Whispering Pines MH & RV Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the Titusville, Florida area, or considering a longer-term stay in a community that accommodates both RVs and mobile homes, Whispering Pines MH & RV, located at 359 Cheney Hwy, Titusville, FL 32780, USA, presents an interesting option. This community offers a unique setting for both mobile home residents and RV travelers seeking a potentially peaceful environment. However, it's important to consider the contrasting perspectives offered in recent reviews to gain a balanced understanding.
One recent review expresses a very positive experience at Whispering Pines MH & RV, particularly for RV owners. The reviewer, who moved their fifth wheel into the park, highlights the peaceful and well-maintained atmosphere. They specifically commend the management, Rhonda and Curtis, for their helpfulness and dedication to ensuring a great experience for residents. This suggests that the current management is proactive and attentive to the needs of those staying in the park. The reviewer also mentions the friendly neighbors, which contributes significantly to a positive community feel.
An interesting point raised in this positive review is the presence of a nearby train. While initially a concern, the reviewer notes that they quickly became accustomed to the sound after the first night and it no longer bothers them. This is valuable information for those who might be sensitive to noise, suggesting that while a train is present, it may not be a significant disruption for most over time.
In contrast to this positive recent experience, another review offers a more critical perspective, referencing a period "4 or 5 years ago" when Whispering Pines was considered a good place. This reviewer states that since the park was bought out, the quality has declined. They claim that many residents are leaving due to doubled rent, a lack of upkeep, and uncompleted repairs, with potential delays of up to seven years. This review paints a concerning picture of the park's condition and management following a change in ownership.
Given these contrasting viewpoints, it is essential for potential residents and RVers to consider the timeframe of these reviews. The positive review is recent and specifically praises the current management. The negative review references a period following a buyout that occurred some time ago. This suggests that there may have been significant changes and improvements under the current management that are not reflected in the older feedback.
Based on the more recent positive review, Whispering Pines MH & RV appears to offer a peaceful environment, which is a significant draw for those seeking tranquility. The mention of it being "well maintained" by a current resident also contradicts the older claim of a lack of upkeep. This suggests that the current management is actively working to maintain the property and provide a pleasant living space for its residents and RV guests.
The fact that Whispering Pines accommodates both mobile homes and RVs indicates a diverse community. For RV travelers looking for a longer-term stay in the Titusville area, this could be an option to consider, especially given the positive feedback regarding the current management and the peaceful atmosphere. It's possible that the park offers different sections or amenities tailored to the specific needs of mobile home residents versus RV guests.
To gain a clearer understanding of the current environment, services, and features of Whispering Pines MH & RV, prospective residents and RVers should inquire directly about:
- Current rental rates for both mobile home lots and RV sites.
- The types of RV sites available (e.g., size, hookups).
- The amenities offered to residents and RV guests (e.g., laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, community areas).
- The current state of upkeep and maintenance of the park.
- Any rules and regulations for residents and guests.
- Pet policies.
- The average length of stay for RV guests.
- The demographics and community feel of the park under the current management.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. However, the positive recent feedback highlighting the peaceful environment, well-maintained grounds (currently), and wonderful management (Rhonda and Curtis) could be considered as positive attributes that the park might promote. For local users seeking a quiet and potentially well-managed community for their RV or mobile home in Titusville, Whispering Pines might be appealing.
The location in Titusville offers proximity to various attractions and amenities in the area, including the Kennedy Space Center, the Canaveral National Seashore, and local shopping and dining options. Titusville itself is known for its natural beauty and its connection to space exploration, making it an interesting place to live or visit.
In conclusion, Whispering Pines MH & RV presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. While past experiences under previous ownership seem to have been negative, more recent feedback suggests a positive shift under the current management, with a focus on maintaining a peaceful environment and providing good service. For those seeking "RV parks near me" in Titusville or considering a mobile home community, it would be prudent to contact Whispering Pines directly to obtain current information and potentially visit the park to assess its current condition and atmosphere firsthand, taking into account both the positive recent experiences and the concerns raised about the past.

Whispering Pines MH & RV Reviews
Go back about 4 or 5 years and it was a good place. Since it was bought out not so good. Everyone is leaving, rent have doubled. Upkeep does not exist and repairs are never done, maybe if you wait 7 yrs. Beware.
Apr 26, 2025 · rytzzzyWe moved our 5th Wheel in here, and we love it! It's so peaceful and well maintained, and management is wonderful. Rhonda and Curtis go out of their way to help you and make sure you have a great experience staying there. Yes, there is a train, but after you spend one night hearing it , you're already used to it! It's not a bother at all.. if you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Might I add we have terrific neighbors, very friendly and that's a plus. Thank you, Rhonda and Curtis, for such a nice, well-kept place to have our fith wheel.
Sep 27, 2024 · Tammy HarringtonIt’s a sad day, unfortunately I am moving out of Whispering Pines tomorrow. I have so enjoyed my stay here (about 4 months) Rhonda, in the office knows how to run a park, she tells you exactly what to expect, no hidden costs or surprises. When I moved in I met Curtis, Curtis practically set my trailer up for me and made sure I had everything I needed. Curtis also brings your mail to you and he’s happy to just shoot the breeze. I moved here to get away from noisy condo living and this place far exceeds my expectations. Except for a few rabbits, squirrels and a community cat this place is critter free, which I kinda worried about. I am forced to relocate to a cheaper park but that’s not to say this park isn’t worth every penny. If my next park doesn’t, at least, come close to Whispering Pines standards I’ll be moving right back I would rather pay a bit more to live here than have to except less. I will truly miss these folks

Mar 21, 2025 · Edward McConnellI had the opportunity to stay at Whispering Pines for four months. I couldn't have found a better place to stay. Unfortunately activities are still tamed down from the pandemic. The park is well maintained, quiet, and everyone in the park is very friendly. I had a nice spot and will return here if my travels bring me back to Florida. Thanks again Rhonda and crew!
