You can reach them by phone at (321) 266-1744 or their mobile number, +1 321-266-1744. This introduction aims to provide local users with an overview of the mobile home park based on publicly available information.
Based on recent customer reviews, it's important for prospective residents to be aware of certain conditions at Byrd Plaza Mobile Home Park. One reviewer mentioned that the park is under new ownership by a company based out of Miami and that the trailers are being sold "as is." This suggests that potential buyers should carefully assess the condition of any available mobile homes before making a purchase. The same reviewer also indicated difficulties in contacting the new management.
Furthermore, there are concerning reports regarding the condition of the properties within the park. One review described the trailers as being in "horrible shape" and reported issues with pest infestations, including roaches, termites, and mice. The mention of increased mice populations being potentially linked to nearby Brightline terraforming for railroad construction is also noteworthy for those considering residency in the area.
In terms of the surrounding environment, one reviewer characterized the neighborhood as "quiet" but also mentioned the presence of homeless individuals and drug addicts in the vicinity. Additionally, there is a reference to a memorial on a nearby corner, reportedly marking the site of a mugging-related death. This information suggests potential safety concerns in the immediate surroundings of the mobile home park that local users should consider.
The same review also mentioned the proximity of local retention ponds, described as being suitable for "early morning brisk walks." However, a significant safety caution was raised, advising against visiting these ponds after dark due to perceived risks, with a disturbing mention of "floaters" having been seen there. This paints a concerning picture of the local environment and highlights potential safety issues that may extend beyond the mobile home park itself.
Another customer review detailed an experience of attempting to inquire about mobile homes for sale. The reviewer stated that they were initially told there were three units available. However, they reported a lack of follow-up from the office staff, specifically mentioning an individual named Lisa. According to this review, after multiple attempts to get information, the reviewer was eventually told that there were no homes for sale and that the park was dealing with code enforcement problems. This raises questions about the current management practices and the availability of housing within the park.
This same reviewer also described an interaction with the office staff that they found unprofessional and unwelcoming. They mentioned a conversation that included religious discussions and a perceived negative reaction to the reviewer's stated atheism, which allegedly led to the phone call being abruptly ended. This suggests a potentially exclusionary atmosphere that prospective residents who do not adhere to a specific religious belief might experience.
Given these reviews, it is crucial for local users considering Byrd Plaza Mobile Home Park to conduct thorough due diligence. This would include attempting to contact the management directly to ascertain the current ownership and management situation, the availability and condition of mobile homes for sale or rent, and to inquire about the reported issues with pests and code enforcement. Visiting the property in person during the day and at different times might also provide valuable insights into the actual environment and surrounding neighborhood.
Prospective residents should also consider independently verifying the information regarding safety in the surrounding areas, including the reported presence of homeless individuals, drug activity, and the alleged dangers associated with the nearby retention ponds, especially after dark. Contacting local law enforcement or community resources might provide additional context and information about the safety conditions in the vicinity of Byrd Plaza Mobile Home Park.

Therefore, local users interested in any potential special offers or incentives should directly contact the management of Byrd Plaza Mobile Home Park. In conclusion, based on the available customer reviews, Byrd Plaza Mobile Home Park in Cocoa, FL, appears to be facing significant challenges related to property conditions, pest infestations, management responsiveness, and potential safety concerns in the surrounding neighborhood. Byrd Plaza Mobile Home Park Reviews
It's under new ownership from a company based out of Miami. They are selling the trailers as is. Just know you can't get a hold of them. The trailers are in horrible shape. And we are infested with roaches, termites, and now mice thanks to brightline terraforming for the railroad. It's a quiet neighborhood surrounded by homeless and drug addicts. There's a memorial on the corner from someone who got killed during a mugging. With a local retention ponds nearby, great for early morning brisk walks, just don't go there after dark if you value your life. Seen a few floaters there. Welcome to paradise.
Nov 19, 2024 · Fey WyldeCalled and asked if they have any mobile homes for sale and they told me they had 3 of them for sale. However, the lady in the office named Lisa kept telling me she would call me back about them but never did over and over and then in the end she said she doesn't have any for sale and that their dealing with code enforcement problems. Yeah, sure thing. Oh and she also did god and Bible talk and when I told her I'm an athiest she rushed me off the phone. Gosh, all I wanted to do was come look at and buy a trailer so I will have a home. I guess you have to be part of the Bible belt cult to live at this mobile home park. No thanks and everyone is free to believe in what they believe in. No wonder there are so many homeless people on the space coast. Awful and thanks for nothing and wasting my time Byrd plaza.
Jun 04, 2024 · Adam HortonLived there 6 months. Owners lie. We were new to area. Drug dealings going on all thru night. Loud music... Neighbors fighting and screaming. Couldn't wait to get out. By the way.. the pictures they have on here is very...very old. The trailer I had rented doesn't resemble the picture on here. They put some paint on it and the area around it looks good in picture but they let place go down hill.
Sep 05, 2018 · Tanja LynchWhen I lived at Byrd Plaza trailer park the management was terrible for example in order to give us reliable stairs my father-in-law at the time 60 years old had to fall not once but twice and then and only then did they remove the cinder blocks a used to build stairs then and only then did they build nice wooden stairs. On top of that the back porch was so rotten that one of my feet fell through the stairs leading to this back porch. So what they did instead of put it in your little stairs there and tearing it away or rebuilding what was there they covered it up with new wood and painted that. Just in case you're still reading everything the colon Byrd and Thomas Byrd said about that horrific night actually happened and was very true I was there and terrified and so are the cops so much so that they made us stay in a hotel for the rest of the night and we weren't allowed to come back until the next day. If you don't believe us it was in the news. I just never in my life thought that a random robbery could lead to me being evicted from a trailer park or any place for that matter and think that anybody that's still really reading this it's not worth being there because the management and the people who run that place are absolutely terrible!!!!
