Samoa Village Mobile Home Est Introduce
Samoa Village Mobile Home Estates, situated at 310 E Philadelphia St, Ontario, CA 91761, USA, offers a residential community with a notable location. While categorized under "RV parks near me" on some platforms, it primarily functions as a mobile home park catering to long-term residents. Individuals seeking a well-located mobile home community in Ontario may find Samoa Village worth considering, based on the available feedback from residents and visitors.
One reviewer highlights the "Good location close freeways" as a significant advantage of Samoa Village Mobile Home Estates. Proximity to freeways can be a major benefit for residents who commute or frequently travel, providing easy access to various parts of the region. This accessibility can enhance the overall convenience of living in the community, connecting residents to employment centers, shopping areas, and recreational opportunities throughout the greater Ontario area and beyond.
However, the same reviewer also mentions "High rent on the floor," indicating that the cost of living at Samoa Village might be a consideration for prospective residents. Understanding the rental rates for spaces or the cost of purchasing a mobile home within the community and the associated lot rent will be an important factor in the decision-making process. It is advisable to inquire about the specific pricing structure and any additional fees associated with residency.
Despite the concern about high rent, the reviewer notes that it’s "not to bad place to live," suggesting that there are other positive aspects of the community that might outweigh the cost. The reviewer does mention a potential drawback, stating that "they have cats and dogs around the complex at night time you ear the cats dogs barking ant the cats muller but it’s ok." This indicates that while pets are present in the community, which can be a positive for pet owners, it might also lead to some noise disturbances at night. Individuals sensitive to such nighttime sounds should consider this factor.
Another perspective comes from someone who has been visiting family in the "little place" since the 1990s and knows someone who has lived there since the early 2000s and still does. This long-term acquaintance describes Samoa Village as having "always been pretty peaceful and quiet little neighborhood." This positive characterization of the community environment over an extended period suggests a stable and generally tranquil living atmosphere, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a peaceful residential setting.
The long-term visitor even mentions having had plans to buy a house in Samoa Village one day, indicating a positive impression of the community as a desirable place to live. The fact that life took them in a different direction does not diminish their positive view of the neighborhood. They also note that the "Jimenez family I know seemed to have been living here for all this time very comfortable," further reinforcing the idea of Samoa Village as a comfortable and stable long-term living environment for its residents.
While the reviews provide insights into the location, rent, pet presence, and overall peacefulness, they do not offer specific details regarding the amenities and services available at Samoa Village Mobile Home Estates. Information about facilities such as laundry rooms, recreational areas, community centers, swimming pools, or organized activities is not included. Prospective residents should contact the park management directly at (909) 984-3910 or +1 909-984-3910 to inquire about the full range of services and features offered to residents.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided text, such as current space availability or any special offers for new residents. Sep 14, 2024 · Laura Lópezthe female manager of this place is the most rudest person ever, Pool worker didn’t let us in the pool giving us attitude knowing she passes by saying hi to us every time knowing we’re residents of the mobile home we forgot our key one time but they see us every time, the manager came and started being sarcastic and rude. Again I took my sister and cousin to the pool my mom was just about to come and one of the ladies comes out and says we need adult supervision I am 15 and it says UNDER 14 I am well above the age and am able to take my siblings. But they have something against us, and they came to tell my mom we’re not respecting the rules when it says exactly in the rules that under 14 we need adult supervision and minding you one of my cousin who is also 15 came with us. We were respecting the rules we aren’t the only ones who do this we pay rent in time, one of the supervisor knows us and the manager knows my sisters well. WERE RESIDENTS, they are so rude but once we start giving the same energy back they get mad. All of them have the most nastiest attitude.

May 19, 2019 · Alice ValadezBeen driving by this eyesore of a trailer park for several decades now and the lots have always looked outdated and trashy. Hasn't changed. One almost feels sorry the people that never climb out of that heaping pile.
