Bubba's Campground Introduce
For local residents in Wisconsin and those searching the 'camping near me' category, Bubba's Campground, located at 2715-2771 Co Hwy L, Tomahawk, WI 54487, USA, presents a camping option with limited but intriguing feedback from online reviews. The available information suggests a welcoming atmosphere, particularly for motorcycle enthusiasts, and a tradition as a preferred camping spot during a significant local event.
One reviewer, identifying as a "motorcycle guy through and through," awarded Bubba's Campground a 5-star rating based solely on its presence, stating, "So I give them a 5 star for just being there." This somewhat unusual review implies that Bubba's Campground is either known within the local motorcycle community as a welcoming or convenient stop, or that its signage or general vibe resonates positively with motorcycle riders. It suggests that the campground might cater to or be particularly accommodating of motorcyclists, although specific details of this are not provided.
The second review offers a more direct insight into the camping experience, stating, "Great place, always a fun time! We camp out here every year during Tomahawk Fall Ride." This review indicates that Bubba's Campground is a popular and enjoyable location for at least one group of campers who return annually during the Tomahawk Fall Ride. The Tomahawk Fall Ride is a well-known motorcycle event in the region, typically attracting a large number of motorcycle enthusiasts. The fact that this campground is a recurring choice for campers during this event suggests that it is well-suited to accommodate the needs and preferences of this particular demographic, likely offering a lively and social atmosphere during the ride.
From these two reviews, we can infer a few potential characteristics of Bubba's Campground. Firstly, it appears to have a positive reputation, at least within the motorcycle community or among those attending the Tomahawk Fall Ride. Secondly, it likely offers a fun and engaging atmosphere, especially during the Fall Ride event. The annual return of at least one group suggests that the campground provides a satisfactory or even excellent camping experience for its visitors.
However, the limited nature of the reviews means that we lack detailed information about the environment, services, and specific features of Bubba's Campground. We do not know the size of the campground, the types of campsites available (e.g., tent, RV), the amenities offered (e.g., restrooms, showers, fire pits, picnic tables, hookups), or the general ambiance outside of the Tomahawk Fall Ride. The reviews do not mention the surrounding natural environment, such as proximity to lakes, forests, or hiking trails.
Similarly, there is no explicit promotional information available in the provided reviews. The fact that it is a recurring spot for the Tomahawk Fall Ride could be seen as an implicit endorsement to those attending the event. For local motorcycle enthusiasts who participate in the Fall Ride, Bubba's Campground appears to be a recommended and enjoyable option.
For local users in the 'camping near me' category who are also motorcycle riders, Bubba's Campground seems to be a place worth considering, especially if planning to attend the Tomahawk Fall Ride. The positive sentiment from a fellow motorcycle enthusiast and the tradition of annual camping during this event suggest a welcoming and suitable environment. It might be beneficial for interested individuals to seek additional information about the campground's facilities and services, perhaps by contacting them directly or looking for other reviews or online presence.
Local campers who are not necessarily motorcycle enthusiasts might find the information less directly applicable. While a "fun time" is generally appealing, the strong association with the Tomahawk Fall Ride suggests that the atmosphere at Bubba's Campground could be particularly geared towards this event, potentially being busier or having a specific vibe during that time. Without more information about the campground's character outside of this event, it is difficult to assess its suitability for other types of camping experiences.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Bubba's Campground, local users might want to inquire about: the types and number of campsites available, the cost per night or for longer stays, the amenities provided, any specific rules or policies, the typical atmosphere outside of the Fall Ride, and whether it is generally welcoming to all types of campers or primarily caters to motorcycle groups.
In conclusion, Bubba's Campground near Tomahawk, WI, appears to be a location with a positive reputation, particularly among motorcycle enthusiasts and those who attend the annual Tomahawk Fall Ride. The limited reviews suggest a fun and welcoming atmosphere, especially during this event. However, there is a lack of detailed information regarding the campground's environment, services, and features outside of these specific mentions. Local users searching for 'camping near me' should consider their interests and potentially seek further information to determine if Bubba's Campground meets their specific needs and preferences.

Bubba's Campground Reviews
Know nothing about this place only what I read on their sign. But I'm a motorcycle guy through and through. So I give them a 5 star for just being there.
Nov 02, 2019 · I'm Popeye The Sailor ManGreat place, always a fun time! We camp out here every year during Tomahawk Fall Ride.
Jun 08, 2023 · Two Time OGMCThis is where we stayed. If you like peace and quiet...this isn't for you. The rules are...their are no rules lmao 🤣
Sep 20, 2021 · Dennis BellWent there for the fall ride. They really need to tell you when you first get there that it is all cash only. We spent our only $20 to get in. Then could not buy anything because they don't take cards. Everywhere takes cards now a days. Really disappointed. We left. Wasted $20 to her in.
Sep 15, 2024 · Linda MulhernGreat way to enjoy the music and the fall rides. But no amenities so your rig needs to be self sufficient. There are portapotties and showers are available closer to Tomahawk weekend. Phone service can be spotty.
