When considering a new place to live, it's essential to gather as much information as possible to make an informed decision. Online platforms and reviews from current or past residents can offer valuable insights into the realities of a community. These firsthand accounts often highlight the day-to-day living experience, management responsiveness, and overall environment of a mobile home park.
Based on recent feedback from individuals who have resided at Twin Pines Mobile Home Community, there appear to be significant concerns regarding the current living conditions and management. Multiple reviews express dissatisfaction with the new ownership and management practices. Residents have reported a lack of on-site management presence, difficulty in contacting management via phone and email, and a perceived lack of support when addressing tenant issues, including rent matters.
One former resident stated they became homeless due to the new ownership's alleged unwillingness to assist with rent payments, contrasting this with previous management that supposedly allowed partial payments. This individual also raised serious allegations about the legality of their home sale and claims that the new owners are aware of and attempting to conceal the situation. Furthermore, this review indicates a significant rent increase that has reportedly led to multiple residents abandoning their homes due to unaffordability. The reviewer also described issues with pests, noise disturbances from loud music, and an alleged lack of response from local law enforcement and fire departments.
Another recent resident echoed these negative sentiments, stating that the community has deteriorated rapidly under the new ownership over the past two years. They corroborated the absence of on-site management for extended periods and the unresponsiveness to phone calls and emails. This reviewer described a disruptive environment characterized by drug use, excessive drinking and partying by some residents with little regard for neighbors, and uncontrolled barking dogs left tied up outside. Additionally, they reported frequent traffic violations within the community, including speeding, ignoring stop signs, and excessive noise from vehicles like ATVs, motorcycles, and "crotchrockets" with modified exhausts and loud music.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and perspectives. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised suggest potential challenges within the Twin Pines Mobile Home Community under its current management. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions. This may include visiting the property in person at different times of the day, if possible, to assess the environment firsthand. It would also be prudent to attempt to contact the management directly to discuss any concerns raised in online reviews and to understand their policies and procedures.
When searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, consider factors beyond just location and basic amenities. The quality of management, the sense of community, the safety and security of the environment, and the responsiveness to resident concerns are all crucial aspects of long-term living satisfaction. While Twin Pines Mobile Home Community is located in Warren, Michigan, the recent feedback indicates potential challenges that prospective residents should carefully consider.
For those seeking a mobile home park or RV park in the Warren, MI area, it is recommended to broaden your search and explore other options. Look for communities with positive and consistent reviews that highlight effective management, a respectful and peaceful environment, and a commitment to addressing resident needs. Visiting multiple locations and speaking with current residents (if possible) can provide a more comprehensive understanding of what it's like to live in a particular community.
Remember to ask specific questions about management availability, maintenance procedures, community rules and regulations, security measures, and any associated fees. A well-managed and thriving mobile home or RV park should offer a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living experience for all its residents. Based on the publicly available recent reviews, prospective residents may want to exercise caution and seek further information before considering Twin Pines Mobile Home Community.

Twin Pines Mobile Home Community Reviews
I am now homeless because new ownership won’t help when it comes to rent. So many managers come through, you can’t keep track. Emails with no response. At least with the old ownership they allowed partial payments. The home was sold to me illegally. New owners know and trying to cover. They raised the rent to the point no one can pay and several residents have abandoned their homes. I have gotten a storage unit and will have to stay in a hotel. There are critters everywhere, loud music. Not even the cops and fire department will come here.
Apr 12, 2025 · Aubrey GravatI have lived here for almost 2 years, and with the new ownership, this place has gone downhill fast. Haven't had a manager on site in almost a month. Any number you call goes to voice. Sent an email with no response. The people who live here love drugs, drinking and partying with no regard or respect to neighbors while their dogs are tied up outside barking and barking. Almost no one stops at stop signs, and they speed through here like it's a race track blaring their music and bass, revving their engines with no exhaust(ATVs, motorcycles, and crochrockets included). Run as far and as fast as you can from this place.
Mar 28, 2025 · AdamHello i been living in TWIN PINES for over a year and half now. I enjoyed living here for awhile, now it's basically a dump... It's a lot of bugs inside the properties. The landlord tried to get me to leave a five star review, but this place i wouldn't even let my kids live here.It has a lot of creepy people and a lot of filth going on.This park has bed bugs, rats ,roaches you name it, it's there. The new management sucks ass. Its a huge corporation that won't work with you if your behind on ur rent. Stay clear of this one and the one that's called landmark estates they own both trailer parks and BOTH need to be demolished by the city
Dec 05, 2024 · Brian McfaddenThis place looks nasty. We had a resident that does recycling that lived at 27 120 Railroad Street here in Twin Pines and management does nothing about it. Drive through and look at this dump for yourself. City councilwoman drove through and took pictures the other day. Manager does nothing. What ashame been here 9 years and never seen this place look so bad. 😠😠
Jul 25, 2024 · Thomas YdrogoI raised my rating from 10 months ago, to now from 2 to 3 stars. I've been here for over 10 years. I can see there have been efforts, and Emerson, the park manager, really seems to care. I also know there's only so much you can do in 10 months on a budget, and let's face it, this park is old and decrepit, so 3 stars is basically a (B+ A-). When you consider 5 stars would mean more than this park is capable of. Four stars would mean manicured lawns (trees were hacked already), fully blacktopped streets, and no rent increase while also upholding current safety & standards. Am I too tough? Idk, but let's be brutally honest, we can all contribute to the outside cleanliness and raise our own standards.
