Another review focused on the condition of the mobile homes within the park, recounting a deeply negative experience while viewing a unit for potential rental or purchase. The reviewer described the carpets as having "deep dark brown stains," the kitchen cabinets as damaged with missing doors, and the presence of a "big hole under the kitchen sink" with multiple mousetraps set up. This individual stated that these observations were sufficient to deter them from any further consideration of the property. Anyone interested in potentially staying at Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park with an RV would need to contact the park management directly to inquire about their policies and availability for RVs.

The negative feedback suggests that significant improvements would be necessary to address the concerns raised by previous visitors.

Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park Reviews
Absolute trash hole... Broken down cars, trash scattered everywhere, the stench of weed filling the air, grungy teenagers watch you drive through like they're waiting to steal the wheels of your car while it's moving... Slum lord's paradise...
Oct 04, 2024 · Edward BerryDon't even waste your time looking at mobile homes at this park. I went to look at one and I walked out about as fast as I walked in. I have never seen anything like that in my life. The carpets had deep dark brown stains on them. Use your imagination as to what that came from. There were pieces of the cabinet doors missing in the kitchen. There was a big hole under the kitchen sink with about 5 to 6 mousetraps set up under there. That was all I needed to see. Not to mention I had made an appointment with this lady there and when I arrived I called her and she asked me if I could come back tomorrow. I guess it was not convenient for her at that time. I told her absolutely not because I just drove 25 miles to get there!!! Horrible experiences 😪
Apr 19, 2023 · Kim VACCAROAs someone who grew up here, this is the trashiest place to be. The neighbors are nosey and creepy. I can't even throw my family members trash away without being harrassed by the person that lives near the dumpsters. Please do yourself a favor and never live here. If you have children, the amount of weirdos who walk through the street at night should be enough for you to stay far away from here.
