity to major transportation routes and employment centers might be a significant factor for those relocating for work.
In conclusion, for local users in Redwood City seeking "RV parks near me," Sequoia Trailer Park offers a clean and conveniently located option with friendly management and good wifi (near the office). It appears particularly suitable for short to medium-term stays, especially for those working in the South Bay. However, prospective residents should be aware of the less desirable surrounding neighborhood and potential daytime industrial noise. Direct inquiry with the park management is recommended to gather specific details about amenities, site sizes, policies, and pricing to determine if Sequoia Trailer Park meets their individual needs.

Sequoia Trailer Park Reviews
Stopped here just for a night before heading to the computer history museum and Nasa ames research. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The wifi was brilliant, we were right next to the office though, not sure how far that extends. The place is nothing flash, but was great for us.
