Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV Introduce
Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV is located at 9204 Dollarway Rd, White Hall, AR 71602, USA. For local users in the White Hall, Arkansas area, and those searching within the ‘RV parks near me’ category for a location that accommodates both recreational vehicles and mobile homes, Twin Pines presents itself as a potential option. Currently, a direct phone number for the park is not provided in the available information.
The customer reviews for Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV present a stark contrast, offering both positive feedback regarding the new management and serious allegations of dishonest practices under previous management. It is crucial for prospective residents and RVers to consider both perspectives when evaluating this park.
One recent review offers a positive assessment of the new management. The reviewer describes them as "so kind and quick to help." This suggests an improvement in the park's operational style and a focus on resident satisfaction under the current leadership. Furthermore, the reviewer notes that "The grounds look great and are kept up," indicating that the new management is also attentive to the physical appearance and maintenance of the park. This can contribute significantly to a pleasant living environment for residents and a positive experience for short-term RV visitors.
The environment of Twin Pines is further praised for its peacefulness and scenery. The reviewer mentions that "It is so peaceful. Mornings and evenings are really enjoyable, just sitting with my coffee and watching all the deer eating next to the wood line." This paints a picture of a tranquil setting with natural beauty and wildlife viewing opportunities, which could be a significant draw for those seeking a quiet and scenic location within the ‘RV parks near me’ category. The recommendation to "anyone that enjoys peace and quiet and scenery" reinforces this positive aspect of the park under the new management.
However, a second review presents a very serious and concerning allegation regarding the park's past practices. This reviewer explicitly advises to "Do NOT recommend this place!!!" The core of their negative feedback revolves around a claim of electricity theft from tenants. According to the review, the reviewer's mother, a former resident, experienced unexpectedly high electricity bills. After moving out of Twin Pines, she was reportedly informed by Entergy (the local utility company) that "there had been someone else illegally plugged in to her meter box therefore she had been paying for her electricity along with the others."
The gravity of this situation is compounded by the further claim that "Entergy also told her that this was not the first incident involving Twin Pines stealing power from the tenants." This allegation, if true, indicates a pattern of dishonest behavior and a significant breach of trust between the park management (presumably the previous management) and its residents. Such a situation would understandably lead to a strong recommendation against staying at the park due to concerns about financial integrity and ethical practices.
It is important to note that this serious allegation pertains to past incidents under previous management, while the positive review specifically praises the "new managers." This suggests a potential turning point for Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV, with a focus on improved management and park upkeep. However, the shadow of the past allegations may still linger for prospective residents and RVers.
For local users searching for ‘RV parks near me’ in the White Hall, AR area, Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV presents a complex scenario. The positive review highlights the potential for a peaceful and scenic living experience under the new management, with well-maintained grounds and helpful staff. This could be appealing to those prioritizing tranquility and natural surroundings.
Conversely, the serious allegation of electricity theft under previous management raises significant red flags regarding the honesty and ethical conduct associated with the park. Even with new management in place, prospective residents and RVers may have concerns about the park's history and the potential for similar issues to arise in the future, or the possibility of lingering infrastructure problems that facilitated the alleged theft.
Given this conflicting information, it is crucial for anyone considering Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include:
- Contacting the park directly (if a phone number becomes available): Inquiring about the current management's policies and practices, particularly regarding utility billing and infrastructure security.
- Visiting the property in person: Assessing the current condition of the grounds, the layout of the RV and mobile home sites, and the overall atmosphere of the park.
- If possible, speaking with current residents: Gathering firsthand accounts of their experiences under the new management and any knowledge they might have of past issues.
- Checking for more recent reviews: Looking for feedback that specifically addresses the period since the new management took over to gauge the consistency and reliability of the positive changes reported in the one available recent review.
At this time, there is no information available regarding specific services, features, or promotional offers at Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV. Inquiries to the park management would be necessary to obtain details about amenities such as hookups for RVs, laundry facilities, communal areas, security measures, and any potential discounts for short-term or long-term stays.
In conclusion, Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV in White Hall, AR, presents a mixed picture for those searching within the ‘RV parks near me’ category. While recent feedback praises the new management for their kindness and commitment to maintaining a peaceful and scenic environment, serious allegations of past dishonesty, specifically electricity theft from tenants, cannot be ignored. Prospective residents and RVers must weigh these contrasting points and conduct thorough personal research to determine if Twin Pines Mobile Home And RV is a suitable and trustworthy option for their needs.

The new managers are so kind and quick to help. The grounds look great and are kept up. It is so peaceful. Mornings and evenings are really enjoyable, just sitting with my coffee and watching all the deer eating next to the wood line. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone that enjoys peace and quiet and scenery.
Jun 06, 2023 · Austin SieberDo NOT recommend this place!!! We kept wondering why my mom’s electricity bill was so high but assumed it was the AC in her camper causing it. She moved out of Twin Pines and less than a week after she left, Entergy called and informed her that there had been someone else illegally plugged in to her meter box therefore she had been paying for her electricity along with the others. Entergy also told her that this was not the first incident involving Twin Pines stealing power from the tenants. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of staying at this place, they are not honest people!!
Nov 05, 2023 · Jackee PThis campground is really not a campground. It has cats running everywhere. The hookups are on the wrong side of where they should be. They had to come have someone wire a 30 amp for us which they did do and then gave us 2 free nights. The people running it were very kind but it was truly a nightmare with all the cats. No wifi, no facilities, the cement pad was all broke up. I would recommend a bulldozer and start over!!
Sep 17, 2019 · Melanie CThis park is an excellent place to bring your camper or RV. Under new management and has 30 new RV elec boxes with 20,30 and 50 AMP. Very quite and peaceful. Does allow pets!
May 25, 2023 · William DaltonIf I could give negative stars I would. Beware, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. We stayed at this campground and had to leave unexpectedly. They won’t give us our money back even after agreeing that they would. They owe us our deposit and more than a half of months rent. I have been calling them for over 3 months and now they won’t even answer my phone calls. DO NOT STAY HERE.
