Timberline village Introduce
While our platform category is "RV parks near me," we also recognize that individuals and families often seek information about various types of residential communities. In this context, we are providing an introduction to Timberline Village, a mobile home park located at 107 Timberline Ln, Princeton, LA. This introduction is based on a recent review shared by a resident and aims to provide local users with detailed information about a specific experience within this community.
A resident who has lived in Timberline Village for over two years recently moved into a new trailer within the park with their family, including two young children aged 2 and 5. This move-in experience was marked by a significant safety concern that the resident felt compelled to share publicly. According to the review, upon using the gas oven in their new trailer for the first time, the resident detected a burning smell and noticed smoke filling the house.
Upon investigation, the resident discovered a hand towel with plastic wrapped around it inside the oven. Additionally, they found a significant amount of rat droppings within the oven. The reviewer emphasized the potential danger of this situation, stating that had the issue not been discovered, it could have led to a house fire with their children inside. This highlights a critical concern regarding the preparation and cleanliness of the new trailer before the family moved in.
The resident expressed strong dissatisfaction with the condition of the home upon their arrival, stating that a family should not be moved into a residence that is "half cleaned" and presents "EXTREMELY dangerous conditions such as this." The review underscores the importance of thorough preparation and safety checks when a new resident moves into a property, particularly when families with young children are involved.
The reviewer urged others moving into a new place to take necessary precautions to avoid similar situations, suggesting the potential for encountering unsanitary conditions and fire hazards if proper checks are not conducted. They also mentioned that pictures documenting these conditions were posted under the same account for further verification.
This detailed account from a Timberline Village resident provides a direct insight into their experience with the condition of a new trailer upon moving in. It raises important questions about the standards of cleanliness and safety maintained during the transition of properties to new residents within the park. While this review represents a single experience, it is crucial information for potential residents to consider when evaluating Timberline Village as a long-term housing option.
It is important to note that this introduction is based solely on the information provided in one resident review. To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Timberline Village, prospective residents may want to seek additional information from various sources. This could include contacting the management of Timberline Village directly to inquire about their move-in procedures, cleaning protocols, and pest control measures. Speaking with other current residents could also provide valuable perspectives on the overall living experience within the community.
While the review highlights a significant negative experience, it does not provide a complete picture of the entire community. Timberline Village may offer other positive aspects such as a sense of community, affordable housing options, or convenient location. However, the safety and cleanliness concerns raised in this review are serious and warrant careful consideration.
For individuals and families looking for long-term housing in the Princeton, Louisiana area, it is advisable to conduct thorough research and due diligence before making a decision. This may involve visiting Timberline Village, speaking with residents and management, and carefully inspecting any potential homes to ensure they meet your standards for safety and cleanliness.

Timberline village Reviews
I have been a resident here for over 2 years.I recently moved into a new trailer with my family.I have 2 small kids ages 2 & 5 .We got settled at the new place and we’re using the oven as per usual .The oven is a gas oven , necessary or not, I begin to smell a burning smell and the house was filling with smoke.I discovered a hand towel with plastic wrapped in it . ALSO a significant amount of rat 🐀 poo.Had this problem not been caught the house would’ve burned down. With my kids inside. This kind of thing should NEVER happen .You should not have a family move into a home half cleaned , and EXTREMELY dangerous conditions such as this.Take precautions necessary when moving into a new place or your family may be looking at eating rat disregards and burnt plastic & towel.Or better yet a house fire 🔥Pictures were posted with the same account for anyone it may concernThank you for your time
