Recent customer reviews paint a compelling picture of positive change at Golden Acres Mobile Home Park. Multiple long-term residents have highlighted a significant turnaround in the community's environment and atmosphere under new ownership and management. Previously, the park was described as having issues with excessive traffic and drug-related activities, creating an unsafe and undesirable living environment. One resident recounted a disturbing incident of a person under the influence entering their home, underscoring the severity of the past problems.
However, the recurring theme in the recent reviews is the dramatic improvement, described as "night and day." Residents now characterize Golden Acres as a "nice, clean, quiet neighborhood" that is "family-oriented" and a "good place for kids." The elimination of drug-related issues and the reduction of disruptive traffic are frequently mentioned as key indicators of this positive transformation. The positive impact of the new owner/management extends beyond simply addressing negative issues. Residents have praised their proactive approach to community building and property improvement. Initiatives like "clean up days" held a couple of times a year, with the provision of a large dumpster for residents to dispose of unwanted items, demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a clean and well-kept environment. This not only improves the aesthetic appeal of the park but also fosters a sense of collective responsibility and community spirit.
Furthermore, the management has shown a willingness to assist residents with necessary home improvements. One reviewer shared a remarkable experience where the management provided high-quality materials, including a 10-year warranty cool sealant, to help them repair their roof. This level of support and investment in the residents' well-being and the upkeep of their homes goes above and beyond basic property management and suggests a genuine care for the community.
Based on these reviews, the services and features of Golden Acres Mobile Home Park, while primarily catering to mobile homes, now include a significantly improved environment characterized by safety, cleanliness, and quietness. The proactive management is a notable feature, contributing to the upkeep of the park and offering support to residents in maintaining their homes. While the reviews do not explicitly detail services and features tailored specifically for RVs, the transformation into a clean, quiet, and well-managed community with proactive owners suggests a potentially positive environment for responsible RV owners seeking a long-term stay. The availability of utilities (water, electricity, sewage) is typically standard in mobile home parks, and it would be essential for prospective RV residents to confirm the specifics of these hookups and any related charges with the management.

Golden Acres Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place is like night and day compared to what it used to be. We Used to have tons of traffic and druggies in and out of the park. I had a person that was high literally walk in my house and was so high he didn’t know where he was. Like I said night and day now! No more druggies no crazy traffic in and out at all hours of the night. The new owner/management has really turned this place around. It’s a nice, clean quiet neighborhood good place for kids! The owners/ management have given back also. They do clean up days a couple times a year and rents a big dumpster for everyone to use to put any junk or things you don’t need or use. They also try to help if there’s things that you need to update and do to your home. My roof needed to be cool sealed and they bought and gave me all the stuff that was needed to get it done. I’m not talking about the cheep stuff either the good/expensive stuff that had a 10 year warranty. It’s truly a nice place to call home!
Sep 04, 2024 · Sha WhitesideI have lived here for a long time. Through many different owners/management. The park use to be full of traffic/drugs and just not a nice place. Over the past few years things have changed! Now it’s more family oriented, quit, and clean. The new owner/management are great people and want this place to feel like home and be a safe nice place to live.
Sep 04, 2024 · Shasta DevlinVery poor maintenance. Very demanding mobile home park. They raise rent every year after covid. Went from 150 a month to 310 and it is not worth it. You can't have toys or any equipment outside they force you to get building or a fine. You must cut your tongue off even if you own it. They do not have any recreational fun for any tenants they are over charging. Been here for 8 years and I have never been so outraged with renters in my whole life, even if you pay yearly, they still manage to threaten you with fines. Idk what these people are thinking but it definitely doesn't feel like home here. Not Golden at all..... very poor rating from me.
Mar 15, 2024 · Ross bowlesI lived here about 2 1/2 years ago and it was rough, rude/loud neighbors, trash every where, and stray dogs that would chase, bark, bite, and jump on you when you were to walk down the road. However today the park has flipped around, neighbors will great you and start nice conversations, trash is rarely to be found on the ground, and there's a new leash rule for pets. In the past I can't tell you how many times I was bitten and scratched by dogs that would jump on you, but now I don't have to endure that. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because every now and then you'll here loud music at night, and the speed bumps are getting rough. Overall it's a safe neighborhood for you and children.
Oct 30, 2022 · lizzie loveIt's all about community here. Great Mobile Home Park to raise your families. They are constantly improving the look and feel of Golden Acres. They encourage and promote an open door policy. There's a Community News Letter each month that keeps you in the loop on what is happening in the Community.
