Bullfrog Creek Mobile Home Park Reviews
The man named Mike was very helpful it wasn't in his job description to help me I was thinking about moving there and I didn't know where the office was and he was a big burly man . Sep 09, 2024 · Michelle “SHELL SHELL”It's very clean and neighbors are great people, especially during and after hurricane Milton.
Oct 20, 2024 · Celin VasquezThis is the worst place to live at. They don’t respond to your emails, they don’t fix things in a timely manner unless you call code enforcement on them. If there’s a busted pipe they charge you for water waste even when it’s their fault because they took 2months to fix it. There is no way to get in contact with someone from the office. The hours hours are bogus because no one is ever there. This management company has caused me so much emotional stress and anxiety. I have reported terminates in my home and they don’t care.
Sep 14, 2022 · Blanca MejiaHorrible place, rent is high for what you get, property manager is very rude and they take forever to fix things. And once they send someone in its never really fixed properly its usually duck taped or rigged somehow so things brake again. They also now charge monthly rent not weekly and now you also have to pay for water. I would never recommend this place.
Feb 01, 2022 · Tina DoughertyDon't rent from here. They can choose not to renew your lease, and you only have a few days to find another place. They charge rent weekly and refuse to fix anything that needs fixing. Slumlord to the fullest. Save yourself the time and trouble and even if it's a last resort, find something else ASAP. Good luck.
