Based on available information, Simpsonville Mobile Home Park presents itself as a residential community. One reviewer noted it as "a very nice place" that "seems to be for the elderly," suggesting a potentially quieter and more mature environment. This could be appealing to those seeking a peaceful and stable living situation within an RV park setting.
However, it's crucial to consider all available feedback. Another review expresses significant concerns regarding the park's management. This feedback highlights issues such as inconsistent enforcement of rules (specifically mentioning a speed limit posted in only one location) and a perceived lack of effective handling of resident concerns. The reviewer states that when they contacted management about situations, they felt the issues were not adequately addressed. This raises a point for potential residents to consider regarding the responsiveness and effectiveness of the on-site management.
Furthermore, the critical review mentions dissatisfaction with the lack of promised improvements despite increases in rent prices. The reviewer strongly advises potential renters to "find somewhere else that's better," indicating a negative overall experience. This perspective suggests that while the physical environment might have some positive aspects, the management and its handling of resident issues could be a significant drawback.
When considering Simpsonville Mobile Home Park as one of the "RV Parks Near Me," it's essential to weigh the potential benefits of a seemingly quiet and established community against the reported challenges with management and the lack of perceived improvements. For individuals seeking a long-term stay for their RV, especially those who value responsive management and consistent community standards, it would be prudent to conduct thorough due diligence.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Simpsonville Mobile Home Park, prospective residents should consider visiting the location in person. This would allow you to assess the environment firsthand, observe the community atmosphere, and potentially speak with current residents (if possible and appropriate) to gather additional perspectives. It would also be beneficial to directly engage with the management to discuss their policies, procedures for handling resident concerns, and any ongoing or planned improvements.
When evaluating "RV Parks Near Me," factors beyond just the physical location are paramount. The quality of management, the sense of community, the clarity and consistent enforcement of park rules, and the responsiveness to resident needs all contribute significantly to a positive living experience. The contrasting reviews for Simpsonville Mobile Home Park underscore the importance of this holistic evaluation.
For those prioritizing a tranquil environment that caters to a more mature demographic, Simpsonville Mobile Home Park's perceived atmosphere might be appealing. Simpsonville Mobile Home Park Reviews
It's a very nice place , Seems to be for the elderly
Nov 28, 2024 · Richard LennonManagement is the worst. Only has a speed limit posted just in one of there locations. When you call them to handle a situation they don't really handle the situation at all. Needs to improve because the way they handle things is the worst. Said improvements was coming but no improvements have been made just higher rents prices. If you are looking to rent here THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THATS BETTER.
May 03, 2021 · ivan garciaExcellent job from the management for turning this park around! It was once known for having a bad reputation and troubled residents. I have a friends who lives there and every time I go see them there are children playing and people out walking. it's nice to see. My only suggestion would be for the park to add a playground for the children and for it to supply Wi-Fi throughout the entire park for its residents.
Jan 02, 2018 · Michele ElderWe where in a tight move schedule. Promotion out of state. The landlord we had was horrible. Pretty much we asked for a week extension before the move.He pretty much said, "if you don't pay this month's rent TODAY. I'll give you a bad refrence." And he insisted he come that day! Even told me he wakes up at 6:30am and be there by 7am. All because of past people bouncing wo paying rent. (It was another landlord asking for a refrence)Jokes on you buddy he offered it to us without the refrence. We where late yes but we paid within that month especially with covid and things. If your landlord isn't Glenn the one that drives a white truck. Run! Find another place to live.Edit: I will not be taking this down. We lived near lot 198. I think I would know the place I lived for 1 year. Next time think twice about how you treat your residents.
Jan 12, 2021 · Eunice KangIt's an old mobile home park, and while it used to be full of drugs & I would not have considered it "safe", *at all*... It has been "cleaned up" a bit, over the past few years or so. Sadly, most of the rental trailers are pretty rundown and, with what they charge for them (they're way overpriced, IMO), it would be easy to use that extra money they charge for rent, to renovate and clean them up a bit more. My father owns his mobile home there, but rents an (overpriced) lot there. They stopped including groundskeeping in it, stopped including water, etc.... and the price of the "Lot Rent" seems to keep on RISING somehow? At least the crime seems to have gone down, though? Meh.
