Sunrise Village Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" in the Cocoa, Florida region and considering the option of a mobile home community for either short-term or potentially long-term living? Sunrise Village, situated at 799 Clearlake Rd, Cocoa, FL 32922, USA, is one such community. For those interested in learning more, they can be contacted at (321) 342-8924 or +1 321-342-8924.
Based on recent feedback from residents, it's important for prospective individuals considering Sunrise Village to be aware of some concerns that have been raised. One long-term resident, who has lived in the park for over a decade, indicates that while the community had improved at one point, it is currently experiencing a decline. This resident expresses significant dissatisfaction with a substantial rent increase of over $100.00 for the year 2025, particularly in light of a perceived lack of corresponding improvements within the park itself. This raises questions about the value proposition for residents, especially those on a limited income who may find such increases financially challenging.
Furthermore, the same long-term resident highlights issues with inconsistent enforcement of community standards. They specifically mention repeatedly requesting that neighbors clean up their property, which is described as resembling a "city dump." Despite these requests, no action appears to have been taken. In contrast, the resident notes that they have been promptly warned for minor infractions, such as having limbs or debris temporarily outside their own property. This disparity in rule enforcement suggests a potential bias or inconsistency in how community standards are applied, which can lead to frustration and a sense of unfairness among residents.
Despite these concerns, the long-term resident clarifies that their issue is not with the office staff personally, indicating a positive relationship with them. However, they emphasize the need for broader changes within the community's management and operational practices to address the issues they have raised.
Another, more concise review echoes the sentiment of rent increases occurring with "little to no repairs or improvements." This reinforces the concern that the financial burden on residents is increasing without a tangible improvement in the quality or maintenance of the park. This reviewer also points to a pattern of selective rule enforcement, stating that management seems to "pick and choose who they violate and who they turn a blind eye to." This further supports the earlier concern about inconsistent application of community standards, which can negatively impact the overall living environment and sense of community within Sunrise Village.
Given this feedback, prospective residents considering Sunrise Village as one of their options when searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully weigh these concerns. While the park's location in Cocoa may offer certain advantages in terms of proximity to local amenities and the broader Space Coast region, the reported issues regarding rent increases without improvements and inconsistent rule enforcement are significant factors to consider.
It is important to note that these reviews provide a snapshot of some residents' experiences and may not reflect the views of all individuals living in Sunrise Village. However, they do raise pertinent questions about the park's management practices, the value it offers for the rental costs, and the consistency of community standards enforcement. Potential residents are strongly encouraged to conduct their own thorough due diligence before making any decisions.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Sunrise Village, prospective residents should consider contacting the management directly at (321) 342-8924 or +1 321-342-8924. During their inquiries, they should seek specific information regarding:
- Current lot rental rates and any anticipated future increases.
- Details about any planned or ongoing improvements or repairs within the park.
- The community's rules and regulations and how they are consistently enforced.
- The amenities and services offered to residents (e.g., laundry facilities, recreational areas, maintenance services).
- The overall environment and atmosphere of the community.
- The average age and demographics of the residents.
- The park's policies on lot maintenance and upkeep.
Visiting Sunrise Village in person would also be a valuable step in assessing the community. This would allow potential residents to observe the overall condition of the park, the cleanliness of common areas, and the appearance of individual lots. It might also provide an opportunity to speak with current residents (if comfortable and appropriate) to gain additional perspectives on living in the community.
In conclusion, while Sunrise Village is a mobile home park located in Cocoa, Florida, the available recent customer reviews highlight significant concerns regarding rent increases without perceived improvements and inconsistencies in rule enforcement. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Sunrise Village, it is crucial to be aware of these potential issues. Thoroughly investigating these concerns through direct communication with the management and potentially a visit to the property is strongly recommended to ensure that the community meets their expectations and needs for a comfortable and satisfactory living experience.

Sunrise Village Reviews
I have lived in this park for over 10 years total it is better than it was but its going back down hill fast and on top of that they raised the rent over 100.00 for 2025 with no improvements in the park. If I could afford to live somewhere else I so would but no one can afford what they are doing to the below income people now. I have asked over and over for the people next door to me to clean up their place it looks like a city dump. But I get nothing but let me have something like limbs or debris set out and I would get a warning in a heart beat. it has happened. Its not that I dont like the staff in the office I do but things need to change.

Sep 22, 2024 · Lisa EgglestonMoved here, they promised to fix my place right when I moved in, took them so many weeks to even put flooring in, my window was leaking and had been leaking before I even moved in which caused mold and my newborn got sick two nights within being there and was in the hospital. Then my back bathrooms toilet was left off in the shower... so it was a non working bathroom... which the door was even off and I have a 1 year old who runs around... there was nails and tools laying all around that I was told not to touch. They are liars and just want to take people's money, I refused to pay them if they didn't want to fix my place, I paid 1200 and the lady told me that money was to help fix it. I took this to court and they evicted me and didn't give me any notices!!!! Except for the final notice!!If you want to live like your trash, then this is the place. Karma is a *****.It's dangerous here also, I had people following me while trying to go back into my house, I had to always carry my pepper spray, the laundry area is pitch black, there is always fighting and guns shooting, and loud music, and cars flying down the roads... not suitable for kids at all!!!They should be reported!!
