Based on the limited online review information available, there appear to be mixed perspectives regarding Woodview Mobile Village. It is important to consider these points when evaluating this location as a potential "RV park near you."
One reviewer states that the area around the mobile home park is "not nice and clean," and mentions that the "paths are broken." This suggests potential concerns regarding the general upkeep and maintenance of the grounds and infrastructure within the community. For those seeking a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment for their RV living experience, this feedback may be a significant consideration.
Another reviewer shares a more personal perspective, recalling a positive impression of the "shady place" prior to new ownership. This suggests that the community may have once been known for its mature trees and natural shade, which could have been an attractive feature. However, the reviewer expresses significant disappointment and a loss of desire to visit or live there following the removal of "23 one hundred year old oak trees" by the new owners. This drastic change in the landscape is described as making the place feel like a "Concrete Alley," and the reviewer laments the irreversible nature of this environmental alteration.
The removal of a significant number of mature trees can have a substantial impact on the environment of a mobile home or RV park. Trees often provide shade, which can be crucial during warmer months, reducing energy costs and creating more comfortable outdoor spaces. They also contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal, air quality, and can provide a sense of tranquility and connection with nature. The negative reaction from the reviewer highlights the importance of the environment and landscaping for some individuals when choosing a place to live or visit.
Considering these limited reviews, potential residents or those looking for "RV parks near me" should be aware of the reported issues. The comment about cleanliness and broken paths suggests a need to assess the current state of the park's infrastructure and general upkeep. The significant concern raised about the removal of mature trees indicates a potentially less appealing and less shaded environment compared to its past state.
For those considering Woodview Mobile Village for RV living, it is essential to look beyond these limited reviews and conduct a thorough personal assessment. Contacting the management directly is crucial to inquire about the availability of RV sites, the amenities provided for RVs (such as hookups for water, electricity, and sewer), the size restrictions for RVs, and the associated costs for both short-term and long-term stays.
Furthermore, it would be beneficial to ask about the current maintenance schedule for the grounds and infrastructure, as well as any plans for landscaping or improvements. Understanding the community's rules and regulations, pet policies, and the overall atmosphere would also be important in making an informed decision.
Given the negative feedback regarding cleanliness and the loss of mature trees, a personal visit to Woodview Mobile Village is highly recommended. This would allow you to observe the current condition of the grounds, the state of the pathways, the amount of shade available, and the overall environment of the community firsthand. You may also be able to speak with current residents to gain additional perspectives on living in the park.
In conclusion, the limited online reviews for Woodview Mobile Village in Warren, MI, raise concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the park, as well as a significant alteration to its natural environment due to the removal of mature trees. For those searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to conduct thorough due diligence by contacting the management directly and visiting the property to assess whether it meets your needs and expectations for long-term RV living. The information available suggests that the park may have experienced changes that have negatively impacted the experience of at least one former visitor, and potential residents should be aware of these reported issues.

Apr 08, 2025 · Somrat SuhagMy old friend lives there...I loved the shady place until the new owners cut down 23 one hundred year old oak trees...I lost all desire to visit now and would never want to live there....They should rename the place Concrete Alley.....And you really can't correct that now ... It's so sorry and sad....
Apr 25, 2023 · Steve WilsonVery confusing if using GPS. Takes you in circles. Not very well maintained. Many dilapidated trailers and potholes galore. Has sewer issues that maintenance does not fix. Owner is out of state slumlord.
