Serenity Acres RV Community Introduce
Searching for "RV parks near me" in the Many, Louisiana area? Serenity Acres RV Community, located at 70 Evangeline Ln., Many, LA 71449, USA, presents itself as a potential option for RVers seeking a place to stay. However, publicly available reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the experience at this location, which should be taken into consideration by potential guests.
The environment of Serenity Acres RV Community appears to be a point of contention among reviewers. One guest who stayed for approximately six months described it as a "Great quiet place to stay," suggesting a peaceful atmosphere. This positive account contrasts sharply with another reviewer's experience, who described the place as "Absolutely horrible." This individual reported concerns about the owner's behavior, alleging constant surveillance and negative interactions regarding trash disposal. The discrepancy in these accounts makes it challenging to provide a definitive description of the park's environment. Potential visitors should be aware of these differing opinions and consider contacting the park directly to gain a clearer understanding of the current atmosphere and management style.
Information regarding the services offered at Serenity Acres RV Community also presents conflicting accounts. The negative review claims that trash service is not included, despite the reviewer's interpretation of Louisiana law. This same review also alleges that the owner locked the laundry room and bathrooms, denying access to these facilities after payment in full. Conversely, the positive review explicitly mentions "Free restrooms, showers and laundry room," indicating that these services were available to at least one guest during their six-month stay. This significant contradiction highlights the importance of directly verifying the availability and terms of services with the park management prior to booking. Potential guests should inquire specifically about trash disposal procedures, the operational status of restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities, and any associated costs or restrictions.
Features of Serenity Acres RV Community are not extensively detailed in the provided reviews, beyond the mention of restrooms, showers, and a laundry room in one account, which is contradicted by another guest's experience of these facilities being locked. The positive review also notes a "Great location not far from downtown," suggesting potential convenience in accessing local amenities in Many. However, the negative review does not corroborate this aspect and instead focuses on alleged negative interactions with the owner. Due to the conflicting nature of the feedback, it is difficult to objectively describe the features of Serenity Acres RV Community. Prospective guests should inquire about specific amenities, site details (e.g., hookups, space), and any other features that are important to their stay directly with the park management to obtain accurate and current information.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Serenity Acres RV Community based on the provided reviews. Neither review mentions any discounts, special rates, or long-term stay offers. To inquire about pricing, availability, and any potential promotions, it is crucial to contact the park directly at (318) 581-0072 or +1 318-581-0072. Given the strongly contrasting experiences reported by previous guests, it would be prudent to discuss your specific needs and expectations with the owner or manager to determine if Serenity Acres RV Community is a suitable option for your travel plans and to understand the current rates and policies.
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in Many, Louisiana, Serenity Acres RV Community is a location that has received markedly different reviews from its guests. While one reviewer found it to be a "Great quiet place to stay" with free amenities and a convenient location, another described a "Absolutely horrible place" with serious concerns about the owner's behavior and restricted access to facilities. These conflicting accounts underscore the importance of conducting thorough due diligence before making a reservation. Potential guests are strongly advised to contact Serenity Acres RV Community directly to inquire about the current environment, available services, features, and pricing, and to seek clarification on the discrepancies found in the public reviews to make an informed decision about their stay.

Serenity Acres RV Community Reviews
Absolutely horrible place. The owner watches you, total weirdo. Trash cans are shared, and he screams at you if there is an empty box not in a bag. Not to mention a storm blew all the trash cans over the day before. Claims that trash service is a not a included service, yet the Louisiana law states it's a requirement for the owner to be in business as an RV park. He talks to people like he's God, but just a sad little man. Never said anything to us about any issues, but I knew he was going to be a problem when I heard him screaming at the neighbors wife the week before. He preys on the wives while the men are away because he doesn't have the courage to act like that towards the men. And when you stand up to him he gives you an eviction notice stamped by Mike Tarvers office, but the signature is blacked out and it's copy. I doubt its a legitimate document. He locked the laundry room and the bathrooms so we don't have access to them, and stares at my wife to the point shes afraid to come outside. Mind you we paid in full up front, plus 100 dollars deposit. Not sure how that make me a grifter, bud, but allow me to introduce you to the power of Google. It's a shame I can't give this place zero stars. Stay away from this place. And I'll be reporting him and this place to the Consumers Protections office. Would be a nice place if he weren't here. Complete creep.
Jul 16, 2024 · Eric FondrenGreat quiet place to stay. I was here for about 6 months. I had no issues with anyone. The owner would watch over my camper when I was away and if I called him to check on things he did without hesitation. Free restrooms, showers and laundry room. Great location not far from downtown.
Jul 31, 2024 · Scott LeblancI live beside the RV park, and I seen the Owner yelling at a woman about not putting a box in a bag, then continued yelling at her about not picking up her dogs waste. As the woman was defending herself and crying so hard she was hyperventilating she just went back inside her RV. Not long the police showed up, I didn't really understand the issue until the owner sat with other tenants speaking badly of her and watching her after police left. I've sat and watched this lady pick her dog waste and also seen 2 other large dogs in the area use the restroom out there. I believe the situation was uncalled for accusing her when from what I've seen, she is innocent then the owner evicted her. I've personally seen a large man throw trash not bagged in the area. It's completely unprofessional and the owner was so evil in his words to other tenants about this poor lady. I'm praying for her and decided to do the review because more than likely she won't. How embarrassing. From your reply sir, one thing the newcomers don't know about you that I do from living beside you, you smoke pot and a lot of it. Now you know you're wrong from what you did to that lady. I can hear and smell everything...... especially when you are yelling at that poor autistic young man that lives there.
Jul 13, 2024 · Kristi LynVery hospitable! Nice covered sites! Highly recommend!
May 05, 2025 · Melinda LipscombClean park with nice covered pads. Owner is friendly and helpful. You can't see the lake from here but it's not far. New washers and dryers are free of charge.
