Bayou Bluff Recreation Area

Hector, AR 72843, USA

4.0
The best experience of our trip. We didn't want to drive too far from little rock. This game right a little bit more than one hour drive. And that was perfect with toddlers. We had such a blast at the recreation area. Like mentioned in the other reviews, the turn to the recreation area is kind of hidden. But once we turn back and came to it. Is a large parking area. Bathrooms not so great. But the water flowing and the views and the trail around that area is brilliant. We didn't want to go for a huge trail with our kids. So we went about half a mile in each direction and had a blast. The kids enjoyed throwing some stones into the gushing water. Overall it was just so peaceful - Shruti Subramanian

The reviews consistently highlight the scenic beauty of the area, with one visitor describing it as "What a beautiful place to be!!" and noting "so much to take in, with several falls, cliffs, and trails."
