Jul 04, 2022 · WoodswomanThis place is just perfect if you don't mind boondocking. No electric and no trash but they do have water and pit bathrooms. Back in spots are large enough for big or small rv's, 5th wheels, or campers and you can tent camp also if you like. Most spots have picnic tables and fire rings. You also get a great view of the lake and there are lots of little squirrels running around. The camp host and his family are the friendliest people and they do a lot to maintain the grounds here. Although it is free to camp here, your donations are greatly appreciated!
Jul 09, 2018 · Michelle HagarGreat easy access for ice fishing in December and good parking. We camped here in December but ice fisherman trucks start rolling into the parking lot with ATVs and snowmobile trailers at about 5am so be prepared to not sleep after that.
Dec 10, 2018 · Matt DyerFairly well keep Park. Close to Yellowstone Park. Nice trees and quiet large sites and it's free!
Jul 16, 2017 · Douglas WorleyThe best campgrounds and bargain on Henry Lake. Dry camping at its finest 👌.Super nice, clean, quiet place to stay with nice back in campsites. Lots of lawn and rows of trees 🌳 in between the sites. There is a boat launch and a bit of daylight traffic with boaters but otherwise quiet and peaceful ✌️.The road in has one small section of washboard dirt road, about a 1/4 mile long, otherwise paved all the way to the park.At $15 a night, it's a bargain. Compare to the state park across the lake for $70 a night(mare) if your from out of state. What a rip off!We will definitely be staying here again and again when in the area!!
