Winterhaven Court Mobile Home Park & RV's Introduce
For local residents in Fairhope, Alabama, seeking information about “rv parks near me” or mobile home parks, Winterhaven Court Mobile Home Park & RV's, located at 10 Winterhaven Ct, Fairhope, AL 36532, USA, presents a mixed profile based on recent customer reviews. This community accommodates both RVs and mobile homes, and feedback suggests a quiet, picturesque environment with friendly neighbors, although one concerning eviction incident has also been reported.
One reviewer describes Winterhaven Court park as a "nice quiet retirement community" that is "picturesque and well kept up." This positive feedback highlights the aesthetic appeal and the peaceful atmosphere of the park, which could be particularly attractive to retirees or those seeking a tranquil living environment. The reviewer also notes the presence of both campers (RVs) and mobile homes within the community, indicating a diverse residency. The neighbors are described as "really sweet and friendly," often seen walking their dogs on the park's small roadways and always offering a wave, contributing to a welcoming and neighborly atmosphere. This resident clearly enjoys living at Winterhaven Court, expressing their positive sentiment with an emoji.
However, a second review presents a starkly contrasting and deeply concerning experience. A resident who states they have lived at Winterhaven Court for over 20 years reports being evicted under distressing circumstances. According to this review, the eviction was initiated because the resident's 46-year-old son stayed with them while the resident was hospitalized in New Orleans for two and a half months, undergoing four surgeries for cancer. The son was reportedly taking care of the resident's dog, bills, home, and the resident themselves during this critical time. This account raises serious questions about the park's policies regarding guests and the compassion shown towards long-term residents facing significant health challenges. It is essential for potential residents to be aware of such policies and their potential implications.
Considering these two reviews, the environment of Winterhaven Court appears to be generally pleasant and quiet, with a sense of community among some residents. The park is described as picturesque and well-maintained by one account. However, the reported eviction of a long-term resident in a vulnerable situation casts a shadow on the overall management and tenant relations. Potential residents should weigh these contrasting perspectives carefully.
Information regarding specific services and features of Winterhaven Court Mobile Home Park & RV's is limited in the provided reviews. The mention of roadways within the park suggests accessibility for both RVs and mobile homes. The fact that residents walk their dogs indicates a pet-friendly environment, at least to some extent. However, details about RV hookups (water, electricity, sewer), laundry facilities, common areas, or other amenities are not provided. The focus of the positive review is more on the community atmosphere and the park's aesthetic qualities rather than specific services.
Similarly, no promotional information such as special rates or incentives for new residents is mentioned in the reviews. To obtain detailed information about the services, features, lot or site availability, rental rates (for both mobile home lots and RV sites), and the park's policies regarding guests and long-term residency, it is crucial to contact Winterhaven Court directly. The phone number is provided as (251) 928-9833 and the mobile number as +1 251-928-9833. Prospective residents should inquire specifically about the park's rules and regulations concerning guests, especially for long-term stays, to avoid potential misunderstandings or issues.
In conclusion, Winterhaven Court Mobile Home Park & RV's in Fairhope, Alabama, presents a community that is described by one resident as a nice, quiet, and picturesque retirement community with friendly neighbors. However, another long-term resident reports a distressing eviction experience related to their son staying with them during a serious health crisis. This significant contradiction highlights the need for potential residents to conduct thorough due diligence. While the environment may be appealing to those seeking a quiet and well-maintained community, it is essential to inquire about the park's policies and management practices, particularly concerning long-term residents and their circumstances. Contacting the park management directly is crucial to obtain comprehensive information and to assess whether Winterhaven Court aligns with individual needs and expectations for long-term living or RV stays in the Fairhope area.

Winterhaven Court Mobile Home Park & RV's Reviews
Winterhaven Court park is a nice quiet retirement community. It’s picturesque and well kept up. We have camper and mobile homes. The people that are my neighbors are really sweet and friendly. They walk the small roadways that are in it with their dogs and just for health. They always wave. I enjoy living here. 😃👍
May 20, 2022 · Patricia CarterI have lived here for over 20 years. Being evicted because my son stayed here while I was in the hospital for 2 1/2 mos. With cancer had to have 4 surgeries. He was taking care of my dog, bills,my home and me. And by the way my son is 46 yrs old and I was in the hospital in New Orleans LA

Jun 08, 2024 · Richard SiminskiHorrible. Some crazy lady came up and just opened the door to our van, angry and asking all sorts of questions like she was delusional. We were just responding to a call to do some cleaning for a tenant there.
