Tradewinds MHC Introduce
While local users searching for "RV parks near me" are likely looking for temporary accommodations for recreational vehicles, Tradewinds MHC, located at 4100 N Cocoa Blvd, Cocoa, FL 32927, USA, is a mobile home community catering to long-term residents in manufactured or mobile homes. The available customer reviews present a somewhat contrasting view of the park, highlighting past issues alongside significant improvements under new management. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on these reviews, offering insights into the park's environment and the experiences of its residents.
Environment and Ambiance:
One review, seemingly from a visitor, paints a negative picture of the park's environment, describing it as "one of the worst ones ever." This reviewer mentions "atrocious" neighbors who they believe should be incarcerated for harassment. This perspective suggests that, at least at some point, Tradewinds MHC may have faced challenges with certain residents impacting the overall living experience. The same reviewer also levels a serious accusation against the new manager, claiming negative associations and discrediting positive reviews.
However, the second review, from someone who has lived in the park for "almost 7 years," offers a starkly different perspective, particularly regarding the impact of the new manager, Ashlyne. This long-term resident acknowledges that in the past, the park had issues with cleanliness and "some bad people." However, they emphatically state that "since we've got our new manager Ashlyne she has cleaned the place up a lot it looks so much nicer in here." This indicates a significant positive transformation in the physical environment of Tradewinds MHC under new leadership.
The long-term resident further emphasizes Ashlyne's positive influence on the community, highlighting her accessibility ("always there if need be"), her proactive approach to addressing issues ("takes care of it immediately"), her resourcefulness ("will definitely find it out" if she doesn't know an answer), and her reliability ("She does what she says she's going to do"). This paints a picture of a community where management is actively working to improve the living conditions and address resident concerns, leading to a more positive and well-maintained environment.
The contrasting viewpoints suggest that Tradewinds MHC may be in a transitional phase, moving away from past challenges towards a more positive and well-managed community.

Tradewinds MHC Reviews
I have been to this park many times, by far one of the worst ones ever. I was visiting some great people but some of their neighbors are atrocious and should be in jail for harassment. The new manager is absolutely terrible and the few good reviews on here are from people she gets her drugs from. Don't live here and help save the good ones that do.
Sep 07, 2023 · Rosemary FurmanI've lived here almost 7 years. When I lived here there was a lot of places that needed cleaned up and some bad people. But since we've got our new manager Ashlyne she has cleaned the place up a lot it looks so much nicer in here. She is always there if need be if there's issues in the park or your property and takes care of it immediately. If she doesn't know an answer to a question she will definitely find it out. She does what she says she's going to do. I'm glad she's our manager because there's been huge changes.
Sep 13, 2023 · Julie SprankleAshlyne is by far one of the best park managers we have ever had and she has really worked hard to clean up our community and she is always right there when needed. Her maintenance guys are Fernando and Brandon are awesome and always show up when you need them to and they do a lot to keep our community clean. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
Mar 11, 2023 · Joyce SmithI am so happy we got a manager who is here when you need her. Ashlyn has been working hard to keep our park clean and safe. She is always there to answer your questions and if she doesn’t know the answers she will find out for you.Our maintenance men Ferndon and Brandon work hard around the park. I personally have seen these 3 stay and deal with broken water lines till late in the night when they could have been home with their families.I have high hopes for our park now.Thank you Ashlyn and her team.
Mar 12, 2023 · ReneeI lived there about 15 yrs ago when it was 55 and up although my ex and I weren't, I guess they liked us. It was very nice and clean and quiet. But from the pics I see that it has changed drastically! They must've changed owners or something because it looks like someplace where I would be afraid to drive through now. 1 Star now, 5 Stars 15 yrs ago!!
