Missile View Trailer Park Introduce
Welcome to Missile View Trailer Park, a mobile home community located at 3715 N Cocoa Blvd, Cocoa, FL 32926, USA. Positioned in Cocoa, Florida, this park serves as a residential option for individuals seeking mobile home living. While listed under the broad category of "RV parks near me," it's important to note that Missile View Trailer Park is primarily a manufactured home community, with specific distinctions regarding RV accommodation.
The park is described as a "quiet 49+ community" in North Titusville (though the address is Cocoa, this implies a close proximity or historical naming convention) that has been family-owned and operated for over 40 years. This demographic focus suggests a community designed for older adults, providing a potentially tranquil environment. It features 115 manufactured home lots, and homes within the park are individually owned. This indicates that the park primarily offers lots for lease rather than mobile homes for rent directly from the management.
Regarding its environment, the park is touted as an answer for "affordable retirement living," making it appealing to "winter snowbirds or the full time resident." Its central Florida location provides year-round favorable weather. Proximity to attractions like Playalinda Beach and the Indian River Lagoon would be beneficial for nature lovers. The presence of a community room that hosts activities and gatherings suggests an effort to foster a sense of community among residents.
When it comes to services and features, Missile View Trailer Park offers several amenities for its residents. These include laundry facilities and shuffleboard courts. The lot rent is stated to start "as low as $365.00 a month," indicating an emphasis on affordability. A key piece of information for those searching "RV parks near me" is that the park is "not zoned for recreation vehicles," meaning it does not typically offer transient RV sites. Instead, it focuses on long-term residency for manufactured homes where the homes are individually owned.
The pet policy at Missile View Trailer Park allows for "2 small pets" with park approval, and it has breed restrictions, not allowing "any dangerous breeds." This is an important detail for prospective residents with pets, as one review explicitly states, "Unfortunately they do not allow dogs and I am a dog lover I have a dog and I will not get rid of my dog for anyone or any reason." This discrepancy in information (the stated policy vs. a reviewer's experience) highlights the importance of direct verification with park management regarding pet policies.
Customer reviews provide varied and critical insights into the park's management and operations. One very strong negative review recounts a challenging experience concerning the purchase of a mobile home within the park. This individual claims the park manager, who is the owner's husband, initially accepted their purchase and one month's lot rent. However, upon the owner's return from vacation, rent payments were reportedly refused, leading to an attempted eviction for non-payment six months later. The reviewer states they possessed documentation proving the refusal of rent, and ultimately "got what I wanted for the mobile home" in court, with "Judge Freeland in Titusville agreed." This account suggests significant issues with communication, consistency in policy enforcement, and landlord-tenant relations, with the reviewer describing the owner as an "evil landlord" whom they had "never ever ever met." The reviewer also mentions a letter from the owner about a rent increase due to "criminals" and increased security, which they imply was a pretext. This narrative paints a picture of a potentially adversarial relationship between some residents and park management.
In contrast, another review offers a more positive initial impression, stating, "It looks like a nice trailer park." This reviewer had a pleasant phone conversation with someone they believed to be the owner, describing her as "very nice" and talking "for quite a while." This suggests that initial interactions can be positive. However, this positive interaction was cut short by the park's pet policy, which, as mentioned, is a point of contention and requires clear understanding.
Based on the available information, promotional aspects of Missile View Trailer Park would likely highlight its affordability, its status as a 49+ community, and its amenities like laundry facilities and shuffleboard courts, contributing to a sense of community. The quiet environment and favorable Florida weather are also strong selling points. However, prospective residents must be aware of the critical feedback regarding management practices, particularly concerning rent collection, evictions, and pet policies. It is crucial for anyone considering moving to Missile View Trailer Park to verify all terms and conditions directly with the park management, obtain all agreements in writing, and clarify any potential discrepancies in information, especially regarding pet allowances and home ownership processes. Visiting the park in person and speaking with current residents, if possible, could also provide a more comprehensive understanding of the living experience.

Missile View Trailer Park Reviews
They suck! Everyone is scared of getting evicted! Please don't buy anything from them . I was renting a mobile home from them. An opportunity came up to purchase a mobile home in the park. The Park manager which is the owner's husband has accepted our purchase and accepted one month lot rent. Soon as she came back from vacation and found out we had purchased the home she immediately stopped taking rentAnd had the nerve 6 months later to try to evict me for non-payment bad idea when I still have the paper saying that they refused to take the rentSo we went to court and I got what I wanted for the mobile home. She is a evil landlord the funny part is I've never ever ever met this woman. She even sent a letter out when we first moved. I said to whom it may concern rent is going to be raised due to somebody taking the high ground and because they're criminals we have to up our security which will increase the rent. I'm not sure what she told her lawyer but I know it wasn't a truth. Judge Freeland in Titusville agreed

We ended up talking on the phone for quite a while. Unfortunately they do not allow dogs and I am a dog lover I have a dog and I will not get rid of my dog for anyone or any reason.
Apr 16, 2022 · Ron Burton ChannelBilly has been very helpful and generous in our transactions. We are on the RV side, and have had nothing but good dealings with the management. The neighbors are friendly, the cost is reasonable.
