While the provided information does not explicitly position Village Park Inc as one of the "RV parks near me," its function as a mobile home park suggests a focus on long-term residential living within a community setting, which might indirectly appeal to those seeking a more settled environment than typical short-term RV parks offer.
Situated in South Windsor, Hartford County, Connecticut, Village Park Inc benefits from its location within a well-established town known for its blend of residential areas, commercial centers, and access to the Connecticut River. As a manufactured home community, Village Park Inc primarily caters to individuals and families seeking long-term housing solutions. Based on the customer reviews, the community fosters a sense of peace and safety, which are significant factors for those choosing a place to live. The services and features typically offered in a manufactured home community like Village Park Inc may include:
- Individual lots for manufactured homes, potentially of varying sizes to accommodate different home models.
- Essential utility hookups for each lot, such as water, electricity, and sewer. Residents are usually responsible for their individual utility consumption, billed either directly or through the park management.

- Waste management services provided for residents.
- Community management to oversee the park's operations, enforce rules and regulations, and address resident concerns.
One of the customer reviews provides a nuanced perspective on Village Park Inc. The reviewer mentions that their "first impression is bad of an ugly place," but after living there for a year and six months, they have found it to be "very peaceful with respectful neighbors." This highlights that while the initial aesthetic might not be immediately appealing, the underlying community atmosphere is positive. The reviewer emphasizes that "we are the ones who make the place," suggesting that the residents contribute significantly to the pleasant living environment and that they are happy to call Village Park Inc home.
The second review offers a slightly different viewpoint, noting that the location is "in the back area deep away from everybody else, which is great" for the reviewer's purposes (picking up patients and dropping off food). This suggests a degree of privacy and separation within the park. However, this reviewer also observes that the community "could use a lot of maintenance with some of the trailers that are there." This indicates that while the community might be well-knit and the neighbors polite, the physical upkeep of some of the homes could be a concern. The reviewer also wisely refrains from judging the interiors of the homes, acknowledging that external appearances do not necessarily reflect the living conditions inside.
Considering these reviews, Village Park Inc appears to be a community where the social environment is valued by its residents, characterized by peace, safety, and respectful neighbors. However, potential residents should be aware that the aesthetic appeal upon initial impression might not be strong, and there may be variability in the maintenance of individual homes within the park.
For individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me," Village Park Inc's primary focus on manufactured homes suggests it may not offer dedicated services or amenities for short-term or transient RV stays. However, it is possible that the park might accommodate RVs on a longer-term basis, perhaps on a case-by-case basis or in designated areas. To determine if Village Park Inc is an option for RV living, it is crucial to contact the management directly.

Village Park Inc Reviews
It's a quiet and safe place to life! The first impression is bad of an ugly place, but living here for 1 year and 6 months I can say that it is very peaceful with respectful neighbors. We are the ones who make the place, so I'm happy to say that this is an excellent place to live!
Jan 16, 2025 · Milena MOliveiraIt's in the back area deep away from everybody else, which is great, could use a lot of maintenance with some of the trailers that are there. But then again, I don't know what they look like on the inside so I cannot judge what seems to be the wellknit community as for my experiences picking up patients and dropping off food, everyone has been more than polite
