LOL clean and presentable? That's why it's crawling with roaches, various other bugs and smells so bad & the office has a side job of drug dealing. Not to mention, the trailers are trash, they're old RVS converted into houses. The plumbing is FALLING apart and they just tape it back together and sell it to someone saying the tenant is responsible for the cost to repair but never actually fixed it. Houses have trash piled outside on the sides of their home. It's falling apart all over. We got a trailer here and they had a room added on but did such a crappy job that when it rained our entire bedroom got soaking wet and it molded everywhere. It destroyed our bed and the ceiling is now caving in. The entire room and and floor are covered in mold and soaking wet. They allow people to live in homes that are rented to another person. They don't supply AC but don't tell you until after you sign the lease. If you leave an AC there after moving, they remove it and then sell it for an outrageous price to incoming tenants. Some of the other tenants don't have adhere to the park rules stated in the lease touyou sign, and it has nothing to do with the amount of time someone has lived there, just on your skin color. when you move in, they tell you within the first 30 days they'll fix the appliances if there are issues, they also say the same for plumbing and electric. When we get in the fridge and freezer do not stay cold enough, the stove is broken and there are wires that were cut for certain lights in the home . I spoke to the manager Maria through text and she stated she would have them replaced and fixed, it never happened. I reminded her every other day before giving up. Another tenant broke our fence and nothing was done about it. There's constantly stray animals everywhere, the neighbors turtle would come and hang out in our yard and it was no big deal to them. Our plumbing broke twice and then we discovered every pipe in our home was cracked and just taped back together and the manager tried to say how great it was and we were the problem. Multiple dogs and cats have been killed in the complex. She claims there's cameras but when something matters there's suddenly no proof. You have to go into the office every month to get your rent statement, which you don't even get a copy of for your own records. The problem with going into the office is the manager is NEVER there. The entire time I lived there she was in the office one time when I went there. It's open four hours a day and closed weekends, and she can't even show up for four hours. When she has been there or seen there, her boyfriend and friends are there with her and her dog. You could call but she's too busy hanging out with her company to answer the phone and she doesnt return messages. She gives you her cell phone but hardly responds and then when you make her mad it's suddenly an emergency only number. If you have an issue with her she doesn't resolve it or try to just says call my supervisor. She never dresses or looks professional. Her hair is always a mess and she looks like she's ready to go to the club dressed in scandalous clothing. Then we were unable to pay rent and we spoke with her and continued to make arrangements, but after a week or so she stopped responding and never contacted us nor did her manager. We never received any type of notice or nothing and one day we show up and there's an entire stack of paperwork an eviction notice she "served" on September 18th saying we had to be out the 25th, yet we were there and she never showed up and then court papers for court that were delivered after court .They think they're above the law and it dont apply to them. and there's way more you can look at their Facebook to see the rest of the story and msg me for screenshots of the managers messages and being unprofessional, as well as her supervisor, also will include photos of what the park actully looks like as well as all the mold damage of our house. I have only been in the trailer park to pick up a friend. I've only been in there trailer if you can call it one. These are old RVs trying to change them into Tiny mobile homes. With the look of the trailers just as you drive by I would not rent here.

This is the place to go!!! If you are interested in an underground brothel! Bags of crack are sold at the management office, and included as a consumable amenity as part of the parks HOA fee.

Really bad service by management.Maria, the secretary, is never here and when she is rude and thinks she is the place, she is despotic and does not help you at all. She shields herself saying that she is somewhere else working and you go to another place and they tell you that she should be there.

Went to meet the manager at 11:30 today trying to buy a home for my ex and my kids to stay in the trailer home she doesn't show up for the appointment so I call and leave her a message she calls back tells me oh you didn't confirm or send me an email that you were still coming to the appointment I was like well I didn't know I needed to do that and she goes yeah everybody does that way and I'm like no usually appointments call me to see if I'm still coming as far as I did you try to call me then she said something and I was like ma'am I'm just trying to see when you want to meet because we're standing here in the rain and she got all mad and said why was here till 11:30 and you weren't there yet so I had to go and do stuff and I said ma'am me and my kids have been here since 11:20 then she says well where were you I said right here in front of your manager partment apartment in front of the managers office the door was locked we sat here waiting for you till quarter to noon and I called the number on the door now it's 12:00 it's raining we got to go I got other appointments she got all mean kept cutting me off her name's Maria Gallardo I was like Maria I've never had to call and confirm an appointment after the appointment was set up so I didn't know you expect me to call you but you don't have to make excuses we could just reschedule and she kept going on and on how it wasn't her fault because I didn't confirmed I was going to be there I've never had to confirm an appointment that was already set up then she cut me off again and I said man you keep cutting me off is this how you treat your tenants and she goes you're not going to be a tenant here very rude very unprofessional I am now looking to speak with her boss and take it up the ladder because this is not how you treat people
