Swan Lake Mobile Home Park Introduce
Searching for "RV parks near me" that offer a unique and picturesque living environment? Swan Lake Mobile Home Park, located at 5800 Hamner Ave, Eastvale, CA 91752, USA, presents an intriguing option. This mobile home park distinguishes itself with its natural beauty and a range of amenities, as highlighted by some of its residents.
One enthusiastic resident described Swan Lake Mobile Home Park as the "most Gorgeous Mobile Home park I've ever lived in." This positive review emphasizes the park's aesthetic appeal, particularly mentioning the presence of beautiful peacocks, ducks, and a lake, creating a serene and visually appealing environment. The inclusion of a beautiful pool with a waterfall further enhances the park's charm and provides a relaxing recreational space for residents.
Adding to the convenience of living at Swan Lake Mobile Home Park is the presence of a convenient store within the community. This amenity can significantly simplify daily errands and provide residents with easy access to essential items. The mention of a police station nearby also suggests a focus on safety and security in the general vicinity of the park.
The positive feedback also notes the nice landscaping throughout the park and the presence of nice mobile homes with friendly neighbors, contributing to a pleasant and welcoming community atmosphere. These elements suggest that Swan Lake Mobile Home Park strives to create an attractive and comfortable living space for its residents.
However, it is crucial to consider all available feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of Swan Lake Mobile Home Park. Another resident shared a more critical perspective, describing the location as potentially situated in a "bad neighborhood." This individual also raised significant concerns regarding the park's management and their interactions with residents.
According to this reviewer, the office staff allegedly engages in "giving you the run around" and may issue eviction notices based on personal preferences rather than legitimate reasons. This resident claimed that even residents who pay their rent on time have been targeted, and that eviction notices have been issued to multiple members of a household. These are serious allegations that potential residents should carefully consider.
Furthermore, this critical review suggests that the management attempts to control who enters and exits the park, even interfering with homeowners' ability to sell their properties and approve new buyers. If accurate, such practices could significantly impact residents' rights and their ability to manage their own homes.
The negative feedback also extends to the maintenance and upkeep of the park's amenities. The reviewer stated that "nothing is up to maintenance," and specifically mentioned that the pool is "always out of service." Such issues can detract significantly from the quality of life and the value of the promised amenities.
Concerns were also raised about the behavior of security personnel, described as "always rude." Additionally, there is a reported restriction on parking in front yards, even in cases where there is no grass, which the reviewer found contradictory and problematic.
Given these contrasting reviews, potential residents considering Swan Lake Mobile Home Park should approach with caution and seek further information to form their own informed opinion. The park undoubtedly offers a unique aesthetic appeal with its natural elements and some convenient amenities. However, the serious allegations regarding management practices, maintenance issues, and neighborhood safety cannot be ignored.
If you are exploring "RV parks near me" for a longer-term stay and are drawn to the visual charm described in the positive review, it is strongly recommended that you conduct thorough due diligence. This should include visiting the park in person at 5800 Hamner Ave, Eastvale, CA 91752, USA, and speaking with current residents to gather a broader range of perspectives on the living conditions and management practices.
Contacting the park management directly at (951) 685-7044 or +1 951-685-7044 is also essential to inquire about current availability, lot fees, park rules and regulations, and to address any concerns arising from the reviews. Asking specific questions about maintenance procedures, security protocols, and management policies will be crucial in making an informed decision.
In conclusion, Swan Lake Mobile Home Park presents a community with notable visual appeal, featuring a lake, peacocks, ducks, and a pool with a waterfall, along with the convenience of an on-site store. However, potential residents must also carefully weigh the serious concerns raised by some reviewers regarding management practices, maintenance, security, and the surrounding neighborhood. A thorough investigation and direct engagement with the park and its residents are highly recommended before making a decision to reside at Swan Lake Mobile Home Park.

Apr 29, 2025 · Sandra JohnsonIt looks like a nice spot but horrible not not is it bad neighborhood the people in the office will give you the run around … just to give you a notice to get kicked out If they don’t like you they’ll try to give every member in the house an eviction even tho paying on time every month not only to my family but to many I have a friend who just sold his house and now they make it an issue because they want to be the one to approve who comes and goes would definitely reconsider before moving in. Also nothing is up to maintenance pool is always out security is always rude they don’t want you to park in your front yard because it’s their property but if you have no grass in the front it’s your problem
Feb 27, 2025 · Alfonso ReynaI really want to love living here but we've had several issues. The biggest being that it's a high crime area. In the span of 1 year, my neighbors house has had 2 attempted break ins, we've had items stolen from our yard, my husband's work truck was broken in to (they shattered the glass after failing to break to door lock), and someone attempted to break into my car and damaged my window motor. We've spoken to several security guards about the crimes and apparently they know the people who do it, that dont even live there, but do nothing about it. During our move in, a tow truck attempted to tow our vehicle WHILE WE WERE UNLOADING BOXES. Our rent increased the maximum amount (though I'm sure it over over the max amount) because we had our car parked on the side of our house under our carport like everyone else. We moved it there after the attempted break in but because they didn't have it written that our house was preapproved for cars parking on the side, they wouldn't offer us the lower rate. They gave us a waiver to have maintenance approve us parking there but when we went to them, they passed the buck saying it wasn't their job and that we had to go to the city to get zoning approval... zoning approval for parking our car on the side of the house on concrete, under a pre-exsisting carport. There's also disagreements when it comes to parking passes. You're given a sticker for your car and can request a key card for the second gate. If you misplace that card though, security will occasionally give you a hard time saying you need to use the second gate even though you have a sticker and don't have the card. So they can atrempt to keep the people out who actually live here but not the criminals. The good points of living here are the peacocks, the pool is usually well maintained along with the club house, and shopping is right next door.

Feb 04, 2025 · Joe SandovalMobile home park has its pluses but more minuses. Residents there are not friendly. Store on premises is only thing they have a 1 STAR FOR.
