Chippewa Valley Campgrounds Reviews
Love this campground! Nice and laid back after several we have been in. New Owners are great. They are making many improvements to the campground. Deer feeding 2xs a day, chickens with fresh eggs available, lots of geese who love to be fed. The wildlife take stress out of your day. Sunsets/Sunrises over the small lake are a peaceful way way to start and end the day. Lots are very spacious and other campers willing to pitch in and help each other. Feels very homey. Keep your eye on this one. It's going to grow into something fantastic! Right off the interstate and close to many towns in every direction. Truckstop with several restaurants right up the road. If passing through or need a place to stay a bit (like we are) come by and see Dave or Ellen and we will welcome you right in.
Dec 27, 2024 · Jan BasileHorrible experience with the new "manager"She was not pleasant, and aggressive. I simply told her, nevermind I seen enough. My husband and I were wanting info in seasonal camping...but not now. Your money is better off at another campground.
Mar 31, 2025 · Heidi MinerIf I could give a -5 I would. This place is dangerous! I've been here many a times to visit a friend of mine. There's nothing but drug addicts, almost everyond has a felony. It's essentially a homeless camp. The owner doesn't do anything about issues that are brought to his attention.
Aug 13, 2024 · Lisa CantrellThe owner is a mean little man who respects no one but demands that you give him respect and the park is always having some type of problem, like water or power shut offs all the time and it's not worth the 425 a month to stay year round. They need to update everything and won't hesitate to throw you out or try to scream in your face if your 2 days late on rent. It would be a great place to stay if the management was better.
Jun 18, 2021 · Rebecca GeorgeMy best friend and I went camping for the first time last night and had a grand time. We got a beautiful view of the sunset and Jay was very accommodating!!! He helped us start a fire and provided us with extra wood. Over all 10/10! May be going back tonight
