Villa Bella Introduce
For those in search of "RV parks near me" or a mobile home community in the Glendale, Arizona area, Villa Bella, located at 6231 N 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, USA, is one option to consider. They can be reached at (480) 430-5493 or +1 480-430-5493 for inquiries about residency and community information. However, it's essential to consider the experiences shared by current or former residents to gain a realistic understanding of what living at Villa Bella might entail.
One detailed review paints a concerning picture of the management and their responsiveness to resident issues. The reviewer describes the management as "very unprofessional, inconsiderate people." A significant complaint revolves around a prolonged lack of electricity, with the resident reporting being without power for four days due to an old light post that requires replacement by the property management. The local power company, APS, has reportedly visited the site multiple times, identifying the necessary steps. However, the reviewer states that the manager of "Roots owner" (presumably the ownership or management company) is blaming the resident for the electrical issue and projecting a potential outage lasting "up to 4 weeks."
This same resident also shares that another individual in the park has reportedly been without electricity in half of their trailer for six months due to incomplete repairs by the management. These accounts raise serious questions about the timeliness and effectiveness of maintenance services at Villa Bella.
Further concerns are highlighted regarding billing practices. The reviewer mentions being charged pet rent for a dog that was only present for three days, and despite the dog no longer being on the premises, the pet rent was not automatically removed, requiring the resident to request its removal. This suggests potential issues with administrative processes and attention to detail in billing.
The impact of the prolonged power outage is significant for the affected resident, who works from home and has a one-year-old daughter. The prospect of being without electricity for up to four weeks is described as "not acceptable." The reviewer recounts attempting to expedite the repair by requesting the management's electrician to work alongside APS, but this request was allegedly denied, with the management citing the need for approval processes that could take time. The resident states that APS indicated the repair is an emergency and does not require external approval.
Following communication with APS, the reviewer claims that Villa Bella's management has stopped answering their phone calls, leaving them feeling abandoned and with no option but to wait for the management's timeline. Adding to their distress, the management reportedly warned them against hiring their own electrician, implying they would be blamed again for the initial electrical issue and told they were "lucky" their home didn't catch fire.
Based on this detailed account, potential residents should be aware of potential challenges related to property maintenance, management responsiveness, billing accuracy, and communication. The review does not provide information about the environment or features of the park beyond the mention of electrical infrastructure. There is no promotional information included in this feedback.
When searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, it's crucial to consider the level of service and support provided by the management, as highlighted by this review. While the location in Glendale, AZ, might be convenient, the reported issues with essential utilities and management practices could significantly impact the quality of living.
Prospective residents considering Villa Bella should prioritize thorough investigation. This should include attempting to speak with current residents to gather a broader range of experiences. It would also be essential to directly and explicitly inquire with the management about their procedures for handling maintenance requests, emergency repairs, billing practices, and communication protocols. Understanding the average response times for maintenance issues and the process for resolving disputes would be particularly important given the issues raised in the review.
Furthermore, it would be prudent to inquire about the age and condition of the park's infrastructure, particularly the electrical system, to assess the likelihood of future issues. Understanding the park's policies on utility maintenance and who is responsible for different types of repairs is also crucial.
Given the serious nature of the complaints in the review, including prolonged utility outages and allegations of unprofessional management, potential residents should exercise caution and seek comprehensive information before making any commitments to Villa Bella. Exploring alternative "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities in the Glendale area might be advisable to ensure a more positive and reliable living experience. A thorough on-site visit and detailed questioning of the management are essential steps in evaluating whether Villa Bella meets the necessary standards for comfortable and secure long-term living.

Villa Bella Reviews
Very unprofessional, inconsiderate people. I currently am on my 4th day with no electricity and they show no sense of urgency to help when it’s a light post that has to be changed out by them because it was old, APS has came out more than once to fix and let me know what the next steps are. The manager of Roots owner is blaming me for the electric pole burning out and says they’re still going to fix it although it’s my fault however I could be out of a home for up to 4 weeks. Another person living in this lot mentioned he’s been out of electricity on half of his trailer for 6 months because these management people have only fixed half of his trailers electricity. I pay for my lot and when I had a dog at my house for 3 days they added him on my rent and when they saw I no longer had a dog at my house they never took pet rent off, I had to ask for it to be removed. I just bought $300 worth of groceries and these people want me to be okay with them taking “up to” 4 weeks. When I showed my frustration and asked for them to send their electrician while APS was here they said they’re still were not going to do that just because I wanted to as those things take time. They let me know I could reach out to APS for information. When reaching out to APS they let me know this is an emergency repair and should be treated as such there’s no approval needed for them to go and fix the pedal stool and this property management is telling me their plans need to get approved and that’s what can cause it to take up to 4 weeks. I have a one year old daughter, I need access to my home I don’t have 4 weeks I work from home and this is not acceptable to me, when trying to reach out to them after speaking with APS they no longer answer my phone calls. Have basically left me with no choice other than to wait for them when they’re ready to come and change my “pedal stool”. However if I were to contract an election on my end again for this process to go by faster, they’d just blame me again for the electrical burst and tell me how “lucky I am my house didn’t catch fire”.
