Trailer Village Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living options in Brownsville, Texas, Trailer Village, located at 5107 Boca Chica Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, USA, is one community that may appear in your search. It's important to gather a comprehensive understanding of any potential living situation by considering various factors, including the environment and management. While specific details about the park's amenities, features, and promotional information are not available in the provided reviews, the feedback from residents offers insights into their experiences, primarily concerning the management of Trailer Village.
The available reviews for Trailer Village raise significant concerns regarding the management of the property. One resident describes a situation where penalties, referred to as "tickets," were frequently issued for various reasons. While this particular resident states they did not have to pay these penalties, they express concern for others living in the park who may have been affected. This suggests a potentially strict or unclear enforcement of park rules, which could lead to frustration among residents.
Furthermore, this same reviewer recounts difficulties in obtaining a copy of their contract from the management. They mention repeatedly asking for the contract and eventually being told that a signed document containing rules served as the contract. The resident also reports being promised a contract from the main office in California upon receiving their first bill but was unsuccessful in obtaining the main office's contact information despite multiple requests. This lack of transparency and difficulty in communication regarding essential documents like the contract is a serious concern for residents.
The experience of this former resident culminated in being informed by the maintenance staff, upon their departure, that their deposit would not be returned due to an alleged breach of contract, a contract they claim to have never clearly received. This situation highlights potential issues with deposit handling and communication regarding contractual obligations.
Another review echoes strong dissatisfaction with the management, describing the manager as "never in her office," which reportedly hindered residents' ability to pay their rent due to a closed payment box. This lack of accessibility to management for essential tasks like rent payment can create significant inconvenience and stress for residents. The reviewer also characterizes the manager as "rude" and accuses her of charging fines arbitrarily. The repeated calls for the owners to intervene and the inability of residents to contact them further exacerbate the negative perception of the management.
Considering these reviews, it is crucial for anyone considering Trailer Village, whether for RV parking or mobile home living, to be aware of these reported management issues. While the reviews do not provide information about the physical environment, specific services, or features of the park, the strong negative feedback regarding management practices warrants careful consideration.
When searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home parks, factors beyond just location are paramount. The quality of management significantly impacts the living experience, affecting everything from rule enforcement and communication to maintenance responsiveness and overall community well-being. The experiences shared by residents of Trailer Village suggest potential challenges in these areas.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of every resident's interaction with the management. However, the consistency in the negative feedback regarding management style, communication, and financial transactions should prompt prospective residents to seek further information and potentially speak with current residents if possible.
Due to the lack of positive or neutral information in the provided reviews and the absence of details regarding the park's environment, services, features, or any promotional offers, it is challenging to provide a balanced introduction. The prevailing theme in the available feedback is one of dissatisfaction with the management.
For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" or mobile home options in Brownsville, it would be prudent to investigate Trailer Village further, keeping in mind the concerns raised. Visiting the property, if possible, and attempting to speak with current residents could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the current living conditions and management practices. It would also be beneficial to inquire directly about contract terms, payment procedures, and the process for addressing concerns or disputes.
In conclusion, based on the limited information available, the primary feedback regarding Trailer Village in Brownsville centers on negative experiences with the management. Potential residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence to ascertain whether this community aligns with their expectations for a comfortable and well-managed living environment. Exploring other "RV parks near me" and mobile home parks in the Brownsville area may also be advisable to ensure a well-informed decision.

Trailer Village Reviews
The only problem was management. The lady was always giving penalties (tickets) to everyone for different reasons. I never had to pay anything but when I left she assured me that I was going to get my deposit back. When I left she asked the maintenance guy to call me and let us know we weren't going to get our deposit back because of the contract we broke. For my understanding I never received a contract from her. Asked her couple of times for it. She then finally said that the paper that I had signed with the so called rules was the contract. I was told that when my first billed came I was going to get from California where the main office is my contract. Asked so many times for the main office number never had luck. I don't like to give bad comments about anyone but this time I need to speak up for everyone living there is not fair. Hope the owner comes down to take a look at that place and see what people really go thru. Not fair at all.....
Feb 22, 2020 · Iveth VillanuevaBad management never in her office and people can't pay their rent cause she closes the box so you can't pay your rent ..rude lady!! Charges people fines just because she can and then want cash where are the owners why can't anybody get a hold of them !!!bad management
Aug 11, 2021 · Jeanette StevensPlus and lots of minus...they do keep noise level down for people that work...but the rent increases does not justify no perks...they should keep the place clean for the rent they charge instead of trying to give you a fine and still won't pick up the yards..it's the parks trees...which park should take care of...there's more but I'll leave it at that..

Nov 30, 2018 · Adriana AguilarWhere is the owner located at? Terrible park manager with fraudulent intentions. I feel bad for the residents that are currently living there without a clue.
