Oak Point Mobile Park Introduce
Searching for "RV parks near me" in the Titusville, Florida area? Oak Point Mobile Park, located at 240 Matthew Cir, Titusville, FL 32780, USA, is a mobile home park that has garnered a range of feedback from its residents. For those considering long-term residency for their RVs or mobile homes, it is essential to consider these varied perspectives to form a comprehensive understanding of the community.
To inquire about Oak Point Mobile Park, you can contact them at (321) 267-6132 or their mobile number, +1 321-267-6132. Direct communication with the management is recommended to obtain the most current information regarding availability, rental processes, and park policies.
According to one resident, Oak Point Mobile Park is described as a "good park" with "good residents" and a "great management team." This positive review highlights the park's upkeep, with the management team seemingly maintaining the property. Furthermore, this resident notes a sense of community where "most neighbors help with security & looking out for strangers," contributing to a perception of safety within the park.
However, another resident presents a significantly contrasting experience. This lengthy and detailed review raises several serious concerns regarding the park manager. Allegations include being threatened with eviction for disagreements, the use of derogatory language, and accusations of extortion related to accidental damage during property rehabilitation. This reviewer also claims that the park manager uses the community website for personal content and does not adhere to park rules, such as speeding. Additionally, this resident points out that the community rulebook is outdated, with many rules being inapplicable or unenforced.
Adding to these concerns, the same reviewer describes a troubling social environment, alleging inappropriate behavior and predatory comments from some male residents. There are also claims that the park is not being maintained as depicted in older photos, suggesting a potential decline in the park's appearance over time. Furthermore, this review suggests a demographic shift towards an elderly population, with concerns raised about the ability of some residents to care for their properties and themselves. The reviewer expresses strong regret about moving to Oak Point Mobile Park and advises prospective residents to speak with current residents and carefully review the rules before making a decision.
Given these divergent opinions, it is challenging to present a uniformly positive or negative portrayal of Oak Point Mobile Park based solely on the provided reviews. The positive review suggests a well-maintained property with a strong sense of community and security fostered by residents and a capable management team. Conversely, the negative review paints a picture of unprofessional management, a problematic social environment, and a discrepancy between the park's current state and potentially outdated promotional materials.
To provide a more objective overview for those searching for "RV parks near me" in Titusville, it is crucial to acknowledge both perspectives. Oak Point Mobile Park may offer a positive experience for some residents, characterized by a sense of community and security. However, potential residents should be aware of the serious allegations raised by another reviewer regarding the management's conduct, the enforcement of park rules, the behavior of some residents, and the overall condition of the park.
Without further information or additional reviews, it is difficult to ascertain the prevalence of the issues raised in the negative review or to verify the claims made. However, the detailed nature of the concerns warrants careful consideration by anyone contemplating residency at Oak Point Mobile Park.
For prospective residents, the advice from one reviewer to "talk to people before you move in" and "read the rules before" is particularly pertinent. Visiting the park, if possible, and speaking directly with current residents could provide valuable insights into the current environment and the day-to-day living experience at Oak Point Mobile Park.
In conclusion, Oak Point Mobile Park in Titusville presents a complex picture based on the available resident feedback. While one review highlights positive aspects such as good management, community, and security, another raises significant concerns about the park manager's behavior, outdated rules, the social environment, and the park's condition. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Oak Point Mobile Park, a thorough investigation, including direct communication with the management and current residents, is strongly recommended to make an informed decision.

Oak Point Mobile Park Reviews
it's a good park, with good residents, & great management team.they keep up with maintaining the property, most neighbors help with security & looking out for strangers so it's quite a safe place.
Aug 03, 2022 · know buddyI have lived here a yr. In that time Bill(the park manager) has threatened me with 2 evictions for disagreeing with him. He has called me a dog. It’s painfully obvious the manager doesn’t like his job, it’s not usual for the profanity and racial, homophobia to spill from his mouth. Extortion is practiced here, a construction accident happened during my rehab and was told to have a check for 220$ for water was demanded. I did not pay. Unfortunately, he has bullied other people into paying for accidents. He uses the community website as his personal account for music videos. He doesn’t feel the rules in the park pertain to him such as speeding. The park is not a primary concern, scraping air conditioners is.We are given a “rule” book when we move in that is over 30 years old and more than half the rules don’t apply or even followed. It’s a joke and everyone that lives here knows it.The men in the park have discussed what I do with my genitalia, asked to see my breast cancer cover up tattoo. These men are in their 80’s. Men here are predators. The park doesn’t look like the photos they are obviously from a decade ago. This has become a place to dump the elderly. More that half can’t take care of their trailers or themselves.I moved here for the slow life. I found the hopeless place. I was told what a great place it is. It’s a lie. I would love to have never moved here and would love to move.Talk to people before you move in. Read the rules before.#nope
Sep 15, 2023 · Morgan WilliamsDrove through the park, it was very nicely set up and planned out, ample room BETWEEN homes ! Some Even had little fenced yards and nice decorations and plants ! No Junk piled up, no broken vehicles sitting, didn't see any pets tied to porches, etc but did see nice people walking their pets WITH POOP bags in hand !!! Wow !! That was a welcome sight ! Pride in the place you live which was very refreshing !! The park was very quiet and well maintained. Mowed and trimmed. One way streets which are nice to see because it's safer for the residents and pets ( should the little buggers escape as sometimes can't be helped 😉😃) seemed to be a very nice park. Will definitely visit again if there's an opening, all homes seemed filled for now.
