Country Court RV Park and Motel Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the Anniston, Alabama area, Country Court RV Park and Motel, located at 3425 US Hwy 78 E, Anniston, AL 36207, USA, presents itself as a potential option. This introduction aims to provide a detailed and objective overview of the RV park based on the information available from customer reviews.
Country Court RV Park and Motel can be contacted at phone number (256) 283-8686 or mobile phone +1 256-283-8686. These contact details are essential for anyone wishing to inquire about availability, pricing, or specific amenities.
Based on recent customer feedback, the environment and policies of Country Court RV Park and Motel appear to have some nuances. One reviewer initially noted a discrepancy regarding pet policies. While the listing might suggest pets are allowed, the reviewer was informed at the office that pets are not permitted at the motel. This individual also mentioned the absence of visible Wi-Fi. Interestingly, this reviewer's overall impression of the physical condition of the property led them to question why pets wouldn't be allowed, suggesting it was not due to pristine conditions. They ultimately opted for a more expensive but pet-friendly alternative.
In contrast, another reviewer offered high praise for the park manager, John, describing him as "amazing," helpful, and knowledgeable, particularly for those new to the RV lifestyle. This positive feedback suggests that the management is a significant asset to the community, providing valuable assistance and guidance to residents.
Further insights into the park's features come from a long-term resident. They highlighted the presence of cement slabs on each lot, providing a stable surface for tables, chairs, grills, or other personal items. This suggests a degree of infrastructure and consideration for outdoor living spaces. This reviewer also mentioned the flexibility in what residents can keep on their lots, as long as it is kept "decent," indicating a degree of personalization is allowed within the community standards.
Crucially, this long-term resident provided information about the pricing and included amenities. As of their review, the monthly rate was "fixing to go up to $500" and includes unlimited power, water, and trash services. The park also offers on-site laundry facilities, a significant convenience for long-term RVers. The community fosters a sense of consideration among residents, with expectations to keep noise to a minimum and clean up after pets outside, implying that pets are indeed allowed in the RV park section, contradicting the initial reviewer's experience at the motel office. This discrepancy highlights the importance of clarifying policies directly with the management, especially regarding pets and different accommodation types (RV versus motel).
The same long-term resident noted a specific inconvenience: the lack of marked lots, which can create challenges for delivery services like DoorDash. Additionally, they pointed out the absence of separate showers or bathrooms, implying that these facilities might be integrated or perhaps limited.
Considering the provided reviews, the services and features of Country Court RV Park and Motel appear to be a mix of positives and areas for potential improvement. The inclusion of unlimited utilities (power, water, trash) at a fixed monthly rate can be a significant advantage for budget-conscious RVers, especially those planning longer stays. The on-site laundry facilities add to the convenience. The presence of cement slabs on each lot suggests an effort to provide stable and usable outdoor spaces.
However, the conflicting information regarding pet policies is a crucial point that needs clarification for prospective residents with animals. The lack of marked lots could be a minor inconvenience but is worth noting. The absence of separate showers or bathrooms might be a consideration for some, depending on their RV setup and personal preferences.
The positive feedback about the park manager, John, stands out as a significant feature, suggesting a supportive and helpful management presence within the community. This can greatly enhance the living experience for residents, particularly those new to RV living or facing any issues.
In terms of promotional information, based on the positive aspects highlighted in the reviews, Country Court RV Park and Motel could emphasize the following to attract local users searching for "RV parks near me":
- Affordable monthly rates: The mention of a $500 rate with unlimited utilities included could be a strong selling point, especially when compared to other parks with metered utilities.
- Helpful and knowledgeable management: Highlighting the manager, John, as a key resource for residents can build trust and attract those seeking a supportive community environment.
- Long-term stay suitability: The inclusion of amenities like laundry facilities and the allowance of personal items on lots make it suitable for extended stays.
- Pet-friendly (RV park section): Clarifying and promoting the pet-friendly policy within the RV park (while addressing the motel's policy) can attract pet owners. Emphasizing responsible pet ownership with the expectation of cleaning up after pets is important.
- Community atmosphere: The positive interactions reported by the long-term resident suggest a friendly and helpful community.
However, it is also crucial for potential residents to be aware of the noted drawbacks, such as the lack of marked lots and potentially limited bathroom/shower facilities. Direct communication with the management is essential to clarify the pet policy for RVers versus motel guests and to inquire about the bathroom/shower arrangements.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Country Court RV Park and Motel offers a potentially affordable option for long-term stays with the benefit of inclusive utilities and on-site laundry. The positive feedback regarding the management suggests a supportive environment. However, prospective residents should directly verify the current pet policies for RVs, inquire about bathroom/shower facilities, and be aware of the lack of marked lots for deliveries. Visiting the park and speaking with current residents, if possible, would be beneficial in making an informed decision.

Country Court RV Park and Motel Reviews
So I decided to go check them out and the lady at the office said no pets and only reason I stopped to ask about this place was cause it says they allow pets. So to anyone wanting to know there are no pets allowed at the motel and I couldn't see any wifi available either. It is cheap ,but from what I saw I didn't see why they wouldn't allow pets cause of the condition of the place . I would understand if it was a nice place or they could of offered a pet deposite cause people like me in our situation most likely have pets and need a place to have them instead of dumping them off like I see other people doing and it breaks my heart to see that happen . So it's a little more expensive, but the red-carpet hotel allows pets and is nice for what you spend or atleast at the room me and my family are staying in.
Apr 25, 2025 · Tim CampbellJohn the manager is amazing. He helps whoever he can and very knowledgeable about camper ins and outs. I’m new to this life and couldn’t ask for a better 411 go to person. The park has cement slab for your table chairs, grills or whatever you want it for. You can put anything on your lot mostly as long as it looks decent. As of now fixing to go up to $500 with unlimited power, water, trash included with laundry facilities on site. You just keep noise to a minimum and clean up after your pet outside you should have no problems here. Most everyone I’ve met thus far seems really nice and helpful.Lots aren’t marked making it hard for door dash deliveries my only issue. No separate showers or bathroom.
Mar 05, 2025 · Chrystal SharpJust a run down little community**** I would like to edit my original post because I don't feel like I was being completely fair when I gave that review. I had a somewhat less than favorable experience with an INDIVIDUAL that resides there, and I feel that attitude was displayed in that review. For that I apologize. In All fairness, I myself would have no problem living there. It is in fact well maintained and clean. But I think the best quality of that park is the Pride in ownership that just stands out there.
Aug 09, 2023 · Shea MauriceI personally have lived in alot of different pay by week settings. I've lived here three weeks and no pest problems. No one has tried to sell me drugs or bum money only one guy a few doors down wanting to save my soul. All in all a life saver for me in my current position.
