Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park Introduce
Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park, situated at 5950 W Missouri Ave in Glendale, Arizona, is a mobile home park that may also offer accommodations suitable for individuals seeking longer-term stays within the "RV parks near me" category. Located on West Missouri Avenue in Glendale, it presents itself as a residential community. However, the available customer reviews raise significant concerns regarding the reliability of essential services, specifically water, and highlight potential issues with billing and overall management practices, despite some positive feedback about the on-site manager.
For those specifically searching for "RV parks near me" in the Glendale area, Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park might be a location to consider for extended stays. However, given the serious concerns raised about frequent water outages, RV travelers who rely on consistent water supply for their needs (e.g., sanitation, cooking, laundry) should proceed with extreme caution and seek detailed information from the management regarding the reliability of water service to RV sites. Additionally, inquiries about RV-specific amenities such as hookups (electrical, water, sewer), site sizes, and any facilities for RV guests would be essential. The reported issues with billing and late fees could also impact RV residents, making thorough clarification of financial policies crucial.
The environment of Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park is not explicitly described in the provided reviews in terms of landscaping, community spaces, or overall aesthetic appeal. One review focuses entirely on the problem of frequent water outages, suggesting that this issue may significantly impact the living environment for residents. The lack of consistent water supply could create considerable inconvenience and potentially unsanitary conditions, affecting the overall quality of life within the park. Potential residents, including those in RVs, would need to ascertain the frequency, duration, and predictability of water service interruptions.
The services and features of Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park receive mixed feedback. One reviewer's primary concern is the repeated and frequent lack of water supply, stating that it was the sixth time that year (by the end of February) without water. This raises serious questions about the reliability of essential utilities within the park. The same reviewer also mentions that rent is raised every three months, which could be a significant financial consideration for long-term residents and RV guests alike. The reference to "bandit escapades with the tow companies" is unclear but suggests potential issues related to vehicle management within the park.
In contrast, another reviewer offers positive feedback about the on-site manager, describing her as "the best." However, this positive sentiment is overshadowed by a significant issue with the accounting department and the owner. The reviewer recounts being charged $95 in late fees after a payment of over $5,000 to pay off their home was inexplicably sent back by the accounting department. Despite the manager's apparent competence, the owner reportedly allowed the late fees to stand. This incident highlights potential problems with the overall management structure and financial practices of the park, which could negatively impact residents through unexpected charges and bureaucratic errors.
The limited information does not provide details about other standard amenities that might be expected in a mobile home or RV park, such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, communal spaces, or specific utility hookups beyond the problematic water supply. For individuals considering a long-term stay, whether in a mobile home or an RV, these are important factors to consider. The absence of this information necessitates direct inquiry with the park management to understand the full range of services available.
Similarly, no promotional information is provided for Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park in the available data. Details about lot rental rates for mobile homes or RV spaces (beyond the mention of frequent rent increases), security deposits, lease terms, or any special offers for new residents or long-term guests are not mentioned. Individuals interested in the financial aspects of living or staying at Villa Vaquero would need to contact the management directly to obtain this information. The reported issues with billing and rent increases suggest that potential residents should carefully review all financial terms and policies before committing.
In conclusion, Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park in Glendale, Arizona, presents a community with significant concerns regarding the reliability of water service and potential issues with billing and overall management practices. While the on-site manager receives positive feedback, these issues raise serious questions about the quality of living and the financial stability for residents, including those seeking long-term RV stays. The frequent water outages, in particular, could be a major deterrent for anyone needing a consistent water supply.
For local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category or considering this mobile home park for long-term living, it is strongly recommended to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include directly and explicitly inquiring with the management about the frequency and duration of water outages, the park's policies on rent increases, and the procedures for handling payments and resolving billing errors. It would also be beneficial to seek feedback from current residents (if possible) to gain a broader understanding of the day-to-day living experience and the reliability of services at Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park. Given the serious nature of the reported issues, potential residents should ensure they have clear and satisfactory answers to these critical questions before making any decisions about residency.

Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park Reviews
Do you have kids laundry or pets to take care of don't worry there's never water this is the sixth time of the year it's the last day of February. But don't worry they'll raise the rent every 3 months... Granted she didn't stop her bandit escapades with the tow companies I'll give her that
Feb 28, 2025 · Taco BellThe manager is the best but she works for some very incompetent people. I was charged $95 in late fees after the lady in accounting sent back my payment of $5,332 to pay off my home. The owner allowed this and i ended up paying the late fees, hopefully my home is paid for this time around. We'll see December first!
Nov 05, 2024 · Steven DubyIt's a nice place very clean. If i had to say something negative it would be that neighbors are nosy af. Other than that it's a very nice place.
